Who doesn't love a great Whataburger? But what makes them so great is the service that goes along with that hot tasty meal. Drive thru service this morning was a bit of a drag. I know times are a bit crazy this morning but if you have a job and aren't sick that's really something to fee blessed about - the woman at the second window this morning seemed irritated at even being there dealing with us in the drive thru at all. Ok. Someone needs to do something about getting what a burger food orders right. Everyone there needs to pay attention. When a patron says no onions or more tomatoes or pickles that's just what a customer would like. These young workers spend more time talking and joking around than they should. So, I like Whataburger (it's kind of a Texas cult following) but the service at this one sucks! I assume that it was Julio that was the cashier because it was on the receipt, but he wasn't wearing a name tag. There were only 2 other tables that had people. Julio was more interested in the 2 girls hanging around the counter than to take our order. Then, it took 14 minutes for us to get our order! You have to really want it or it be late and nothing else open! read more

This place is a staple for fast food. Good burgers and fries and i love their chicken strips with gravy. I should be giving this place 5 stars but i had to take away 2 stars based on service for this location only. Since they opened their drive thru is so freaking sllloooooooooooooow! On occasion we went inside the workers seem to be less than thrilled to be at work and the last time we went there were 3 young workers sitting talking to two other customers. One young man was just trying to stay busy and cleaning the tables and windows and when one of the boys noticed he was cleaning with a rag he jumped down his throat for not using napkins. They were laughing at him and saying pretty mean things as he walked away to get napkins. My thoughts were "at least he was working and not sitting around on the clock socialing with customers!!". I do not like bullying and if a manager was on duty they should inform workers that if there is cleaning to do then they should all pitch in until it gets done and not sit around with the "cool kids" laughing at the ones who are actually trying to stay proactiv. read more

Whataburger is one of those one-of-a-kind places that you can only find in the south. I love their chicken strips and sauce assortments, but their chocolate milkshake is absolutely one of the best. Hire an adult to babysit the kids working at night. Got flack and a dirty look (after waiting 15 min for an easy to go order) when I asked for a bag for my hot box of food. Ridiculous. 10 minutes later, get home and the food order was WRONG. So upset this whataburger doesn't meet the standard of almost every other whataburger in Texas. Won't return. read more

I downloaded this app just to write a review for this place. This is by far the worst whataburger I have ever been too. I work down the street and have gone here about once a week for a year. I have yet to have my order be right. They just do not care about their product here. No one has time to pull away from the drive through and come back MULTIPLE times. Fix your management or your staff. This will be the last time I go to this location. Today was the third time in a row that they asked me "what type of ketchup" then proceeded to not give me any or give me the wrong one. At almost $10 for my meal, I expect it to be right at least %50 of the time. read more

I want to give a shout out to Whataburger in Kingwood. The manager saw us getting out of the car. She unloaded both Mother's and my walkers, held the door for us and got our drinks for us. When we were ready to leave one of the young ladies not only my filled our drinks for us but carried them to the car. Then a young guy came out and loaded our walkers and walked Mother to her door and made sure she got in safely. I was amazed at their courtesy. All this and the best hamburgers around! Descent burgers sometimes and the same goes for the service. Whataburger for me has always just been ok. Well it's better than McDonald's and Burger King but it's nothing to get excited about. I only come because in Texas this is really the only 24hr restaurant In most areas. read more

My daughter and I came in tonight and she got her chicken strip meal and I got my double meat whataburger meal. I ordered mine with no tomatoes and no onions but someone put tomatoes and onions on it. I went up to the counter, showed the young lady the burger, and she said she would take care of it. I went back to my seat, and within 2 minutes I received a very hot burger. I think that if something is wrong with your meal and you approach the employee(s) with respect you will receive it.
