I ordered a six-piece chicken tender with a side of fries through the drive-thru. The tenders were cooked perfectly, but when I opened the food container, there were only five tenders inside. The fries were also a bit lacking in portion size--they could definitely give more. The customer service was decent, with no greeting or enthusiasm.

We really don't like leaving negative reviews, however I know as a customer I would like to know about disappointing customer service. We have been coming to this location for years. Unfortunately our orders have been incorrect most of the time, we always order a Caniac Combo and more. Many of times we ask to substitute one of the two caniac sauces for a honey mustard sauce and every time they always charge us extra. We also substitute cole slaw for fries, extra crispy. Upon receiving our combo we have continuously noticed its the same amount of fries and majority of time not crispy. This time we dined in and encountered the same problem. When I asked for a manager, Uryless approached the counter and I humbly asked I have been having this issue of getting charged for an extra sauce. Can you please tell me what to say so we dont have this problem again going forward. He only said can I have the sauce back and ill give you the refund, he did not apologize. He made me feel like I was trying to get a free sauce. We always express our appreciation for them working late and being there to provide yummy Canes for our hungry belly's. It is sad we have to rate this location one star for their customer service.

Having been in New York the past 2 years, the things I miss about Texas: Guns, BBQ, Tex Mex, and this place: Raising Canes!!!! This place is basically a fast food joint for Fried Chicken Strips. Very very basic menu. I typically get the Box combo which comes with 4 strips, a Cole Slaw, a toast, and a Cane's sauce. Please note that you can substitute the cole slaw for another toast. Not sure if you can substitute the Cane's sauce as well. The Cane's sauce is what everyone raves about. The fried chicken strips are relatively small. Sometimes I hope hope they pick larger strips for me. The Cane's sauce that is used to dip it is a rich, tangy, full flavor sauce, that seems to be made of ketchup, mayo, Worcester sauce, black pepper, and garlic powder (disclaimer these are just my inferences). I always subtitute my cole sale slaw for toast, as I definitely enjoy the toast more than the slaw (although both are good). Apparently the toast is just Holsum BBQ bread with butter and garlic salt, grilled. TRY DIPPING TOAST IN CANE'S SAUCE. I think the biggest flaw for Cane's are their fries. Fries are typically a little on the mushy side, with only a select few fries that are crispy, but then again, fries are not their specialty, and they do really well with the chicken strips and sauce. 3.5 stars for this fastfood joint.

My son left a toy for 2 minutes...we returned to get it, but the employee with a nose-ring had stolen it. All of our other items had been placed in the trash, but not the toy. It was nowhere to be found. Camera footage viewed by the manager showed he had been the only one to clear that area, so it was obviously him. And he didn't readily admit to me that he had cleaned that area; he lied that he had just gotten there (not true--we had seen him for several minutes before we left). Low life employees steal from kids. Chicken was good.

Sunday(9/1/19) You know how it is when you got a hankering for those crispy crinkle cut fries, battered perfectly tenders, cane sauce and yummy lemonade! Just can't resist. I chose to dine in today to ensure a great box combo! It's like hit or miss for this location. It's sad because my office is in close proximity. When I walked in no one was in line and the cashier was bent over adjusting a knee brace. So I patiently waited until she was finished so I could place my order. I ordered 2 $10 gift cards and a box combo. She asked my name and placed a medium size cup in front of me. I wanted lemonade but there was none in the dispenser behind the cashier. Before I was done filling my self serve drink, my name was called. I told the person my strips looked visibly hard, he said you think they look hard I said yes. Do you want different tenders he asked I said yes. So I continued to make my drink and get ketchup. When I sat down he called my name. The tenders were visibly old. So I sat to eat before I died of starvation. My fries were cold to the touch and strips were hot but old tasting (how did they achieve that). My slaw was good and my toast was perfectly toasted. For my drink, I mixed the Hi-C and orange Fanta! The flavors were not there! So when I finished my coleslaw, toast and what I could salvage from the worn tenders I approached the counter to inform them of my fries and drink. The manager looks me in my face from the kitchen and says order up front. I told the cashier my fries were cold and the Fanta and Hi-C was out. So I refilled on sweet tea and she gave me some more fries. The fries were hot and old tasting! Deep exhale what a girl have to do to get a decent box around here! Daily patron seeking prompt service and freshly cooked FOOD HERE! I communicated with you and the problem was still not solved! I hope my gift card recipients are granted better service Will I return? Not to this location! Total spent $28.35

This was my first visit to a Canes chicken place ever. The drive through was super super fast. It's like they already knew what I was going to order! I had the 6 piece chicken strips with slaw and fries which included 2 containers of dipping sauce. I googled their sauce and it's supposed to be the best dipping sauce ever. I ate my chicken fingers with ketchup cause that's my thing. So the sauce did nothing special for me. I still had chicken left over for dinner. The portions of chicken are very generous. Glad I tried this fast food. Was not a bad experience for my first time eating Cain's food. I even googled the story behind this restaurant, it's a rather interesting story. They give a lot back to our community and I like that in a business!! If you've never had Cain's chicken I suggest you give it a try. Not bad at all for good chicken fingers.

In-N-Out Burger - Travel Day Redemption…read more Yesterday turned into one of those travel days where everything that could go sideways... did. We spent the morning finishing up a job and wrapped around 1:00 PM. From there it was straight to the Cleveland airport while trying to make flight reservations on the drive. Lunch? Not happening. Through TSA quickly, but then came the marathon walk to the gate. Houston was the same story -- another long trek between terminals while passing what felt like dozens of tempting places to eat. Unfortunately we had a short layover and no time to stop. By the time we landed in Dallas we were hungry, tired, and running on nothing but airplane snacks. Then came the next adventure... rental cars. None available. Finally Avis saved the day, but not before we stood outside in line waiting for cars to be cleaned and released to renters. Just when things couldn't get any stranger, the airport announced an evacuation alert. At this point we just looked at each other and laughed. But I had a plan. I told my traveling partner, "There's an In-N-Out about 10 minutes away once we finally get a car." Now that's motivation. We finally made the short drive and pulled into burger heaven. The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building (of course it was), so inside we went. No line! It was about 9:30 at night and the order was easy: * Double-Double Protein Style * Fries well done My buddy went classic with the Double-Double on the bun -- no shame there. One small disappointment... the shake machine was down. But a few minutes later the burgers arrived and all was forgiven. There isn't an In-N-Out anywhere in Oklahoma, so whenever I'm in Texas I take advantage. And after a day of airports, delays, missed meals, rental car chaos, and evacuation announcements... That burger tasted absolutely perfect. Of course the adventure wasn't over yet. We still had a three-hour drive home because tornado activity had temporarily shut down Will Rogers Airport in Oklahoma City. But at that point none of it mattered. Full bellies. Smiling faces. Happy ride home. Sometimes a great burger is exactly what the day needed.

The interior is bright and cheerful. The huge throne in the sitting area was unique. The service was pretty good. ALL seemed very focused on taking care of customers. Very helpful with ordering and ensured I had condiments, napkins, salt and pepper. It was really obvious that was a focused effort. As for the food, all were good and fresh ingredients! Roll was soft and fresh. The fries were quite good as well. Price was reasonable for the food quality and taste. While some might suggest it may not be authentic Philadelphia style, for here in Texas, it is pretty good!

One of employees was eating an ice cream cone , after waiting approximately four minutes to be acknowledge to place my order the cashier verbally told the employee cooking how I wanted my sandwich. After the third attempt to verbally tell him how I wanted my sandwich the cook said "just ring it up so I can read the screen". While waiting for my sandwich the two employees were constantly verbally combative with each other about yelling at each other and what to do. Got my sandwich home ready to eat. I folded it open to reheat it and all the green peppers were completely raw. I'm sorry I've ordered 100 Philly cheesesteak sandwiches and or cooked them myself. You alway sauté the onions and peppers for this sandwich. On top of that because I've eaten there before it was the whitest Philly cheesecake sandwich I've ever seen. I think I got chicken. I ended up throwing in the trash, what a disappointment and waste of money. Definitely will not be returning and my family already had negative experiences. I guess I prove them right.
