While I waited, multiple other customers ordered. 1 customers ordered on the app arrived for pickup. Apparently their order was supposed to be ready at 5:30, it wasn't. A One star review is overly-generous for this restaurant. They don't care whether your order is accurate or not. Ordered a double Whataburger combo and a salad at the drive-thru. The burger was not even sitting inside the sandwich when we opened the wrapper and all the toppings spilled out into the bag. The fries had no ketchup. The salad had no dressing. The lid was not even put on the drink tight enough to keep it from spilling out all over the car. Long Black Curly Hair in my Burger, which I spit out. My complaint is pending with Corporate, I am going back in the morning to show the owner my proof. Dissatisfied with the management. I pointed out two health violations while on site. I used to be a regular here. Never again will I eat here or any Whataburger anywhere. Health Services need to inspect here more often to find the employees not wearing hairnets or gloves, which were the two violations I pointed out to the manager on duty.
