Lawd. Went through drive thru. For two croissant, egg, and cheese ONLY sandwich for my young king. He love cheesy egg sandwiches! They charged me for a supreme croissant without ham, and bacon. Total was $7.77 Instead of LESS than $5. Basically, I paid for items that I did NOT receive, which was freaking frustrating. Plus my son will have his own money, and he knows the price of his regular order, this threw that all off. I must have explained myself half of dozen of times, and repeatedly ask for NO MEAT. They gentleman was repeatedly confirming the details, incorrect; "okay that's NO eggs, and cheese" I even explained the detail to the guy, and his Manager. How horrible is that. I requested the three items to be entered separately. Key in, croissant ($1), egg ($1), cheese (.50). This location, obviously didn't go through proper training to not comprehend direct, full detail instructions.

This place was terrible tonight. Our food took roughly 18 minutes. The lady who took our order got it wrong. We didn't mind that but we minded that she shorted us food. Our fries and a taco. She told us they didn't serve fountain drinks and only orange juice or water bottles for our combos. She still charged us for the water bottle as if it was our fault they didn't have drinks. I wish she just told us there wasn't any sodas and didn't offer us water bottles. She didn't give me a fork for my teriyaki bowl and was incredibly slow. We are driving around to get our missing items and my fork but we are still in line currently. Avoid this location at all costs. // update its 11:47 we just got to the window again after waiting. We asked for either our missing items or a refund when she rudely said "No I gave you everything!" And we said no and then asked if we could get a refund. We were giving the food back. She said no come talk to a manager. We asked for her name and she said it was a Jessica.

I don't know why I keep coming to this Jack in the Box. I guess because it's close to the house but they are not consistent with quality of food. A few weeks ago I just wanted to order some tacos and two caramel iced coffees. Luckily I took a sip of the iced coffee before leaving the parking lot. There was no sweetener. I drove back around in the drive-thru and asked for a little sweetness to the bitter iced coffee. I have always bragged about Jack in the Box iced coffee being better than Starbucks. When it is made correctly, it truly is and a better value. It's frustrating when they do not meet expectation. The reason for this review is my frustration today. I wanted an early hamburger for me and my daughter. The time of ordering was 9:50am. Jack in the Box typically serves all foods all day. I ordered two Jumbo jacks with cheese and two iced coffees and two orders of mini churros. Coffee was correct, but the hamburgers tasted old! I did not taste my burger until I got home which is so frustrating because I paid $3+ for each burger. I smelled the burger and opened up the bun. Clearly they are using old meat. It was NOT FRESHLY PREPARED. After two bites, smelling the old meat and looking at it, I threw the burgers away. To make matters worse, I was sure I was getting fresh burgers because the guy at the drive through window asked me to pull around to the front to wait on my order because of his order completion time. Now that I got the-bad burgers home, I realize they must get graded on how fast the complete orders that come to the window and even though no one was behind me in the drivethru, by having me drive off gives the appearance that he completed my order transaction quickly. It helped him out on his review but they really screwed me over by serving me two old hamburgers which were not fit to eat. I spent a little over $12 and threw most of it away. I don't think I will visit this location ever again or maybe not any location. No one has money and time to waste.

At the Houston Texas westheimer location 14540 Westheimer Rd Houston, TX 77077 United States Employee is named YANETH I pull up and pay for my food. It appeared your card was having a lag. Regardless my bank alerted me that the funds were taken from my account. The gentleman said funds were not taken. So then YANETH came up rude not kind at all and pretty much told me she does not care that she sees my bank took the money ! She said unless I pay for a second time I will not get the food ! I said no problem just refund my monies. She said no ! She then proceeded to say people like me come up here all the time and do this and she will call the cops if I don't leave !!!!!! I asked for the owner of the franchise or managers name and number she threatened to call the cops again. She then came outside Violated my privacy and told all the cats behind me it was me causing a problem !!!! Unreal. Our money can be spent anywhere !!! I did nothing wrong and yet your employee feels so freely to threaten to call the cops ??????? I want someone to contact me about this horrible experience ASAP !! Your employee could've placed my black life in danger over your DELAYED MACHINE !!! Not ok !!! I sent a short video of her and the other employee as well as my debit card charges via DM. I never received the food nor a refund !!!!

Allow me to be Review No. 1,100 following my visit to this wonderful culinary gem yesterday…read more By default, Spring Branch is Houston's Koreatown, but it's not unusual to find establishments with Spanish-language branding on them throughout the neighborhood. And Tacos Doña Lena, on which I'll heap tons of praise on, is among them. A group of friends and I had supper here before a live show down the street at Eighteen Ten Ojeman. Upon seeing the storefront when we pulled into the parking lot, my first thought was, "Okay, this is legit Mexican, not Tex-Mex." The interior is quite small with some tables and an ample late Saturday afternoon crowd. What caught my eye is how the environment is what you might expect to find at a family-run taqueria off the beaten path. Rock en Español blaring from the sound system. Colorful papel picado draped from the ceiling. A framed Mexican flag and several references to the central Mexican municipality of Guanajuato. The intoxicating smell of spice-laced grilled beef wafting through the air. Simply put, we're not in Kansas anymore, Toto. I glanced at the menu. There are numerous, delicious-sounding items that happen to be wallet-friendly, a bit cheaper than if you were to go to Gringos or Jimmy Changas. According to a mutual, the tacos here are the main draw, but what really caught my attention and appetite was the ramen birria. Mujeres y caballeros (ladies and gentlemen), let me proclaim that Tacos Doña Lena turns a noodle dish with origins in Japan and is a known staple in college dorm rooms into a must-try on this part of America's fourth-largest city. Two amazing food cultures unite for a fiery meeting of the minds. Anchored by a rich, tasty consomé that's spicy but not enough to where you need to drink multiple glasses of water, there's a prime mix of ramen noodle, beef birria, cheese, fried egg, rabanos, garbazo, and corn accompanied by cilantro, onions, and a pair of fried tostadas. I was so impressed with how the contents of the ramen blended together. Since it was ramen after all despite the south of the border touchup, I still ate it the traditional way: pick up the noodles and sip the soup. There was so much that I had no choice but to put it in a takeout container. Sure, Spring Branch may be home to some great traditional Korean restaurants, but don't sleep on Tacos Doña Lena.

Since it was my first time here, I ended up ordering 1 chorizo and 1 asada taco, churros, limon aguas, and my friend got the asada taco as well and a hortchata! Since it was super busy (especially on saturday night) it was about a 30 minute wait foe our food but it was well worth it! They hand out free chicharrones and they were super crunchy and a nice snack while we waited for our food. The limon aguas was super refreshing especially in the summer heat and the horchata was really good! We sat at the counter top that overlooks the kitchen. I love that the open kitchen concept so you can see them making your food right in front of you! Everything smelled so good so I was excited for my food. I love that they give radishes, cucumbers, and plenty of limes on the side. I definitely love all of the toppings and the more the better! I tried all of the salsas and the salsa de chile de arbol was by far my favorite! super spicy but had so much flavor. The chorizo was good but a little dry for my liking. I did just want to try it so I can try more than one flavor but I think I would get it again as a breakfast taco with egg instead. The asada was my favorite of the two so much flavor and plenty of meat! I was content with these 2 tacos but I could have definitely eaten more if we didn't order churros as well! The churros came with classic condensed milk and dulce de leche which is just carmelized condensed milk. The churros were crunchy and warm on the outside and had a chewy texture like mochi on the inside! Super yummy and not too sweet! I liked both sauces and would definitely get this again. Overall, I had a great experience and I will be craving the tacos until the next time I can come back! I can't wait to try a lot of their other menu items as well. Definitely recommend!

I'm from Katy; this east part of Houston is very new to me. I don't know where to go for food here, but I for sure now know where to go for Trompo Tacos! The trompo here was bomb! The order of tacos came with a side of grilled onions and potatoes. I have never had roasted potatoes with my tacos; they were tasty and very buttery. I don't like cinnamon but the horchata was addicting and it paired so well with the food. My friend got their Melon Agua Fresca and he said it was really refreshing as well. The gorditas were stuffed and they were so delicious, the cheese was melting and the bread was warm and not dry. The Quesadillas were my favorite. You put both the red sauce and the green sauce on it, a lot of lime juice, and it's perfect. I forgot to order cilantro on mine but they do give you it at no extra cost. The prices are so cheap and you get so much food. Everything is around $3 and it will fill you up. Each of us totaled out to be about $10-15 per person and we were stuffed. There's a parking lot, but we went on the weekend, and while the interior didn't look overly full, it was somewhat difficult to find a parking spot. The restaurant itself is clean. Everything is pretty much green and white. There's covered patio seating. You order from a window and there's a large menu printed nearby The menu offers all sorts of tacos, meats, burritos, bowls, quesadillas, quesabirras, sides, and even kids meals. You can get beer, margaritas, and non-alcoholic drinks. There's also a breakfast menu The food was good, and it didn't take too long to come out. My main issue was the service. The individual taking orders seemed to have a bit of an attitude and just seemed "over it." Furthermore, we mentioned having a queso coupon and when we were given the total I placed my card on the reader and I was told that I did it too fast and the queso wasn't taken off. The odd thing was, we walked away and realized that they didn't add the queso and the coupon was for free queso so they could have just rung up an additional queso. This individual had the vibe of eye rolling everything, and it honestly left a bad taste in my mouth Some tips: You can order online to avoid any wait. Just go up to the pick-up window when it's supposed to be ready for a painless interaction There's a little bar area where you can get pre-packaged (to-go) salsas, pickled onions, limes, etc etc etc. the salsas are tomatillo, habanero, and jalapeño (I believe) You can order margaritas to go, which we did! Cheers!!
