Recently moved to the FWB area and have learned that Whataburger is the best spot for fast food. Service, food, price, just decimates other chain burger joints. I just don't see a return to anywhere but Whataburger. read more

I'm from Georgia and I've heard so much about this fast food restaurant. As soon as I touched down I had to come see what all the hype was about and I must say it was really good. The menu has so many options to choose from you might get overwhelmed. They have hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders and even breakfast.Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast but it ends at 11:00 am. The food is very reasonable and fulfilling you won't be disappointed. Heads up if you're in a hurry expect it to be a long line. Wow!!! Amazing customer service compared to their Eglin Pkwy location! Clean and busy store with friendly staff! Ordered a Mushroom Swiss and it does not disappoint! Fries were fresh and delicious as they had just cleaned out their fryer. We waited a little extra for our fries but agreed beforehand to the wait as we were informed of the wait and reason for the wait upon beginning our order. Turns out there was a mix up and our order went out the drive thru to another customer, BUT!!!! The manager figured out what was wrong, came to speak with us and gave us complimentary cinnamon rolls, that is huge to me, I'm ok with mixups and mess ups, they happen all the time, it matters to me that it was acknowledged and made right. read more

I missed Whataburger! Having spent the last 18 months living in a state without it, it was reunited and it feels so good! Everything on the menu is good here. I particularly love the sweet and spicy bacon burger, the patty melt, and the honey butter chicken biscuit. This is a solid location with great service. I put in a mobile order for a spicy chicken sandwich with grilled onion, a patty melt with bacon and no sauce, and a kids meal. The kids meal was the only meal they didn't mess up. The spicy chicken sandwich didn't have grilled onions, and the patty melt was missing the bacon (that I paid extra for), had the sauce on it, and had enough onions for all 3 meals. I have had multiple bad experiences at this particular Whataburger but today really took the cake. I specifically requested an avocado bacon burger to be plain with no cheese and it had sauce on it (even though the ticket had it correct). I promptly returned to have it corrected, I paid $10 for the damn thing, after all. Shane the general manager corrected the issue. I thought I was good to go but when I got home my other order, the Monterey melt was half assed assembled with hardly any toppings. This thing was so nasty that I literally had to spit it out of my mouth and throw the whole thing away. My appetite was ruined to the point I didn't even want my fries, which, is a big deal for me. This place is so slow at night...EVERY NIGHT. The staff is so slow and rude. I understand they probably have to deal with the late night crowd which probably isn't easy...but flipping burgers is easy. They seem like they take orders in small batches. It literally takes at LEAST 30 minutes to just place your order. They must put the horrible workers on at night. Maybe they need more than 15 and hour to be more motivated...not really though. The avocado was fresh & the meat was hot. The sauce was unexpectedly spicey, but good. My date enjoyed the patty melt & said it was "better than Checkers." Coming from him, that's a big deal. This whataburger is the bomb! They get my order right every single time (which is a lot more than a lot of the other burger places around here) and always go above and beyond with their service. Deborah in particular is my favorite. She is always on her game and keeps the dining area spotless every time I'm there.
