I've noticed a consistent pattern of delays every time I visit this location. Whether it's no coffee, not enough staff, or overall disorganization, there always seems to be an issue. Management does not appear to proactively prepare, especially on Sundays between 9-11 a.m.--a time when the church brunch crowd is guaranteed. But I do, and as soon as I got a greeting I noticed that it was a lady (& I hope this message gets across right without sounding wrong) but anyways, ladies were in the front doing the greeting and my guys were in the back flicking their wrists (again, I hope my message doesn't get across wrong) ....the cadence was great. The crew had extraordinary timing and great energy...if i felt lost ordering, Lorena knew what to do to make me feel taken care of. I recently ordered a takeout curbside order before going into work. I made the order early morning so that I could be in front of Houston's traffic! I arrived and parked and checked in and had to wait 25 minutes for staff to come out to mention that an item that I ordered was not available. The staff member stated that my other items were ready for pick up and He would be back with it if I was okay with not having the missing item. I mentioned to the staff member that I had been waiting for a while and he stated that he was only one person very rudely! I requested that he just cancel my order and He replied that he could not refund my order and to go online if I needed a refund. I chose to just take the order due to the fact I had promised coworkers I would bring food! Upon arriving to my destination the food was ice cold and horrible missing items. I do remember however was an over half hour wait for my food, it was dine in and when they brought it to us it was cold. The food is ALWAYS cold no matter how long they take, they ALWAYS mess up on something and when you order through Uber Eats or Doordash, you will always have fries missing, burger missing, etc. I'm over this location and have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I'm done. Good ol' Whataburger faire is served up here and it's quite good. The service is friendly but the wait time can be a little slow. So if you are in a hurry you may want to go inside and order to go rather than dine in or use the drive through. For whatever reason, ordering to go inside seems to be the quickest. Our order consisted of 2 Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich combos, a Whataburger with cheese and jalapenos combo, Chicken Strips combo, soft drinks and a malt. Like most Whataburgers, this one will add extra malt if you ask. Spicy ketchup is will also be given upon request. The food was hot, fries crispy and the malt was excellent and satisfying after a long day. read more

I'm giving this location 5 stars because the service and food was awesome!!! The guy arrived on time and the food was hot and fresh. I got my burgers fast. Service was quick and to the point. Prices were pretty good - $3.04 for a single whataburger. And the whataburger is definitely a "WHATABURGER!" And I mean that for fast-food burgers - none of the gussy-gourmet types which I also do love. Fresh meat, fresh produce, great buns (and they're toasted too, which is a big plus) - and just a great overall burger that makes me happy to forget about the other major chains in the area that sells burgers at this price (McD and BK). Yes, there's Five Guys and some others - but they sell their burgers for way over $3 - and frankly, I think Whataburger can even compete with those guys!
