I like how it has a small menu and it's basic it's chicken. People who work here are very nice and I understand it's a corporate company but dang can It kill you guys to season the chicken. Raising Cane's is yet another entry in the Owasso fast-food chicken scene. We've been there several times, and I just never come away all that happy. The chicken is more often than not dry and not that flavorful. The fries are standard frozen crinkle cuts, so there's nothing special there. Their signature sauce, while different, doesn't really cover up the dry, bland chicken. As with other places, if you need sauce for your chicken, you need to rethink how you do chicken. I suppose the real issue I have is the menu itself. Most of the combos are oversized for kids, which forces me to pay upwards of $9 for The Kid to have chicken and fries. Adding insult to injury is there's no way for me to by an order of 10 or 12 fingers and a family sized fries. With the menu structured the way it is, I'm at $40 for fast food chicken for the family. For that money, we can just about his any number of sit-down, make to order places around town. So Cane's is okay, in my book, but just okay. read more

Every time i come here, my order is always wrong. I even sit there asking for the correct order and they act like i don't know what i ordered. Ordered a caniac combo and received 4 chicken tenders, no coleslaw, and one sauce. i paid extra for more sauce and didn't receive it. I called and asked for a manager and she tells me that she was sorry but they had gotten slammed in the lobby and there wasn't anything she could do. I was in the drive thru, not the lobby. offered to replace it, if i drove all the way back, after sitting there trying to get my order corrected. definitely DO NOT recommend because they do not care about customer service. them being slammed is not my problem, i'm a paying customer just like the rest and it's no excuse to not make it right. 0/10 , terrible!!!!!! read more

Foods great but the customer service lacks. They pride themselves on this and are failing miserably at this location. The lady in the drive thru talks so fast I had no idea what she was saying. No language barrier just really in a hurry. Then I pull up and the guy almost drops my drinks at me, he repeats my order and again, he speaks so fast I couldn't understand what he said. And of course I had to pull up and wait for my order because they were in a hurry to serve the people behind me. Slow down people. Do better!! read more

Holy cow this place is Chick-fil-A fast!!! That's a compliment. I went during the dinner rush. I thought going in looked faster than the drive thru. I was right. Super hot juicy chicken, pretty basic fries but that bread! It has some kind of seasoning on it that's just fantastic. Spent a little over $8 for this platter. Pretty average cost for fast food nowadays. Store looked clean but I was in and out so fast I didn't get to linger. read more

As much as I personally despise this chicken (the smell of fried chicken I just can't) they are amazing. My kids love them, they are awesome pillars of the community and do great things to support the Rams. They do have some delicious sweet tea and lemonade though! read more

I know it was late but I pulled in 7 minutes before closing, just as I was pulling around to order they turned off the street light but all other outside and inside lights were on, but recording at drive said they were closed. I called and was horribly on the phone and when asking manager why they closed early she cursed me out and hung up on me. read more

Really good chicken, bit like Popeyes for those of you who are from the coast. Louisiana style batter (more flaky than the traditional KFC style), really tender not that greasy for fried chicken. And with the "Caine sauce" (which is more like blackened Ranch) gives a nice bite to it. The fries are on par for most fast food definitely not why would want to go and eat there, and the Texas toast is a bit unnecessary but good nonetheless. read more

Great chicken tenders. That's it. But the do them very well. Hot and fresh. Their fries are one of my favorites out of all the fast food restaurants I visit. I don't like paying extra for a single little cup of Cane's sauce. A little greedy if you ask me. You get one tiny cup with a box meal. That's not enough. By far the best chicken strips you can get in town. This place is dedicated to chicken strips so don't expect variety, but as far as making sure you have fresh strips this is the place to go. Their Cane's sauce that comes with every meal is wonderful. read more

Ate at Cane's for the first time and was completely disappointed. Waited in excess of 15 minutes to get food that only has 4 menu options. The inside seating area was filthy and we found the only table that was half way decent. Everyone else that came in after us had to clean their own table. read more

Apparently the Owasso location reuses the dipping sauces. I found chunks of breading and a large chunk of gnawed chicken in my sauce. These did not come from me as I found them on my first dip. The manager offered to replace my meal instead of giving me a refund. read more
