Salad was 8.89 with hardly any cheese. They were out of Blue cheese and subbed with cheddar.

This restaurant is pretty slow anyway but today the fries we got were ice cold. The salad that they were supposed to put blue cheese on they were out of. They subbed it with cheddar but there was hardly any. I just get tired of cold fries and mistakes at this location. I frequent the 41st and Sheridan Tulsa, OK location and never have these issues. We love Whataburger but this location needs improvement. Cold fries is not okay and it's always like that in Owasso and wait times well they are really bad. The week before we got a burger and the bun was hard like it had been sitting out all day. They did replace it but come on. Employees are nice but the cook staff must not care what's heading out the window.

Sometimes all you need is a cheesy burger. Grateful that whataburger is still open curbside and by calling in. The food was a bit cold and the service was slow from calling in. I think it would still be the same amount of time spending in the drive thru as well. Also I showed a coupon but I couldn't use it because my app wasn't loading...that sorta stunk but none the less once I heated it up it still tasted like a whataburger.

Whataburger fills that niche between the trendy overpriced burger joints like Red Robin and those mom and pop 'greasy burgers cooked on a flattop that's older that God' places. By that I mean their presentation is definitely clean, manicured and has a corporate seal of approval stamped all over it. It's consistent, reliable and they deliver a good product. I've eaten several of their burgers, from the patty melt, to the mexican cheese melt, to the basic bacon cheeseburger. The are always freshly made to order, arrive in a decent time, and always look good on the tray. The service is always top notch, very friendly and helpful people and I have yet to have a bad experience with anyone in the front of the house. They deliver a consistent, well done product every time, in a reasonable timeframe. While the Tulsa burger scene was a lot of world class places, and not a few mediocre ones, Whataburgers stand out as a moderately priced, above average, consistent burger that won't leave you wishing you'd eaten somewhere else.

Took way too long to get our food. One family was seated when we got here and got their food 20 min after we sat down. This is not acceptable.

Slow service. 30 minutes isn't fast food. Today they forgot part of my order at the drive thru. Won't return to this location.

It appears they have fixed the problem. Have used the drive-thru numerous times and walked up. The waits were within reason.

Seriously. The wait in the drive-thru at this place, whether one car or 10 cars, is absolutely ridiculous. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

The worst Whataburger ever. Takes 45 minutes to an hour to go through the drive through!

Seriously... The buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich is the bomb! So tasty! It's even better when you add jalapenos to it

Pretty fast and friendly service. Picked up take out. Got a small cheeseburger, small fries,…read moreregular cheeseburger (double) and medium fries. No drinks. $35. Now for a great burger, I don't mind paying but these were just good. Really nothing special. Fries were better than average. Should have gone to OMG.

I'd put off trying 5 Guys for quite some time because I knew how much it was going to cost me. So…read morethat said, cost is a factor in this review, but not the only factor. So... walked in around 12:30 or so and eyeballed the menu, which is blissfully simple, a nice change from some local franchises. Keeping it basic, I went with a cheeseburger, no onions and a small order of fries. I like that the only two choices I had to make wasthe toppings on my burger and the seasoning on my fries, which turned out to be the cajun seasoning. My order was a to-go order, and the wait time was maybe a tad long, but nothing I'd gripe about. I will admit that this time my preconceptions turned out almost completely wrong. Given most franchise burger places, I expected an anemic 1/4 lb paper thin overcooked patty buried under a mountain of lettuce. Not so. Here's one area where they did shine. The burger, once home and unwrapped was really nice looking. Easily 3-4" thick with a really thick meat patty and proportional amounts of trimmings, except for the cheese, which was there in abundance. All this is a nice way of saying it was a hot mess of a burger, in a good way. Burger was probably a solid 8/10. Where it came up short was flavor. It was good, and it hit the basic marks of a solid diner burger, but overall, the flavor was just average. Not sure what they could have done to enhance the flavor, but it just didn't measure up to places like Goldie's and OMG solely in flavor. Don't get me wrong, it was a good burger, but it wasn't a great burger. When it comes to the fries, I recommend you order the smallest size and see how that works. I ate fries all the way home (5 minute drive), and once home, split the order with my son and still had more than I could eat. And they were good fries.... not sure about 'cajun', but good nonetheless. I now understand why the small order of fries is nearly $6... seems like a lot (and it is), but you get a butt ton of fries. Honestly, I'd rather have an order half the size of the smallest one and not have far more fries than I can eat. The trick there, I suppose is 2 or 3 people order a burger and split the order of fries, so if that's your situation, cost is probably not bad. Service was what you would expect of a take out order, basic and just there. All together, the bill for the burger and fries was $18.49. Overall, I admit to underestimating 5 Guys based on the fact they're a franchise. The burger was good, if average. The fries were really good, if massively oversized. Not sure I'll be a regular because there's just better burgers in Owasso for the same or less money.
