The wings were overcooked, very dry, and extremely small -- some of the two‑bone pieces were smaller than my pinky finger. They also lacked sauce and flavor. When I asked, the manager explained that the sauce is baked in, but the garlic wings had no noticeable garlic taste and the spicy Parmesan had very little seasoning. The blue cheese dressing was also unidentifiable in flavor and texture. The only item that was even marginally enjoyable was the onion rings, though they were unexpectedly spicy, which my daughter didn't care for. It was surprising that the onion rings had more heat than the wings themselves. My great niece was christened today and our original plan was to eat at Copper River however, they messed up our reservation. Thankfully Wild Wings quickly accommodated our lunch party of 12. We were seated quickly and our waitress was nice. Although I am thankful for the accommodations...there was something wrong with the A/C because it was SO hot in the building!!!! It was uncomfortable. I know that having a large party can be daunting...but our food came out in a decent amount of time. But our server got several of our orders wrong....several. After 3 and 4 attempts...we were still correcting orders. It was frustrating but we made it through. This is my first time eating at Wild Wings. I would give my food three out of five stars...I mean it was a salad. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either. A lot of my lettuce was brown and some of my chicken was hard. After receiving our drinks, my 10 year old dropped her straw in the booth and it went into the crease where the back and seat meet.
