This has to be the lowest service I've ever dealt with in my life will never go back. If I could give negative stars I would.

Not only did it take 40 minutes to get our food, they didn't get our order right. They charged us extra to get sauce and then said that they ran out of ranch and honey mustard. Its not because there was a lot of people that we waited 40 minutes, it's because they were literally so slow. I would not recommend going here. This is perhaps the best Whataburger in the area. The manager is one of the nicest lady's I have ever dealt with in fast food management. The food is more often than none fresh and well made at a faster than normal pace of completion. I have been to almost all Whataburgers in the area and this is by far my favorite. read more

Two of my friends and I went to this location for a cheap meal on our last night at the beach while packing up our things. Our first reaction when each of us tried our food was how hot it was - it seemed like my burger came right off the grill! The vegetables seemed pretty fresh and the spicy ketchup was amazing as always! We had quick service despite the weird circumstances of COVID-19 and fed three people for $17. Everyone is nice, the place is convenient in distance, i love the food, but i have barely everrrrrr gotten my go to meal completed here. I ALWAYS get the chicken strip meal with toast and gravy. Thats it, nothing else. I've ALWAYS missed my toast, or my gravy, or both and tonight my husband even ASKED to make sure there was toast and gravy, even on the ticket it says, and still, no toast. I stopped ordering pies with meals here too since they always forgot to put them in the bag too and have called once or twice because of that. I hate this being our only location in Navarre, but I'd consider taking the haul to Gulf Breeze instead. read more

I've always been told it's a must try, but I'm upset I spent any vacation money on this place at all. What we ordered: one jalapeño cheese Whataburger with extra lettuce and no onion; one jalapeño cheese Whataburger plus mayo, spicy ketchup, and bbq sauce. What we got: one jalapeño cheese with all the toppings and sauces; one jalapeño cheese Whataburger with only tomato and pickle. The onions are disgustingly spicy and strong so it permeated the lettuce, making it me pointless to switch the toppings around. The burger with all the toppings had a ton of jalapeño, while the bland one had only five little slices. On top of it all, the burgers are the exact same as a normal whopper from BK. When in Navarre and you need late night eats, Whataburger is the place for you. I was surprised to find that hardly anywhere in Navarre is open late (by late I mean like after 9 or 10 pm). As a native Texan, I've visited Whataburger a few times as it's a Texas tradition. While the drive through can be a bit slow, the service inside is a bit quicker. The food is decent, although I asked for cheese in my breakfast taquito and there was hardly any except at the bottom. The employees were nice, so that made up for the lack of cheese. read more

Eat anywhere else!! We've been eating at Whataburger restaurants all over the south for over 20 years and have never had as bad of an experience as we did here. When I ordered the chili cheese fries they came out with about 2 tablespoons of chili on them. I spoke to the manager about it telling her that they looked nothing like the picture. Sandra's response was "well they never do, do they?" She informed me that I could purchase more chili to make it look like the picture. So for an additional $1.81 I did...and she gave me a container that wasn't even half full. When I addressed this with her, she said that just because she gave me that size container didn't mean that I would get it full. In addition to all this, their soda machine was serving flat soda and the food came out cold. As the manager, Sandra had an opportunity to fix this situation; however, she immediately escalated it instead. If this was my restaurant I would remove Sandra immediately. Any manager that responds in this way is part of the problem, not the solution. She can't be expected to lead herself much less her team. read more

Yum! We ate here for lunch two days in a row while in town for spring break. The burgers are better than the average fast food place. The fries are surprisingly good, they were perfectly salted each time. We ate inside both times and the customer service is great. They bring your food to your table and everyone was just really friendly. Be sure to try their spicy ketchup, it was a pleasant surprise. Oh and the sweet and spicy burger! read more

Just making a quick stop for the kid, we got a #15 which is essentially a 9 piece nugget with honey butter and fries. Fries and nuggets came out hot, we also got toast with the meal which was a cool addition. Honey butter was surprisingly good. For fast food service was Chick-fil-A good! Brought the food to the table with sauces on a tray. She even offered to refill my drink. 5 stars for the service for sure. I'm from Tx, so I'm one of those annoying people who sings the praises of Whataburger. So just know I'm already biased. In Texas, however, the service is rarely as fast and the restaurant is never as clean. I was impressed by this location and the friendliness of the staff. We've done drive through and dine in and have no complaints. My favorite is the Whataburger Jr. It's a perfect burger. Their taquitos are awesome too, especially for a late night snack. Check your order before you leave the drive thru. They forgot my son's chicken strips and we didn't notice until we got back to the house. Called the restaurant to let them know and our call was passed on to someone else after we explained the situation. The second person said "who's this" and we had to explain the situation all over again. What a hassle having to drive all the way back to the restaurant because someone did not do their job of checking the order before it went out. Great Whataburger. I mean... It's whataburger, it's clean and has great management. Now, that being said.. I do not like their shakes or deserts of any kind. I really like chicken fingers and gravy... pancakes are good too. It's also open 24 hours so anytime you get a burger attack or breakfast attack... they are open. Food is subpar and it left a bad taste in my mouth after i realised that the burger was wrong and the employees opted to not remake it. My friend, who works there, had the same order which also was messed up yet got his back posthaste and i had to sit and watch him finish his in awkward silence only to find out that my food would not be coming back to me. The service is alright but the cost of the food is so much. When did fast food become so expensive for two burritos? And it seems when ever I order a couple of potato burritos (which has been 6 times) they ALWAYS throw cheese on it even though I'm allergic and I tell them that. I'm surprised at some of these negative reviews since I've had very good luck with the Whatabugers in Navarre and Gulf Breeze. The decors are bright and the dining room and bathrooms are clean as well. My food has always been prepared fresh and their topping options are second only to Five Guys (but a heck of a lot cheaper!). Unlike Mickey Dee's I like having the option of not having cheese put on EVERYTHING. Plus the service in these two is a couple of notches better than the other local fast food joints. The only recommendation I would make is to get aboard the fresh food train and make your biscuits from scratch! read more
