So I just picked up two burgers and we checked our bags and only one ketchup sauce was put in the bag, when we asked the girl again she handed us one again. Horrible service we decided to go late at night to eat and all of our orders were wrong we were all missing stuff you could noticed that their was no one in charged they were all kids one of them had headphones in his ear while helping customers it was unsanitary and it was one of my worst experiences that I ever had to go thorough in a Whataburger restaurant I will sure not be coming back to this location any time soon read more

Do not recommend coming to this establishment if you have a sensitive nose. As you walk in you get a whiff of it, It smells like they mopped with a dirty mop and it's more towards the cashiers counters. The service is fantastic and fast. Whataburger your still the pace for burgers but darn the smell, management please do something about it. read more

I have been to several Whataburgers in Texas... I feel like I am an expert of sorts... anyway, this location ranks down on the bottom of the list. I placed my order and paid... and then the confusion about what I order started... It was simple, Whataburger with cheese and jalapenos, and a large onion ring... I finally got my order (to go), and there were hardly any onion rings in the box ... wow, thanks.. I ordered a large for a reason... The burger was ok, nothing special... So picture it...Houston 2020 pandemic. You're on your way home from a LONG day and you're starving so boom you decide you want WHATABURGER. The location nearest to you is the one on Wallisville but you vowed to never go there again because the service and the food is horrible and they are so slow but any who back to the story. So you get to Whataburger on i10, Mouth just watering because you just know your food is about to be good right ? So you order your food.. Two #13's with gravy Rootbeer & Sprite both with lite ice. So the line is long but moves pretty fast to your surprise. You pay get your food right away. You make it home, wash your hands first of course because this is a pandemic and you don't want to eat any possible traces of Corona. You sit down and take the first bite of your fries and they taste like they were cooked last week and reheated last night...but you let it slide because you were only going to eat a couple of them anyway. So on to the toast...have you ever tasted cold cardboard? At this point I'm about to quit. The last hope of even eating a piece of a meal are in these 3 chicken strips well 2 1/2 because one of them doesn't really count because it's more like a half of one. So I eat a piece of chicken strip...rubber complete rubber but you eat them anyway because remember you're starving. So you finish eating your horrible dinner and you need anything at this point to wash down the poison you just ate. You take a swig of your sprite.....TONIC WATER you just took a big gulp of carbonation no flavor just carbon . So the moral of the story is another Whataburger bites the dust. Please do better! I would really like to point out to management that there is a particular shift at 4:30 am that doesn't seem to care a whole lot about taking orders and. I get out of work around this time hungry as heck and I've waited at the speaker for a large amount of time when it is empty to the point where I have left several times (and so have others). I'd like to mention though, I've been there around the same time where the younger girl who takes my order is respectful and her crew doesn't take forever. read more

This morin if was the worst drive thru experience ever. After asking for ketchup and picante sauce, I drove off only to find I had no utensils for my pancakes not any butter or syrup. I also had no napkins. So I called the manager and returned thru the drive-thru to receive my items... The manager told the employee to apologize and give me the items. She gave me syrup and some napkins and closed the window. I waited and asked for a fork she walked off and got a bag of pancake items and then shut the window again. When I checked the items no fork again. I called to inform the store they would no be receiving my money any more. Wish I could give half a star! read more
