Well first off we waited a longgg time in line then we got to the window they asked what we got... still somehow ended up with the WRONG SHIT. Ontop of that when we asked for the SAUCE we paid for they gonna ask did we charge them...? I don't mind waiting because we came at 11:47 but i don't know we drove a long way. The manager on duty the short lady didn't even apologize didn't offer a comp nothing. The lady in the lobby said she was waiting for 20 minutes and when I walked in she said " I bet you got the wrong stuff" so I'm only to assume ITS BEEN A REOCCURRING THING. Ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit at 2:38am on sep. 7, 2025 and it had zero honey butter on it. Just a dry biscuit with a chicken strip that had been smashed into oblivion. THEN the cheeseburger had no cheese. I did not order a hamburger and HOPE for cheese. I ordered a cheeseburger and got a hamburger. You know what it's like being DD and all you want is a honey butter chicken biscuit and they give you a smashed biscuit with half the ingredients (that are in the name) missing? This was a curbside order but it wasn't! They were very specific on the time. My order should have been ready between 6:35 and 6:38. I thought great I won't be waiting very long. Needless to say I was wrong. Three cars in the curbside pickup. I parked between both so I was third in line. Tick tick tick the guy to my left goes in to get his order. In the area visiting the hospital... Had a late night craving for food. Easy in and out location pulled up and no line. I had a great interaction with the drive thru staff (Neguy) was the person I had a good conversation with. They handed over the piping hot food.... I did notice that my price was a little higher that what I totalled in my head and sure enough I looked a my receipt when I got back to my destination and the OVERCHARGED me for the cinnamon roll. I love Whataburger. For a fast food place their hamburgers are pretty much always good. Mine was kinda smashed and weird looking this time so that is why I gave them a 4. The french fries were steaming hot and fresh. I love fresh french fries. They had just the right amount of salt on them. The staff was very courteous and polite. Our order was taken immediately. It does take a few minutes to get your food but that is pretty normal at a Whataburger. There were very few people inside. The dining area was spotless. Everyone working there was wearing a mask. The cleanest restaurant and the most friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a whataburger! Food was hot and fresh.

Strap in, it's going to be a long one. I work at this whataburger and it's gone DOWN HILL because our operating partner Randy has fired most of our long term managers. They also fired someone for wearing the wrong pants, no warning. The restaurant is now having logistical difficulties because Randy fired everyone that was doing their job. We run out of burger meat, trash bags, straws ect for days at a time now. I've also been told by managers to just switch out the stickers on food that's past it's date. I've even been made to use cheese that's 4 days old. Nobody cleans the grill either and we spray bug poison in the kitchen, nobody is supposed to be in the area when it's sprayed so I can't imagine how the food is handling the spray. Do not go here. Whataburger is the only fast food place I frequent. We normally get good service, great food but this location has messed up our order the last 2 visits. First time was at lunch, extremely crowded, we ordered on line and waited 45 minutes to get our meals which were wrong, cold and probably were sitting for at least 15 min....but we ate them anyway. Decided it was crowded so gave them a break. Ordered pico burgers tonight, one on Texas toast with lettuce and tomato. One, toasted bun, lettuce, tomato and pickles. Both came on non-toasted buns, no lettuce or tomato, just standard, pico burger. If you're not going to customize, don't offer. They need to clean up their act or we're changing where we go. read more

I have to admit, I rather like this location. They hire some good, friendly people here, and I've not yet had an issue with service. Plus they keep it clean. My only complaint is that loud teenagers frequent this location, dropping 'F' bombs for my small children to hear..just lovely. As far as the food goes, Whataburger is pretty good for fast food. It's like an uber McDonald's with more flavor and options. Even the hamburger buns are very similar, very soft, taste bagged processed. But the flavors are more amped here. The Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger is probably my favorite. That pepper jam on it is delicious. They usually slather a lot of mustard on it, so be sure to tell them to go easy on the mustard. Fries are crispy. Onion rings are skippable, soggy inside with limp onions. Pies are nothing special, again just like McD's. They're my guilty pleasure, especially lemon. I like their new honey butter on about anything. Just ask for some to try it out. Since moving to OKC, where burger joints charge half what they do in OC and LA, I eat fast food burgers much less often (plus, no In-N-Out). A stop at The Garage or similar place will run you the same. Usually it is the time of day that forces me to Whataburger, since it's 24/7. I rate places for what they are, and for fast food, it's a solid 4 stars............. UPDATE: Their drive-thru is a mess. Unapologetically slow and disorganized. Terrible communication. Plus I recently tried their chicken strips and found them to be nearly inedible. So food is much more hit and miss than I'd originally wrote. I have to drop it to 3 stars, though it could possibly go lower. I'm hoping my future experiences are better. read more

Whataburger is great. Their employees are not. Employees. Their employees kept giving everybody looks like they are put out by them being and their establishment. To feed a family of four it was $50 and all we wanted was extra ketchup. When we asked for extra catch-up he gave us three, and a dirty look I might add. I don't think I'm coming back to this Whataburger if that young staff of employees is working again. OK that's not true. After a late night working to finish up our contributions to a charity auction, I decided to get my fiancé and I a late night meal. There was no line. There weren't any customers inside. I received my order in a reasonable amount of time. When I got home and we began to eat, the first thing that we noticed was that the fries were stale. My fiancé dismissed this with a remark about just eating her burger. A couple of bites in she turned on the main light. The burger was raw! It was immediately disposed of. I examined mine. It wasn't raw, but still very under cooked. I snapped a photo of the outer edge of mine (where it should be the most cooked). Despite being tired, we decided it was best to call the store and let them know that they were possibly subjecting people to food poisoning. I was told I could pick up a new order. I tried to explain that I was more concerned than anything. I'm not a big fast food person and have only been to Whataburger a few times. I saw the sign for a mushroom Swiss burger and swung into the drive thru. It wasn't on the menu so I asked for a small mushroom Swiss burger meal. The girl on the speaker said it's just one size. Ok, well that's what I want with fries and an iced tea. I thought she said $5something. No. It was NINE DOLLARS. For a fast food burger fries and drink?? I don't like confrontation, I was hungry and I thought, "This must be really good."
