Awesome burgers and food! Came here after volunteering at the ballpark with a friend and we had a great time. Staff are nice and friendly, they bring the food to you whether you're eating there or taking it to go with number tents. Plenty of TV's to watch various sports, plenty of outdoor seating and fans for those hot, humid summer days of Houston. Parking can be tough so be prepared to park somewhere else and walk if needed/necessary. Be prepared to sit outside if your group doesn't mind cause there is little to no inside/Air conditioned seating. If you are looking for the same vibe but with indoor seating, I recommend visiting some of their other locations around town. I am very picky with my burgers and I can say that this place has met my expectations since moving to Houston. They offer a variety of toppings to make your burger unique, as well as chicken sandwiches, salads, hot dogs and milkshakes (offering a new flavor of the month to help keep customers excited). I love the open seating they offer and that TVs are surrounded by the tables for entertainment. Another perk is that they're open late until 12am on weekdays and until 4pm on weekends! I typically like to place my order over the phone, so that it can be ready by the time I arrive but as of recently, I noticed that they switched to an AI customer service and it hasn't been the best experience. If you're the type of person to make modifications to your burger like me, then I recommend placing your order in person because with AI bot will make mistakes and your order may come out incorrect. Tried Burger Joint in Houston recently. The burger itself was cooked perfectly, but there was a weird flavor to it that honestly threw me off. I'm not sure if it was the seasoning or spices they use, but something just didn't taste right to me. Ended up only eating half the burger. Overall, it just wasn't my favorite and probably not a place I'd go back to. On the positive side, the service was good and the ambience is cool. They have a covered outdoor patio seating area that gives it a nice vibe. The downside is if the wind blows a certain direction, you catch a pretty strong garbage smell from the nearby dumpsters. The feels like temperature was 102°F and there was absolutely NO ice available for the fountain drinks. When I mentioned that the ice was empty all I got was shitty attitude from the punk ass bitch behind the counter. $20 order and no ice available is completely unacceptable and unreasonable. The management needs to ensure that the fountain drink dispenser has proper levels of ice for customer drinks. Basic guest service standards appearantly don't apply. The atmosphere is very casual and the seating is in the heat, no air conditioning which emphasizes the lack of ice. Great burgers and a nice place to grab food after visiting the surrounding shops. I ordered the smoke stack burger which was delicious and full of pulled pork. It didn't have that much mac and cheese on it, however it was still tasty. You have to order fries/onion rings separately which adds to the cost but overall a good meal. A cool burger spot with a lot of outdoor seating. The service is great and everyone is really friendly and helpful. I haven't been here for more than a week and have been here twice. There is some parking in front of the restaurant and in the parking garage around the corner. They have a lot of fans for when it gets hot and a good shake selection. I've been coming here for a while now. It's a nice outdoor spot where you can bring your dogs, which is pretty cool. They'll even provide little bowels of water for them. The food? Tonight was another example -- we ordered fish and chips and couldn't even add extra tartar sauce to the order. To make matters worse, we didn't receive the tartar sauce that should have automatically come with the meal in the first place. This has become a recurring issue. We've sent multiple messages and provided feedback several times, yet there has been little response, no meaningful changes, and no consistent improvement. While the restaurant may be experiencing temporary success, long-term customer loyalty depends on listening and responding to customers -- and that simply hasn't happened in our case. Because of the repeated lack of response and results, I'll honestly begin recommending and supporting other restaurants when people ask where to order from. The burger joint is probably literally my favorite burger joint. I've been here a few times and I would definitely for sure recommend the turkey burger. It is absolutely delicious. It comes with a bacon jam on top that is really tasty. It has cheese on it as well but what really sets it apart is the cornbread tots that are inside the turkey burger. So with that being said it is very much a loaded burger, that is truly bursting with flavor and so so good. Definitely come here and try it because it's amazing. The only reason I didn't give this place five stars is because of the fries. They tasted almost not seasoned at all like they definitely could've used some extra salt so that kind of made me feel like it wasn't a completely perfect meal...but those burgers were amazing. My boyfriend got a regular burger and he said his was very delicious as well so this is definitely a place to try if you want a good burger.
