Order staff was very friendly. Did not up sell anything which was nice. The Parmesan fries and queso fries came out first. Both hot and tasty. The good night good cause bowl was very very subpar to say the least. Very disappointed. Son was brought a dry Wagyu burger. Not what he ordered. They ended up bringing him someone else's burger. Wait staff was a tad too eager to gather the plates and bowls. Took up the queso fries before we had finished. When we said something, got a shoulder shrug. Won't be coming back.

Went with the Mexicali shrimp and Nashville hot tofu, with a margarita obviously. Both tacos were prepared well and very filling. Currently they have a two for $10 promotion and it is the perfect amount of food and comes with a drink. What made this seemingly regular lunch was Kyler my server/ cashier. From walking in to finishing my meal, Kyler was bright warm and hilarious. Cracking jokes and making my meal feel more like dining at an upscale restaurant than a quick grab and go. Keep being you Kyler! You are a true jem and made my Friday

So I ordered the siracha burger munchies box, and it's no fish n chips it wasn't bad. They also have a Coca Cola freestyle machine, and let me tell you I had fun creating my own drinks. (Insider tip, try the vanilla sprite, you can thank me later) Top off all this fun with the fact that the dining room was entirely empty, it almost felt like they did this for us. It almost felt like a date night. Only thing that made it feel unromantic was the two homeless people who wandered in asking for a cup of water.

I'm not sure exactly what kind of sauce they use, but it was really good and gave the burger a different taste from your regular burger spot. Everything tasted fresh and the burger wasn't dry or overcooked. The price was fair. I wouldn't say it's the cheapest burger, but for the quality and what you're getting, I didn't have a problem with it. Service was okay. Nobody was rude or anything like that, but I do think there's some room for improvement when it comes to the overall customer service experience. The place itself was clean and parking was easy, which is always a plus. My only complaint about the inside was that it was really cold. I know it's Houston and we like the AC, but it was a little too cold to sit there comfortably for too long. Overall, I'd definitely eat here again. The burger was the main reason I came and it didn't disappoint.

I worked in the hotel hospitality industry for forty years, and this would never be acceptable treatment of a guest. This man DOES NOT DISPLAY OR REPRESENT YOUR ORGANIZATION, RESTAURANT, OR WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE. I should tell you I will put this review on Google, Yelp and other platform I can, so no one else is treated with such disrespect. Despite it being nearly 10pm, the front end staff was very friendly as if the place just opened up. They were conversational while I was waiting for my food. I took the food back to my room and it was still hot when I got there. As always chicken was phenomenal and I love their fries. Just the right amount of salt that makes you want to go in for more and then more again.

If you want to park, it's best to enter through the shepherd entrance because it's easier to get into a parking spot. I think this is a location that utilizes the drive through more then walk in/dine in because you may be lucky and have two to the 3 spots available to actually park in. The service is fast I must say so I do suggest for this location, just going through the drive tru so your not looking for parking or risk getting your car hit by people trying to back into a spot

The lemonade wasn't anything special, but the ordering process and customer service experience I received was excellent. I used the drive-thru instead of dining inside, but the menu was brightly lit, easy to read, and the area was clean and free of trash. Overall, I'd definitely order from this location again.

I recently visited this Whataburger location and I have to say, it was a great experience. The restaurant was clean and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. In particular, I want to give a shoutout tothe nice lady with the green vest who provided exceptional service and was super nice throughout my visit. The food at Whataburger was also fantastic - I ordered the famous patty melt nd it was cooked to perfection. The fries were crispy and delicious as well. But what really stood out to me was the Texas hospitality that was on full display. Everyone was so warm and friendly, making me feel right at home. read more

I spent a lot of time fantasizing about this flavour, as a normal person does. I unfortunately had bidness to attend to on the other side of town for most of the day so I did not get back into the area until the sun had already gone down. That is prime vampire time, but I still wanted my pie so I risked it even without my necklace of garlick cloves and fashionable hammer and sickle-shaped-stake. If you didn't know the deets of the Baja blast pie, it was a thing all over TikTok and a fun meme, but an actual real thing you could obtain once it launched. There were a ton of Reddit posts about it, many with mishaps in attempting to obtain it. The guidelines were each store was only going to have about 12 pies so it was very limited, very exclusive, very demure. You had to buy the entire pie, no looseys of a single slice so the $21.64 might have scared off some customers who were not real thugs comin' through on a meme pie. You could not get it through uber eats or any delivery service. And when I went into this store you could not even get it on the order kiosk, you had to order it only from a real live human behind the register. This makes me feel like I am back in the Roger Rabbit (Roger is my favourite Disney princess) film with the password of "Walt sent me" to get into the speakeasy, this is one of the most exclusive things I have had access to in a while. I had high hopes for a Baja blast pie. It was very blue-green, sea-like almost on all of the photos and videos I had seen. The frozen Baja blast in the Times Square Taco Bell is one of my favourite NYC treats after a 12+ mile walk since that guy that lights people on fire riding the Subway is still around, so I don't go near the Subway, the thing in the ground or the sammich place. I am a truuuu Winchester so I live for pie, key lime pie especially and this is a near-cousin of key lime pie. I thought there was no way this could be bad. I was wrong. As I was in the store last night, I used my credit card on the credit card stand furthest from the front door since the government could know about this transaction, it is not one that needed to be in cash munny. I had not used that card in a while. Less than 12 hours later this morning that credit card got hit with a fraud alert, someone had unsuccessfully tried to use that card to buy thousands of dollars of AT&T merch. My credit card company knows me well enough to know that is a purchase I would absolutely not be making. So this store is either intentionally using a skimmer, or they have negligently failed to detect a skimmer in use on their credit card machines. Either way, pretty pathetic store ops to have an active criminal in your employ you shrug off, or you not being able to detect a fraudster in your mix. The inside of the store was also dirty, sticky, and in need of a good wash. It smelled badly in the store, the ambiance was that of a place you need to rather than want to exit. The pies were individually wrapped but nothing else I saw in the store made me think I would ever come back to this location. The Times Square Taco Bell smells pleasant, so it is nothing inherently bad about Taco Bell in general, just this location which needs to be hosed down and soaped up like a Girls Gone Wild video. Beyond that, the pie was an absolute disaster. I carried it out of the store gingerly and unboxed like it was a delicate porcelain doll and it was as mangled as you see in the photos. Gross, disgusting, whilst originally used against KFC almost 20 years ago, the way Taco Bell presents this $21.64 pie that disabled one of my credit cards with fraud, this is the 2025 Christmas-season update edition of "failure pile in a sadness bowl". Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. Go wear a dunce cap, sit in the corner, and think about what you have done. Winchester impulse to acquire pie is still there, but next time I will keep driving past the Taco Bell to have a more authentic pie experience. I paid $21.64 for this exclusive item only for Mountain Dew fans and all I got was this lousy one star Yelp review.
