Verify your order before you leave. Otherwise you may have to come back.

We placed an order through the app to take advantage of the BOGO national Burger day promotion. We got other things on our burgers like onions and paid extra for bacon. My mistake was not taking apart my burgers in store a to verify that we got what we paid for. By the time I got home and got ready to eat, it was only then that we learned our burgers were incorrect. We called and spoke to a manager who read the order back to me and assured me that we didn't have bacon on our burger. The attached receipt on our bag and our online order said otherwise. Though he disagreed that I had ordered bacon and onions on it, he did offer to exchange it for the correct burger. We were just too hungry at that point and I just said no thanks. Long story short, check your food before you leave if you order at this location. The food was good, the customer service was okay.

This is a $5 large fry. Judge for yourselves.

Honestly it's a bit overpriced and underwhelming. The fry portion was very much lacking for $5.

One of my favorite fast food burgers. Love it with the slaw. Onion rings and fries are both excellent as well. Small upgrade for the shakes with the combo which are also very good.

We were just Yelping around, looking for a place to eat near us, and this place popped up, so off we went. First impressions: As mentioned in another review, the floor is sticky. I'm not sure why this is, but it should be remedied. Also, they do not have any type of gluten-free bun, which is getting to be a standard need nowadays, and there are some Good gluten-free buns out there. When I placed my order for iced tea, I was given a cup. I filled the cup at the ice machine, but there was no tea at the station. I was told by a young man at the counter that he would bring it out. Okay. But when the food arrived in a paper bag, still no tea. At this point, I noticed two tea containers sitting near the wall behind the counter, so I went back to the counter & asked for tea. I did get the tea, but didn't understand why the tea was never put out for customers' use, along with the carbonated drinks. Weird. The burger was okay. Hubby remarked that the meat had a weird mouth feel, and I did get that in a couple of bites. It felt somewhat greasy. And the fries seemed to be pre-cooked & kept in a warmer; they were a little dry. COVID may have impacted this business. I know it is a tough time.

They are currently short staffed. Closed for lunch quite a bit. I'd definitely call them before coming in to make sure they are open.

No pickles means no pickles. When you read the ticket and the person ordering say no ______, that means don't add them in the burger.

I also ordered the sweet plantains, which are phenomenal! I could certainly understand why people would try the burgers because they look fantastic. The place wasn't packed, but it was fairly busy for the middle of the afternoon which tells me that this place probably does a really good business. Juan Pablo and Julietta were really helpful and friendly. They definitely made the customers feel welcome. Although it is a quick serve restaurant, the ambience is really cool. It does not feel like fast food nor does it taste like that. If you are looking for something that is just a little bit different this might be your place. If someone is not adventurous enough to try the Colombian options, they can definitely order the burgers.

It was early evening and busy with people ordering/ picking up take out. Our burgers arrived very hot and fresh. The buns they use are firm but soft and stay together through every bite. Fries were hot and crisp! You order your burger then fries come as a side option for $2.99 Delicious fresh food all round. Will definitely be back again. We have to work our way through the menu now lol Give it a try if you haven't already you will not be disappointed.

Hubs had the meatballs (which the server said they only had two left...a friend nabbed the others) and other friends had the moules (mussels) frites and the braised short rib IIRC. The *.frites were the biggest hits. My filet was perfect, Sharon was raving about her mussels being the best she's had in ages. I had a bite of the meatballs, they were ok but people agreed there are better things on their menu. I love that the frites come with a choice of 3 out of about 10 different custom mayos (aiolis for the fancy-schmancy). I tried the curry, sriracha, and a fruity one I can't remember exactly what it was. I liked the fruity one the best and to my surprise, the curry the least (I usually love curry, but the balance was off). The sriracha mayo was too subtle for me, I slather sriracha mayo on my burgers regularly. I have no class. The frites were fresh cut and I enjoyed them but there were far more than I could eat on my plate, and sadly frites don't keep. They have my favorite super sweet Lindemann's framboise lambic on tap; I've only ever had it in bottles before, so that was a treat. My husband thinks I'm crazy to drink it because it is SO SWEET but I love it. So does Sharon, and clearly we're not alone or they wouldn't waste a tap on it :). It's beer for people who hate beer. (I resemble that remark. Maybe hate is a strong word. But in my 30s I realized I'd rather drink a soda than a beer, except for this one.) Desserts sounded good but we were too stuffed to order any. Next time I come, I may try the mussels, or I might just order that steak again.

It's in a basement that feels like a pleasant dungeon or a 1500's rogue tavern, you know, the kind in the movies where plots to overturn evil rulers are hatched. It is a unique vibe and after your meal, when emerging back onto the brightly lit street, it's akin to stepping out of a secret place and back into the light of day. The beer selection is impressive. This food is Belgian inspired. Hence the name being derived from a mix of Trappist Monks, trap doors, and a hidden underground enclave. Many of the beers have higher alcohol content, listed on the menu, be advised. The specialty is Moules Frites, mussels prepared in various broths and fries double fried in duck fat served with a flight of your choice of flavored mayonnaise such as wasabi, curry, truffle, sriracha, etc. Very good. Reservations are highly recommended. It was a busy Thursday at 6:30pm and the place was literally packed, even the bar. The two of us were seated in a large, dark, alcove booth fitting for six or perhaps even eight. We had a reservation, so the hostess said, "we may as well fill it" since it was that crowded. Being such, it was five minutes before we were noticed and placed our drink orders, another five before our water arrived and we ordered and about 30 minutes later to get our food. In between we were left to ourselves. The service was not negligent, but it was minimal and not really friendly either. It was a busy night, so we will have grace. But the mussels were delicious. We both had the Provincale, a rich, savory, Mediterranean sauce of tomatoes, garlic and white wine. Bourdain says "never order the mussels", in his Kitchen Confidential book, but here you are safe because they are very popular and the main feature. I've probably said this before and it is worth repeating, they need to up their crusty bread game. The broth is so good and the accompanying bread just doesn't lend itself to bringing the dish to another level, but it could were it better bread. This is a solid and must do restaurant experience when visiting Greenville. It arguably should be the "one" restaurant you must visit in town because of its unique ambiance and unique food & beverage.
