The BEST onion rings. I love the burgers here and this is the only place I can get Sweet Tea. They seem to be having a real problem with the wait time especially in the drive thru. I have waited over 25 minutes in the drive thr for a simple order, when the food finally arrived I was told they only had 1 grill working-they were waiting on the electrician. Since that time I have had drive thru orders taht have taken over 15 minutes-the excuse being that they were understaffed today. read more

Quality is a hit or miss but always takes forever. Their service is not good because workers are walking around doing nothing while people are waiting for their food. Also we did not get fries and had to drive 20 minutes back to get them if still wanted them. Our dinner was ruined to say the least and it was supposed to be a special celebration. read more

Worst Whataburger experience yet. Advertises 24 hr service. We stopped by at 5 am. The door was locked so we knocked on it. The employee took one look at us and ducked behind the counter never to be seen again. (We are not scary looking). We were hungry and coffee deprived so we decided to just go through the drive through. We had already waited quite a while at the drive through to get someone to take our order, then waited at the window another remarkable amount of time. We thought about just driving off and finding another, but based on previous exp. At other Whatburgers, we decided to wait. Afterall, ANYBODY can have a bad day. It must have been our turn to have a bad day. Finally, we got our order. The coffee was cold. We were given another when we asked , which was cold too. The breakfast tacos when they finally came, tasted like they had been microwaved, you know; rubbery eggs, mushy tortilla, pseudo cheese...blegh. The cherry on top ...no napkins in the bag. I'm sorry but what I experienced yesterday my order was wrong, all I wanted was a regular green chili cheese burger, I drove from the South part of town all the way North to be disappointed instead we got a double cheese with green chili with out lettuce tomatoes onions and there were so many employees there that they only had one register open tables weren't clean, it'll be awhile when I go back. read more

So slow, but that's not their fault. I usually go at night and order 2 things. When I go i prepare myself to be there for at LEAST 15 to 20 minuets. They make everything fresh to order so when I get my sandwhich I know it'll be good. read more

Food was pretty good, same ol whatabuger, but the service in the drive thru drops it a star. Ordered (Two #1's, large with dr. Peppers". Lady on the speaker ask if wanted the meal?? Uhh, yeah. The food is always of great quality, and the staff is so friendly. I have to say, this is one of the best, if not best, chain-restaurants when it comes to overall quality in this town. This is a good Whataburger. Staff is generally friendly, which is rare around these parts. What sets this Whataburger apart from most of the Texas locations is that the green chili cheeseburger (a NM fave) is on the menu year round. read more

This place is more nostalgic than anything for me since I was a kid and would visit Texas and loved the burgers. This establishment was untidy with a bunch of flies and trash on the tables and floor. Staff was friendly though. read more

Food was typical Whataburger fare. We're traveling so this was a quick stop to eat and stretch. There were flies everywhere, tables hadn't been wiped down and the bathrooms were not well kept. I love Whataburger as much as the next guy but the flies and unclean appearance, dirty bathrooms made it really tough to enjoy my jalapeño burger :( read more

I gave Whataburger 3 stars for the food. Love the burgers! However, be forewarned that it is COLD in there! Manager at 8pm does not have a key to the thermostat! So..if you want a really good burger..take a jacket..and be prepared to wait for a while. read more

Amazing food. Superb service and a VERY clean restaurant. Now, I know it's fast food and that may not appeal to some because of dietary restrictions; let me assure you that they are more than willing to make it "just the way you like it". Not good drive through service but what do you expect In a town this size there burgers are consistent as always and there attitude is perfect I do suggest going to the whataburger website to see what they have because there drive through menu isn't totally into date. read more

Went in today because I was craving a burger. We went inside to eat since we weren't in a rush. Staff were friendly, and food came out pretty quickly. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it was good.
