Wow, it's was such a great feeling to be there, seeing all other moms with their kids, it was a good noise ambience and so well managed. So when we walked in, it was completely full, but they arranged some table and chair for us, Facilitated with mommy and me activities, helped in ordering- wow what a service. The people were very polite, knowledgeable and kind. I usually order ahead of time with the mobile app, so I almost always use the Mobile-Thru lane. I am so happy this location has separate lanes for both drive-thru and mobile orders so that I do not have to walk in to pick up the food or wait behind others in the drive-thru lane. My biggest gripe lately had been with other drivers who end up sitting in the mobile-thru lane and blocking traffic for people that did order online. There are signs, but at this point a clearer sign may be needed with how much more often this has been happening. Long lines end up forming because of it. I personally use the app because I plan on picking up my food at a certain time to make my schedule work, so huge delays caused by people refusing to use the drive-thru lane is frustrating. It usually takes an employee or other angry drivers to get people moving out of the lane. Sometimes some items are missing. The times I have reported it, the staff have been very accommodating by either letting me come back or receiving a reward for that item so that I can order it another time. read more

Today, I go to the drive-thru, where I have been many times. There was no employee to take orders in the drive-thru line, but there was one in the app line. It was raining, so I figured she had moved over. So, I pull into the App line. I waited for the car in front of me, she was taking her order! Then I pulled up, and the employee was on her headset. I waited, and then she told me she could not take my order because I was in the wrong line. But she had just taken the order of the car in front of me. She then just walks away and moves over to the other line. So, I drive through the window, waiting while the two cars in front of me get their orders. I pull up and tell the person that the woman would not take my order. Then the male employee told me that I had to drive around to the other line because that was their policy. He did not even let me explain that there was no one in the other line to take my order and that she had taken the car before me in this line... their order, and they were also in the app line. Both employee encounters were extremely rude. I feel they were in the wrong, not me, since there was no one in the other line to take orders, and they just took the previous car's order in the app line! This is extremely bad management and PR. I cannot tell you how many times I have been forgiving of the personnel. They are usually teenagers out in the drive, clowning around. I rate this location 4 stars within the fadt food universe of rating scale. While I would not eat my own (chicken) fingers, I would still rate as yummy. I base my rating on food selection (not all chick fil a has breakfast burrito) and staff who maintained the founder's service spirit. Usually Chick Fil-A is a safe go-to for lunch. Today they were very disappointing. Watching the delivery live tracker, it showed the driver two streets over delivering my food. I called the restaurant, and the manager stated the driver said "He spoke to the customer and delivered the food." How did he speak to me when my cell phone did not ring at all. 6-2022. 8+ years of this location and it has only gotten busier. The covid pivot worked well. The 2021 Easter bunny event outside was great! Photo op and take home activity was perfect for my granddaughter. The Delivery and pick up options kept us full of great food. I think the dining room is open but I haven't dined inside for years. The drive thru is very efficient but they are always packed. The line is always wrapped around just like every other CFA location. The food and service are great. The taste has always been consistent. We've been using the delivery option, and enjoy the occasional free delivery reward. Our choice these days is breakfast. The egg white grill is very good but every time we order it the cheese is melted all over the foil wrapper, if that could be corrected it would be perfect. We choose the fruit cup option for up charge and the breakfast meal is $14. Plus delivery fee plus tip. Gets expensive. I've also ordered several catering orders here without issue. This location has always had the order ready and packaged with sauces and the serving utensils. Only had an issue once when I ordered in the drive thru and they forgot my fruit cup. I had to circle back around and the owner brought out my fruit cup with an apology and a coupon card for next time. This is our home store so will definitely continue to visit this location. read more

Multiple issues with this location. 1) 3 of the last 3 orders have either had missing items, half filled fries, no utensils or napkins. I asked the person today to please tell staff to slow down and double check orders. 2) Today I waited in my car until the app notified me that my order was ready. I came and waited for 9 minutes till the food was brought to me that was sitting on the counter (it was ready, but they didn't bring it to me). 3) I witnessed no less than 5 people not wearing masks correctly. One person was completely without a mask, and the blue shirt manager in charge had his mask pulled down past his nose and mouth.
