After a major casino loss...we decided to stop off at In and Out. It was packed. Drive-thru was lined up down the street and they were even more packed on the inside. When we ordered our number was 71 and they were on 53 when we sat down. The restaurant was clean and had a person tending to the dining room full time. Mind you this was 9:00 pm with no signs of slowing down. In and Out draws a great diverse group of customers all after a delicious burger. Tonight, like always they delivered. The burgers are delicious, hot well prepared and always consistent. The lettuce is fresh as is the tomatoes and onions. Everything about In and Out screams fresh and tasty. I keep seeing them expand east and I'd argue they will eventually become Americas best hamburger. I counted 15 associates. All smiling and friendly and working hard... Oh and less than $20 bucks! Keep up the great work In and Out!
I've heard this place is great and the long lines had me waiting to try out the burgers that ultimately ended up being a standard fast food burger. Nothing spectacular. Not bad but not great either. No bacon was a huge bummer as well. The animal fries with the sauce and liquid cheese can hit the trash. That is certainly where mine went. Ironically they have bacon bits for the fries but not the burger. The customer service tries to be good but is also another miss. They forgot my other orders and didn't hear me order a combo twice, maybe the cashier was in training. Overall it's a 1 and done for me.
Came to this location this week and got to try the Flying Dutchman and a regular cheeseburger. To start the line was so long, however the service is great as they take your order while in line and don't wait for you to reach the window. The line went by quicker than I thought. The burgers were both fast and tasty. They were a little bit too greasy for my taste but flavor wise, was great. The overall ambiance was busy, fast paced but delivered great food. Would love to come again and sit inside!
TASTIEST BURGERS - PROTEIN STYLE - On the way back from McKinny where we celebrated friends 65th Anniversary, we stopped in at Inn-N-Out in The Colony. This will be our dinner heading back home. We have been eating all day long, and this will be a small dinner for us. We LoVe In-N-Out and stop at one whenever we are on a road trip because we do not have one in San Angelo, Texas. Arrived around 4:45 pm or so, and they are really busy. But then, every In-N-Out is always busy. That being said, we were at the counter in no time. Ordered my Double-Double, Protein Style, with Tomato, Onion & Pickle. My Wife is getting their Single, with Cheese, Protein Style, with Tomato, Onion & Pickle. We are also getting two small drinks. Protein Style is our choice - it reduces the carbs. If you haven't tried it yet, do so; you will love how it tastes. S Anthony is our order taker person, and in a few minutes, he called out our number. Check out those pictures and you will see lots of add-ons, double size, on each burger. Not just one, but "Two" slices of Onions (and I mean slices, not the loose partial rings, whole slices), also "Two" slices of Tomatoes, and the pickles are there with lots and lots of Lettuce wrapped around those burgers. These Protein Style Burgers are very Tastylicious. Love how they season the pattys and all the add-ons are fresh and delicious. Protein Style is how we LoVe our Burgers and In-N-Out does them the way they should be - loaded with lettuce. My Baby and I headed back home with very happy tummies. OK... I haven't been to In-N-Out in a while but has it always taken so long to get your food... My order was placed at 5:18 and they called my number to pick it up from the counter at 5:32... I was just thinking about people who may try to go there on a 30 minute lunch break... That's not gonna work... I did order animal fries to try them out for the first time so maybe that took a little longer... But the thing that stood out the most was the girl that is taking orders hands the drink cups to the people with her fingers inside of the cup each time... Come on in and out... Do better
Stopped by for an amazing burger and got one! Made to perfection...enjoyed every bite although I felt like the beef got smaller. I'll have to look next time I go before I start eating it. The service was fantastic...and one associate even came by to ask if it was ok to take my trash away. I think his name was Isiah(?). I barely could see his name tag. Excellent service though. This location was LOUD. So many screaming kids...but that's not their fault. 5 star visit.
I don't know why the ratings aren't higher! Seriously folks, best fast food burger, IYKYK! Getting the #1 combo meal: a Double Double, fries and a drink for under $10 is a steal. In addition, you get excellent service at the counter and an employee that's constantly coming around to wipe up tables and to help if you need anything. Sure the drive thru line is long but eat inside. Dining room is clean. Burger is huge, generous portion of fries! And seriously, the fries aren't greasy nor do they have an old oil taste. You can taste the potato.
I had never been to In-N-Out Burger before, and my boss insisted that we go. We arrived around lunchtime on a Monday and it definitely was busy. I will say the staff was incredibly efficient. Everybody was moving! I ordered the double with fries and a drink. While the burger was delicious, I definitely would have ordered a single as the double was really big! I wasn't overly impressed with the fries as they kind of came across to me as just warmed up frozen fries. There was something off about the texture. Overall, good experience. They're located within a strip mall area so while there is ample parking, it is a busy strip mall area so parking can be hard to find at times.
First time ever to an In-n-out burger! The menu is literally 6 things: cheeseburger, double cheeseburgers, hamburger, fries, pop,and shakes. I ordered a cheeseburger combo no onions. Includes lettuce, tomatoes, burger sauce, fries and pop. They call your number. I only ate 1/2 the bun as I'm not supposed to have many carbs. The fries were also fresh cut and really good. I did buy a t shirt for $21 with tax. It says in-out Texas on front and a cool palm tree scene with in-n-out on back. My dad says the time to buy is when you see it. Staff/Miguel was friendly. He found me the shirt. The place was hopping. Review 12 in 2025.
When we're on the go and need a quick bite, In-N-Out Burger is a good choice. We arrived and got a pleasant greeting even though they were busy with a crowd inside and a backed up drive through. Roxanne was very pleasant and dealt well with our pesky questions. We would up with cheeseburgers and fries, both of which were made animal style. The fries, with cheese, onions and special sauce, were practically a meal by themselves. The burgers were fresh and tasty. Definitely made the right choice.

I was never a fan in CA, why, because I like variety. At In-N-Out you don't get a choice just a Burger?. But now that we do not have it in Nebraska I truly MISS In-N-Out. It is delicious and the prices are always cheaper than any place around and the burgers are never frozen. My son worked there and verified that fact. Service is friendly, fast and you get free stickers. They have plain patties for the puppies $1! What? And we love collecting shirts from different locations. Best of all there's never a day of hit and miss, you can always expect to get the same great burger every time. My favorite burger is mustard fried with both kinds of onions add pickles. I hope you try it sometime. Oh yeah don't forget the pink lemonade. read more

We stopped here before leaving town. God it was delicious. We love in n out. My husband got his lettuce wrapped. The sauce is delicious. The cheese fries are okay. Probably won't order one of those again. read more

Always a line at nearly every in n out you visit. This location especially has its own traffic even after midnight. But the reason is well known. It's good, cheap, fresh and just tastes like a good clean burger. Chopped chillies makes all the difference for me now. Good burgers always. Just not as big as the others, but just right. read more
Consistently good! The burgers are always good and the fries are usually soggy but today I order a double meal and a cheeseburger meal and the fries were actually ok. Had a few before passing them over to the kid that finished it up. read more

1/27/23 Definitely HIT the SPOT!! My friends & I were super hangry & headed to the nearest In n Out. For the first time, this particular location is... cricket, cricket cricket. Only a couple of patrons dining in & the drive thru is fairly deserted. Staff are friendly & the burgers were great tasting! The fries were the best, seasoned well!! This place will always be my go-to for an amazing VALUE meal !! You truly can't go wrong with a cheeseburger AND fries for $5... & one that tastes GOOD. Seriously - the burger is actually delicious. This location is open until 1am which makes it the perfect night spot for a late snack or meal after an event. The workers are always very friendly and the place is typically clean! I ordered today with ease and was served my meal after about 5-7 minutes. I always order a single Cheeseburger (no onions) and Fries and then ask for In N Out sauce packets on the side for the fries. (I don't usually get the animal style fries because it's drenched in too much sauce and I don't care for the onions personally). All I'm saying is In N Out is the best chain that has come to Texas ;) read more
So I haven't had in n out since maybe 2016-2017. So I told my partner they could pick anything to eat for dinner tonight and I'll have no objections. Lol So obviously they chose in-n-out , so I said ok let's go! Get there. Not too packed. I order the #1 with grilled onions and sauce on the side because I'm weird with sauces lol. Got regular fries. I must say, the food was actually really good and I was not mad about their dinner decision. The meat was seasoned well. The right amount of saltiness. The grilled onions were delicious. Wish you could get bacon here but I know that's not their thing here, however the burger was pretty decent. A solid 8 on the burger. The regular fries were decent. I did end up dipping them in the in-n-out sauce! I got the strawberry shake as well. Not too thick or runny. The consistency was just right. Strawberry flavor was light but good. I think I'll try the vanilla next as I tasted the chocolate shake my partner got and I thought it was just ok on the chocolate flavor! I also tried my partners animal style fries and they were pretty good as well. I liked the sauce way more than I thought I would. Will definitely eat here again if I'm looking for a quick simple burger and fry. I misjudged you in-n-out for quite a few years but glad I gave it another try. read more
We hadn't been to this location for a couple years. We were wanting a animal style hamburger and fries so up to The Colony we went. We were happily greeted as we entered even though they were busy which was impressive. The girl working the counter was very friendly and helpful. We had a little problem with a gift card but the manager quickly solved it which we appreciated. The food came out quickly and was hot and fries were crispy everything was delicous. Another satisfied customer here, know we'll be back again soon. read more

From Seattle, I miss the southern California In and Out experience so with much gladness, I screeched to a halt when a Dallas sign caught my eye. Too late in the night for fries, I got the double double alone. It was incredibly delicious. Better than I'd remembered. The bun so soft, fresh and grilled, all veg crisp fresh and plentiful and two burgers which seemed like quarter pound burgers. So big I couldn't finish it all. So good! read more

I lived in California for many years before moving to Texas and had in n out many times. I was excited to see that they have an in n out in Texas. I ordered the number 1 which is a double-double, fries and a drink. The food quality was definitely there and tasted amazing. Definitely will be going back whenever I crave a burger. I went drive through so did not see much of the interior. read more
With gas prices at it's all time high and inflation through the roof you can find me at In N Out. This iconic American fast food chain is the queen of burgers. Every time I pass by a In N Out there's always a drive thru line of hungry customers trailing all the way around the building to Narnia! I've been tryin to watch my figure lately so my go to is the cheese burger with a lettuce wrap and add grilled onions. My partner in crime got a double double with a lettuce wrap. You can't go wrong with a side of fries. If you're having a bad day or wanna enhance your day get the animal style fries! Not sure if you will turn into a animal or go animal mode after words but you won't regret it! Food is always fresh. Service is amazing. Not to mention their soda machine is touchless! This is our go-to spot when we can't think of anything else!! Its our comfort food!! We have had the single burgers, as well the protien-style double double, but nothing beats their original double double burgers! Always freshly made, they just hit your heart! My child wanted In and Out because she hadn't had it in a long time. When I pulled in to the restaurant there was a very long line at the drive through so we decided to go inside. It was somewhat full inside but we were able to place our orders fairly quickly. We ordered cheeseburgers- animal style & fries. We waited about 15 minutes to get our order. The food was fresh and tasted good. read more
