I asked the cashier if she could get some more napkins, and she immediately helped me with a smile and a positive attitude. While I was eating, however, I witnessed something that completely changed my impression of this location. The manager came out and publicly addressed the cashier about her trash duties and side work in front of a dining room full of customers. I found this extremely unprofessional and embarrassing for the employee. Constructive feedback and performance discussions should be handled privately, not in front of customers. The cashier was sweet, hardworking, and attentive despite being publicly criticized. It was uncomfortable to watch and reflected very poorly on management. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. Poor management. Absolutely disappointing.

This place used to be my favorite however as of late, it's become the employees smoking ground. They're is a no smoking sign on the doors and yet the employees sit on the side smoking up the place and filling the place with the rank stench. The manager talked to them, watched them do it and voiced no concern of they're exhaling dark clouds. I am very very disgusted. I will never eat her again. read more

Shoutout to the staff--the gentleman who brought out our burgers and the woman who took our order were incredibly kind and welcoming. The place was very clean (bathrooms and drink area included), good music was playing, and there was a TV in the corner (not on, but no big deal). The chicken sandwiches and milkshakes we saw go by looked AMAZING, so we'll definitely be back to try those. Between the two of us, we spent about $40, which is a little pricey, but overall the food, cleanliness, and service made it a solid experience. Highly recommend their burgers!
