Let's be honest can we call this place fast food? I get low pay and you don't what to go over the top with service but Jesus Christ. You would think paying roughly 14 bucks for a meal they would get it right? Nope. Order and double whataburger meal and the only thing correct was the drink. How'd you forget what a meal is and give me someone's awful burger order with literally just patty and bun???? The lady running food and taking orders had to be pranking me with how awful her service was. Quite literally waited before the yellow crosswalk for them to deliver food so I wasn't in the way but all she did was stand there and give me a dirty look holding their goofy little debit card reader. The only people I can blame is management because to allow a place to be ran so poorly and horribly is insane. I feel like a hollowed out peanut shell and a pair of used socks could run it better. Don't eat here until they change the crew. read more

The food was really good and hot and tasty, and the staff are extremely nice and attentive! They even gave me a coupon while I was eating and asked us how the food was and checked on us and made pleasant light conversation. I will definitely be recommending people! Amazing experience! read more

The food was incredible, but the service was terrible, it took about like 20-30 minutes to get my food and I ordered a chicken sandwich meal, then when I got my food I took a bite and it was a hamburger. i went back to swap it out for a chicken sandwich and i said no tomatoes but they gave me my sandwich 15 minutes later with tomatoes in it and the powerade I ordered tasted like water, barely had any fruit punch flavor and they left sauce all over the wrapper. Terrible service but would recommend trying their food anyways! read more

Went for breakfast. The biscuit was so hard. You couldn't eat it. The hash brown things were so cold not good at all.

If I good give a zero I would! Deplorable service in the drive thru! Sign stated both lanes open. After zero communication from the staff, 3 cars ordered in the other lane and a car behind me I was forced to pull forward. Stopped near the window to ask if the lane was closed and was told that wasn't her lane...sooo what does that mean? Then she IGNORED me. Finally got her attention again to which she told me that I could pull around to her lane if I wanted to order. Absolutely not after that experience and already waste of my time. I will NOT be back and I usually visit there weekly! Save your time and go somewhere else! read more

I waited in the drive through line for 35 mins before someone came up to me to take my order. They have 2 lines for the drive through and one young man working both of those lines. Everyone inside was just standing around like they didn't have a line of 45 cars outside. I understand this place is new and everyone wants to try it but it's been 3 weeks after opening day and I went on a random Tuesday night. There's no reason not to have someone else taking orders unless they don't have enough workers which is not the case. If you want to wait an hour in the DRIVE THROUGH for cold food then come, if not I suggest going somewhere else. read more

Waited in line at the drive through for 10 min as the other lane ordered and went. Had 5 cars leave my lane behind me and go to other lane. I then went around the building to the other lane and the one car that was left behind me pulled forward and ordered. Crazy how 15 year olds today can make millions online and these idiots can even work fast food. Food was overpriced when I did get it and service was slow. I recommend you cross the street to the QT kitchen for better food and service. read more

I'm a Whataburger loyal customer, but this store has been disappointing. I've visited 3-4 times and haven't seen any improvement over the month they have been open. There are so many people working but somehow the service is extremely slow. Last week I waited 25 minutes for a basic breakfast order. This morning our food was essentially thrown on our table, rude delivery, no condiment tray after 15 minutes. The floors were in need of mopping. Once we got the food, it was good, but I'm not sure it's worth such a long wait. read more

For fast food it's not bad food but the service was really poor. No. 1 meal - a whataburger and I substituted onion rings. The onion rings were very good for fast food. The simple burger with mustard, chopped onions tomatoes, pickles and lettuce was good. I drove through and the young man who took my order was friendly. But I was in line long enough to observe that they were probably over-staffed with young people who were in bad need of adult supervision and training. Blame this one on owner/management. They young man who was so nice had a typo in my name and that probably added to the confusion as they asked me to park, then asked my name several times, tried to give me the wrong meal a couple of times and as they walked back and forth were pacing themselves like they were shopping instead of serving. They won't get too many more chances with Cookout and Culver's done the road. Management, you are in a prime location, go ahead and put the time and effort in to these young folks and your customers or this Whataburger is going to fail. read more

Went at 10:30pm and had a terrible experience. The entire staff is incompetent and childlike. Felt like It was restaurant ran by 12 year olds. Food was cold and took 30 minutes to be made. It wasn't even that busy. The absolute opposite of Chick-fil-A. I recommend not spending your money at this dump. read more

8a on a Saturday. We were the ONLY family of 2 inside. At least 12 employees inside. 15 minutes to get bags of food shoved at us. Asking for ketchup was a big inconvenience for them. read more

The "new" whataburger on Woodruff Rd just opened and it was disgusting. I waited in line for over an hour to get a cold burger & fries. Everything was tasteless and the servers were walking out of the restaurant with plastic smocks on, so unhygienic. Save your money read more
