This store is very slow. It took forever for my order to be ready. I would rather go to other "fast" food store.

Probably the worst fast food experience I've ever experienced &i didn't even get to fully place my order. Walked in to one worked annoyed with another because she doesn't understand a customer doesn't want 60something cents in Pennie's and he was going to get more change from his car so she could give him a full dollar back. This girl is smacking on her gum just standing by the register talking shit and annoyed with the customer when she didn't understand what was going on. I assume she was supposed to be training the guy on the register because I asked him what came in a burger and he struggle to WHISPER the ingredients to me. I told him I wanted the meal and he spent like 2 minutes trying to figure out how to put it in the POS. All while the BOH was cussing up a storm. Unfortunately this location is horrible. I will drive to the airport location from now on. Multiple times now my order has been incorrect. I ordered BOB ranchero style and the employee even asked salsa verde or picante. I said picante. I got neither! I ordered Whataburger with cheese only ketchup and mayo and got fully loaded burger. We were in line for an extremely long time. They did not provide us with napkins, and there was no picante or ketchup in the bag. And, coming from someone with a background in restaurants, please clean your soda machines. It tastes dirty. Very disappointed and not worth the $12 I spent. I counted 18 cars in Line A come and go, still no food. I then watched the gentlemen bring out 6 cars food that were behind me, still no food. 42 MINUTES LATER I pulled around and went inside. Asked for a manager and the lady was extremely rude and refunded me someone else ticket, STILL NO FOOD. Overall I spent over an hour at this location and never got my food because it was then "past 11." I placed my order at 10:27 and left this location at 11:30, NEVER GOT MY FOOD! Hmmm This Whataburger is one of the few in the chain that I haven't really had a stellar experience with. Not just one time, but every time I eat here the experience is the same. I get the Chicken burger and the meat is dried out every time. I should probably say something to the staff, but I'm so antisocial that I don't bother. The bun to lettuce to tomato ratio is on point though. These guys don't skimp out on toppings like other burger places. I just wish they would get the meat right! First time eating at Whataburger. I have heard about them from all of my TX friends for years. So gave them a try, saw on the menu that they had a patty melt, and it's on Texas toast instead of rye. Perfect. Got that and an otder of onion rings. And both tasted so damned good. The onion rings are perfect battered and not breaded. And the patty melt had so much flavor and cheese. With a good portion of meat. All in all it was a great meal. My only complaint would be that I pulled into the line at the drive through before midnight, and did not get my food until 12:30. This is one of the better Whataburgers around. The place is new and clean and the staff is very friendly. They always take custom orders without difficulty. The food comes out quickly and is always hot and fresh with no mistakes. And they have Coke Zero on the fountain unlike some Whataburgers around. read more

Went because I was in Irving and was a bit hungry and wanted to see why so many people I was seeing around had whataburger food.. first off I should have walked back out the door after I walked in and went first to the restroom I finished and was drying my hands after washing them when an employee who was using urinal after me just finished and walked straight out with out washing his hands at all. Then I followed him out and he went straight back to work ugh... thankfully he wasn't the one handling my burger.. but still I was wondering already... Now I HAD to watch the others working on my burger to see what they did... thankfully they used gloves but I don't want to think how long they've been using them.. Anyway the burger was not very noteworthy I could have gotten one at a 7-Eleven that would have been just as good I think. the fries were cold I now know I won't be going back to any Whataburger anytime soon there are other places that are much better. read more

OK, I'm going to be honest here. The food is always good, I have never had an issue with it not being hot or cold, it has always tasted the way it's supposed to, and it is always quick and presentable. If I had to make one complaint, it would be that the interior of the restaurant looks disgusting. Not necessarily saying that they don't clean it properly, but it is definitely an older building, and the upkeep has not been where it needs to be. Several places look dark and dingy, some places they have had stuff all apart. On the outside, you would never see it. But on the inside it kind of looks like it's been abandoned. I've been to this WB plenty of times. This is the first time this WB has completely screwed up our order. First they give us "junior" drinks with our meals ( a #1 & #6) -WTF?! Then we get home and our orders aren't even correct. They made the burgers with everything on them when we didn't want that. The guy even repeated it back to us correctly... Of all the fast food places I frequent for my guilty pleasures, Whataburger is by far the best when it comes to beef burgers. What really makes this place special is their attention to customers, though. My wife and I have always been welcomed in and taken care of our entire time there. The food is brought to you with a smile, you're offered condiments/napkins/sauces/etc., and they will pick up after you if they notice you're finished and sitting with trash in front of you. Best of all, I always see the workers busy doing something; whether it be cleaning up, helping a customer, refilling items, etc. they truly show that not all fast food jobs are created equal. If you go for breakfast, my recommendation is the #22 sausage, egg, and cheese on a jalepeno cheese biscuit served with hash brown sticks and your choice of beverage. For lunch or dinner, you pretty much can't go wrong with the Monterrey melt or any version of spicy BBQ bacon burgers. read more

I just ate the coldest cheeseburger of my life! It came out with hot fries so I decided to eat it instead of risking my fries getting cold waiting on what likely would've been another lukewarm/cold burger. Even the cheese was COLD!! That'll teach me to be more selective on where to eat when eating out. Given the pandemic you would think restaurants/casual dining would've stepped up their game but apparently not. Also the customer service here has suffered considerably since my last couple of visits since the pandemic. I'll be taking Whataburger off of my places to eat for sure. How can an employee be rude when you're ordering thru a drive thru? I was rushed, yelled at and was given attitude. There wasn't even cars behind me in line. I asked for spicy ketchup the girl looked in the bag and handed it to me. There wasn't even any spicy ketchup. If you want return customers have good service like for example Chickfila or In n Out, my SO asked if I wanted to go to Whataburger I always bring up the terrible service we had. We went to in n out the other day and they pretty much god blessed our food with kindness how are you and thanks you's. I recently went to this location and had the best experience ever! This is my Go-To location and have never had a bad experience. My order is always correct but my server, Parker, went above and beyond. I ordered through the Drove-Thru. He repeated my order, he checked the bag before he gave it to me to make sure that everything was placed in the bag, then thanked me for my business. Because of his customer service and attention to detail, I will be coming back. Hopefully management hires more people like him! read more

As much as my boys (and I) enjoy a whataburger it's not worth it if the service is terrible. Do not visit this location. Drive over to the one on 67 and Danieldale. I dig that the employees deliver the food to your table along with that freakin' delicious spicy ketchup. On my most recent visit, I had the new guacamole bacon burger (with jalapeños added). Who in their right mind thought it was a good idea to only schedule new people during a shift? I went while it was late, there were three people waiting in the drive through and a few in the dining room. After ten minutes of waiting for my order, I noticed the workers standing around like they didn't know what they were doing and the nice ladies taking our orders let us know that everyone was new. Long story short, we all waited at least 30 minutes for our food, my order was wrong that they gave me so it was another 10 minutes after that and this is one of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant.
