I am done with this place. Went through drive-thru recently and left after sitting there for over 5 minutes without moving an inch. Went again today and actually made it to order and they're out of most of their drinks,so we left again. I don't accept COVID as an excuse because we've gone elsewhere and had no problems. I have eaten at this fast food place once a month or so. The burgers are good and the service is adequate. The prices are about average for a fast food place. I would recommend this location if you are in the mood for a quick burger. read more

I love Whataburger but the one in Flowood needs to get in gear! They are so slow and food is never Hot and orders rarely correct. As a manager you should know Breakfast and Luch times are your busiest times. Thought I would try it again for breakfast. Went to drivethru. Placed order (Breakfast on a Bun and drink) at 7:46 and got it at 8:04! Not acceptable. I could not get out of line or I would have left. Then of course it was cold! read more

We are from Texas where Whataburger is number one! This place is a joke. We initially went to the drive thru and after 5 minutes realized it wasn't moving, so we parked and I went inside to order. There was nobody at the counter so I waited about 3 minutes. Finally a gentleman appeared. He told me upfront there was about a 15 minute wait. My kids really wanted Whataburger, so I decided to wait it out. It took awhile for him to get my order correct. I went to fill my to-go drinks at the drink machine. The area was dirty and sticky. There were no straws and the Powerade drink wasn't working. I had to get the man at the counter to remedy this. I filled my cups and sat down to wait. 32 minutes later they called my number. 32 minutes. My order was missing a chicken strip meal (so I had to wait another 5 minutes for that) and when I got home, my son's patty melt was actually some kind of bacon burger. All the food was cold, and my Coke Zero tasted off. When I left, there were dozens of people inside waiting on their food. I have never experienced a whataburger like that before. They either need more staff, or new management or they need to close the drive thru and focus on inside customers until they can get their act together. read more

For being a 'new' location, I was surprised to have received cold fries and a lukewarm burger. I arrived well before the lunch rush and it seems as if I received food made quite some time earlier in the morning. This is definitely not the way to gain loyal customers, though I am not sure they care. However, I will say that all the workers were friendly and surprisingly upbeat. I enjoy eating at Whataburger but this particular one is not my favorite. This one is fairly new and my hope is they will get better soon. The young girl taking the order & bringing out the food was very inexperienced. The order was correct but the service is extremely slow (30 minutes from the time you place your order to you get it). This was the worst Whataburger we ever visited. Guess coming from Texas we are spoiled. Yesterday, 6/10/2021 we were on our way to drop of my son at the airport. Thought we had time to get a nice lunch at Whataburger. Wait time was 45 minutes. We were not the only ones waiting and dine in was not full. About 4 couples were waiting on their food before us. Finally food came. We had to get our own napkins and catsup, which is unusual for Whataburger as usually someone comes by and ask us what we like to have. When getting our catsup etc I asked if I could have some mayonnaise,for my fries. I was 3/4 done and still didn't had my mayo. Anyway, now we were in a rush as now a normally 30 minute turned into over an hour. I wanted to take my fries with me as we didn't had time to finish our food. Unfortunately going out, next to the last/first table an employee was sitting, I dropped my fries. He just stared at me. Didn't offer to help. I'm handicapped and had a hard time picking up the fries. My son finally came in back to see why I was not coming, he helped me to pick up the fries. The employee could have easily gotten of his lazy butt, got a broom and picked up the fries for us. Will never visit this Whataburger again. Very bad experience. read more

The wait in line was long like ultra long. But the food was prepared well. It's good fast food. I haven't had anything there that I haven't liked. I've cut back on fast food but when I crave a burger after a night out then this is a stop I will more than likely make. read more

I am from Texas and love Whataburger. However, this particular Whataburger is not good at all. Long waits, confused staff, lukewarm food. I really hate that too because it is the closest Whataburger to my house. Otherwise I have to drive to County line Road or High St. After writing this, the same day I tried again. Nope! Drive thru service wasn't to bad. After getting my order I pulled into a parking space to eat there. My burger wasn't warm and cheese not melted. This tells me that their patties are cooked and set aside. Not cool. Every Whataburger I've ever been to cooks your burger while you wait. Poor management would allow this. read more

The food is excellent. I have been several times since they opened a few months ago. I have rarely had an issue with them getting anything wrong. My one complaint is that the wait is VERY long, especially for breakfast. They need to improve their breakfast crews time management or hire extra help. It typically takes me about 30 minutes to get an order for breakfast. Other times of day are typically faster but not always. Other than that it is great, and the employees are very friendly and helpful. read more

This was hands down the worst drive thru experience of my life! I was in the drive thru for approximately 25 minutes. They let two lanes order then both lanes go up to one window! They bring the food out to the farthest window. But that lane blocks all traffic trying to go around the building! When I finally got to the window there was no "Sorry it took so long mam". No explanation whatsoever! My food was cold and I had specifically asked for no mustard and that's all it had on it! I took it all back for a refund. I was not rude in any way just politely asked for a refund. The cashier left to the back and came back with the change! Never spoke a word! I live 2 miles from the Flowood Ms Store. I have eaten at this place three other times in the past year. I would eat more if the service was not such a joke. Each and every time I Have been at this place there has been a service issue. Waiting for 20 minutes in a drive through line to get my food then that order was wrong. 2nd visit few months later... exact same situation happened. I thought maybe they got their act together. Oh NOOO. Waited 15 min to get a sausage biscuit combo and it wasn't even busy. 3 cars in front of me. And yes they got my order wrong the second time. So one year later I thought... it's been a year SURELY they got their act together now. So I try the drive through again. Well I wait to place my order and after several minutes waiting to place my order; they finally ask me what I want (I had to back up and drive back into the order slot for them to acknowledge me). I place my order and I was shocked to get my order within 5 minutes of placing it. But just wait.... I pull away from the window and check my order.... yep half my order was left out of the bag. SOOOO I have to pull around back in line and WAIT for 10 min to get the order I paid for. I tell you this place is a JOKE. Best bet is just bypass this place and head to Chick Fil A where the service is ALWAYS PERFECT. Another joke was the 4 employee sitting out front by the main entrance while another employee is yelling and crying about something. REALLY RIGHT BY THE MAIN ENTRANCE!! read more

Waited 30 minutes in drive thru on a Saturday morning. Finally got food and they had the order wrong. Had to turn around, go back inside and wait another 10 minutes to get the correct food. They clearly do not have the correct process in place and someone needs to go in there and correct that. read more

I'm a big fan of Whataburger before they came to Mississippi I enjoyed them in Florida and Texas. The Whataburger that has opened in Flowood cannot get an order right. I have been to this location several times and my order is never correct. The employees are spending to much time on their cell-phones to make sure the customers order is right. read more

I got addicted to Whataburger when living in Texas. This particular store was great when it opened. Now it is horrible. I won't ever be returning and probably am off Whataburger forever. There were two times, I didn't get what I ordered. I did drive-thru both times and didn't know until I got home. I was over charged twice as well. The last and subsequently the final time I will ever go to Whataburger the food was actually COLD. I mean like refrigerator cold. Another thing is, I was there right at lunch. The place was packed. There was only one guy on the front counter. He was incredibly slow. There were employees standing around laughing and looking at their phones in the kitchen doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I was glad to see Whataburger open in Flowood but am now disappointed. I like the food but my experiences here (5 and done). Many times my fries or hash brown sticks were cold. Today my sausage biscuit was stone cold. My biggest complaint is the wait. My FASTEST drive through time has been 11 minutes, and that was with there being no car in front of me to order. Mind you that was the fastest time I have gotten through there. I wish I could remember the longest but thought surely that was a fluke - not. Generally it is nothing to be there 15-20 minutes. That is not fast food, and then to get it cold, nope, too many other places to take my business to. I am disappointed because I do like their food when hot and timely. read more

nothing really great. the meat patty is super thin. whatever brand of mustard they use is so overpowering. $8 for a burger and a drink. seems a little steep for the quality of what you get. if i had to choose again, for a fast food burger place in this area.
