Yall are a bunch of haters. The service was quick and easy and the worker was nice. I was worried about the food cause of the other reviews, but the Slap Burger was really good quality. Good size, juicy and tons of flavor. I also got the loaded fries which were also really good, I would only ask for a little less of the sauce next time. I got an Oreo shake and I really liked the ice cream they used. The main location is with Urban Gyros and it's very clean and an open area with a few games on. Mia, the cashier, was phenomenal! Her customer service and personality made my family's entire experience. She was super friendly and answered our questions and gave great recommendations. We ordered the Philly, Hatch Chile burger and the queso hot Cheeto burger. All were good maybe next time not double meat but this is solely my personal preference. I was expecting more out of this burger joint. The meat is a brisket and prime rib blend. The bun is too fluffy for the thin patty. The bun is substantial and steals the patties starting role. Upon my first bite all it reminded me was of a school cafeteria burger. It comes with lettuce and tomato,pickles and slap sauce. The slap sauce had a Lil zing but nothing special about it. I ordered tater tots and those tasted like the frozen ones you get from the store. Overall just an uninspired little burger. Not planning on a return visit. read more

Great food, the Slap Burger was a fantastic example of how to make a hamburger, coupled with some amazing shoestring fries. The man serving was amazing, and had an infectiously joyful attitude. He was kind enough to allow me to choose a free shake of my choice to train a newer employee. The location is very open and spacious, and has amazing yet appealing coloring. I went to this place for the first time ever. After tasting the food I have no idea why they aren't packed. The burgers are delicious, huge, flavorful, and have the perfect bun, veggie, to meat ratio. The mozzarella sticks had a cheese pull you rarely see in a place like this. I got my order to go. 80% of the time that I order to go the people packaging it don't give af about how it looks or if it's even fresh. This place clearly did. The food looked as good as it tasted. First time there, had a Hatch Green Chile burger and must say it was great! Lot of flavor! Service was excellent and clean.

Really wanted to give this place a try since I love going to urban gyros but this place is very disappointing, we tried ordering two burgers with onion rings and so the cashier rang us up for that, then the manager I'm assuming (big bald dude) came and told us he could not make our order because they do not sell burgers alone they HAVE to come with fries and apparently they don't sell onion rings but still have it on the menu, so after we were told that, the big gentleman started to seem upset that we were asking for only burgers and he started to talk somewhat rude to me and my wife, I'm not sure why he would be upset we wanted onions rings when they have it up on the menu and it was our first time attempting to give this place a try so we had no idea what they do and don't serve, maybe take it off the menu if you no longer sell it? But anyways glad we didn't try this place because it would've came out to almost 50 bucks for 2 burgers (fries that we didn't want to begin with) and buffalo fries -_- over all a very confusing and condescending experience, will never come back even tho I guess I will cuz I love urban gyros read more

So my wife and I are trying to decide where to eat when I remember receiving an email about this place so I dragged my wife along. Upon entering the restaurant my wife and I first noticed how clean the restaurant is and is tied to the Urban Gyros restaurant which was also immaculately clean. My wife ordered the single with bacon and waffle fries and I ordered the double with bacon and waffle fries-Slap style. Our order was brought to our table quickly and needless to say, hot off the grill. The burgers were juicy and not flimsy and not overshadowed by the soft buns. The fries were delicious and Slap Style, they were scrumptiously delicious. They also offer waffles and crepes for dessert but we were stuffed. I highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to come back. I don't like giving out 5 stars because I always want establishments to improve but this place was pretty close and I'd give it a 4.8 out of 5 stars. read more

Slap burger is a burger joint with good shakes and great service. I went and got jalapeño popper burger with fries, the burger was initially good when I got to almost finishing my burger I noticed the center of the patty wasn't cooked as well as the rest and therefore lacked flavor. Besides that I would definitely recommend restaurant is sanitary and very colorful and brings a feel of comfort upon arrival. read more

Food was horrible. Meat look and tasted like it was boiled with no seasoning. Bun and ingredients were good but bun was way too big for the size of patty. I'm still trying to find a orange cow type of burger on the east side and struck out again. However, I can say with confidence that this was the worst burger I've ever had and I am not being hyperbolic. My wife and I discussed how McDonalds would have been better and way cheaper. Speaking of that, it is way over priced. I paid about $38 for two combos. That's about $25 too much for what we got. Horrible, horrible, stay far far way from this place. read more
