Whataburger Patty Melt, #1 Whataburger, large French Fries, large Onion Rings
Ginny M.

I ordered 2 Patty Melts, 1 Whataburger, a large fries, and large onion rings--but there was no sauce included, and no one asked if I wanted any. Also no napkins. When they took my order, they didn't pay attention. Really disappointed with the lack of attention to detail.

Food cooked fresh to order and is actually good, prices are reasonable and service is friendly. Cant ask for more.

Whataburger and Limited Ed. Iced White Chocolate Peppermint Coffee.

It is my gratitude during my voyage from California to Texas this week of festivities to be served a Whataburger and limited time Iced White Chocolate Peppermint Coffee. From the advertisements I saw, I was delighted to be offered a free Whataburger in installing the mobile app onto my smartphone. It was my personal gratitude to be assisted in redeeming this offer and kindly chatting with Elyas and Mario. It was brought to my attention some of these gentlemen have never been to Buc-ee's. Not on Whataburger paid hours, but perhaps they should see it one day! I kid. Please excuse me. Thank you for this delightful experience revisiting a Southern diner I love. May peace be upon you and your loves ones. To God be the glory.

Management needs more training here, restrooms are disgusting, I ordered #4 w grilled jalps& onions had allot when I never said extra! My fries had paper???? I'm confused how you get paper on my fries!!! Also my bread was all ugly tore apart and soggy will definitely not go back to this place

Very clean food prep area, clean seating area knowable staff, but a tad bit slow serving, the sweet tea was extra sweeeeet, be sure to water it down if you have hi blood sugar. My last test does the buger look like the advertised burger

The service is agonizingly slow: It takes 20+ minutes to get food every time no matter how busy it is.

Good luck going here at night on a weekend. The drive thru is super slow and the kids working there barely speak. Lunch is much better.

But this time (April 15, 2026 at 12:35) I pulled up through the drive through and the two people that were outside with tables looked at me with the most unwelcoming vibe. I asked if I had to order with the and the gentleman just nodded. He had a terrible attitude towards taking my order and when it was time to take my payment, he just held the reader close to him. I'm supposed to know when I'm ready to pay with no indication? No "hello how are you?" No "thank you have a great day". I understand times are tough but leave your bad day at home when you're getting paid to work a service job. Been in the industry for decades and attitudes are never rewarded, can't forget about the person at the window not greeting or anything until it was just time to hand me my food. I will not be coming back to this location.

I will never eat this again here or anywhere I am done with Canes.

In-N-Out Burger - Travel Day Redemption…read more Yesterday turned into one of those travel days where everything that could go sideways... did. We spent the morning finishing up a job and wrapped around 1:00 PM. From there it was straight to the Cleveland airport while trying to make flight reservations on the drive. Lunch? Not happening. Through TSA quickly, but then came the marathon walk to the gate. Houston was the same story -- another long trek between terminals while passing what felt like dozens of tempting places to eat. Unfortunately we had a short layover and no time to stop. By the time we landed in Dallas we were hungry, tired, and running on nothing but airplane snacks. Then came the next adventure... rental cars. None available. Finally Avis saved the day, but not before we stood outside in line waiting for cars to be cleaned and released to renters. Just when things couldn't get any stranger, the airport announced an evacuation alert. At this point we just looked at each other and laughed. But I had a plan. I told my traveling partner, "There's an In-N-Out about 10 minutes away once we finally get a car." Now that's motivation. We finally made the short drive and pulled into burger heaven. The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building (of course it was), so inside we went. No line! It was about 9:30 at night and the order was easy: * Double-Double Protein Style * Fries well done My buddy went classic with the Double-Double on the bun -- no shame there. One small disappointment... the shake machine was down. But a few minutes later the burgers arrived and all was forgiven. There isn't an In-N-Out anywhere in Oklahoma, so whenever I'm in Texas I take advantage. And after a day of airports, delays, missed meals, rental car chaos, and evacuation announcements... That burger tasted absolutely perfect. Of course the adventure wasn't over yet. We still had a three-hour drive home because tornado activity had temporarily shut down Will Rogers Airport in Oklahoma City. But at that point none of it mattered. Full bellies. Smiling faces. Happy ride home. Sometimes a great burger is exactly what the day needed.

I have never lived near one u til I moved to Dallas and yesterday I had a prime opportunity to try it out. I got the double double and tossed the bun. It was so tasty and the patty was perfectly cooked- it was NOT overcooked like so many burger places. It was filling and satisfying.

I was surprised to find that they have no counter service at all, only kiosk, and app to place your order. Their prices definitely have not come down, and in my opinion, are high for what you get. The atmosphere was clean, bright and well-maintained. Our burgers tasted good however $.90 up charge for fried onions, particularly when they are very few, is a bit ridiculous! The french fries were so undercooked, I'm not sure they were actually fried (ask if I could get them more crispy and the answer was no). There are milkshake, exactly that... I ice milk, not ice cream... highly disappointed! Overall, very disappointing! Not likely to return! Felt like they were actually more like 2 1/2 stars, but felt two stars was unfair. On a footnote, their app is also very clugy... it shows the burger, and the items that you add to build the burger, however, when you tap on them, it puts a red box around them. A red box when you ordered it, how does that make me sense! Additionally, I spent over 20 minutes, attempting to reset my password. There was hardly anyone in there, and to me, it's obvious as to why there was hardly anybody dining there.

I folded it open to reheat it and all the green peppers were completely raw. I'm sorry I've ordered 100 Philly cheesesteak sandwiches and or cooked them myself. You alway sauté the onions and peppers for this sandwich. On top of that because I've eaten there before it was the whitest Philly cheesecake sandwich I've ever seen. I think I got chicken.
