Husband and I decided to get Whataburger for dinner after running errands. Waited 26 minutes to get the window to pay and get our food. When we got to the window they asked if we got the triple burger. We did not. They had the wrong order queued up. Then they couldn't find our order. After searching for a few minutes they found a receipt for our order. Employee at window says they will have to ring it up again and they have to do it at the front register inside. When we let them know we are paying with the app they kind of gesture like, "What do you want me to do?" Then they ask us if we can park and go inside to pay. We park. Husband goes inside to pay, is given the food, and comes back to car. We're at maybe 35ish minutes of being there now. I check the food before leaving and it is not at all what we ordered. We let them know and they have to to retake our order and make the food. We are still parked outside. We can see inside and we can see an employee at the counter wandering back and forth with a bag of food. We wonder if that's our food. That employee hands the bag off to another employee who also tries looking INSIDE for the people who belong to the order. Finally, employee who had to retake our order takes the bag and brings it to us. In all our drive thru order took 45 minutes. The service was slow, they lost our order, gave us the wrong order, retook the order, didn't keep track of where the food was supposed to go, then finally got the food to us. Husband and I have both worked fast food and we're pretty good about patience and granting grace because we know it can be a rough job, but the service here was comical. read more

If I could give this Whataburger negative stars I would. I order a double meat with cheese meal, and the burger was cold, I could tell it was sitting out for some time, cause the cheese looked waxy, and not even melted. The veggies where not crisp, there was hardly no mustard, and the bun was soggy. This restaurant is building burgers like a McDonald's. They precook the meat put it in warmers and build them cold. This is not what whataburger is about. I'm sitting in the outside lane, watching six cars make it through and the hop trying to figure it out; damn if I didn't pick the wrong line, again. I almost went to sonic, but Whatabutger cokes are really good. Disappointed beyond measure. I never expect 5 star quality from Whataburger, but I cannot let tonight slide. There's nothing better than bringing a burger and fries home after a long day, and nothing worse than what I received tonight. After waiting over 40 minutes in line, albeit that's expected at midnight, I was handed a drink that was covered in soda, causing my hand to become sticky. I was then given my bag of food and no straw. On the drive home I snuck a couple fries, as you do, and there wasn't an ounce of warmth in them. Elsa herself could have cooked them up as far as I'm aware. Already in a dampened mood, as I sat down to eat my beloved meal, I opened the wrapping to lay eyes on an extremely over baked bun. I've worked at Whataburger in the past and am aware of the process to toast a bun, and I'm unsure of how mine got to the state it was in. To add to that, I opened the burger and counted a total of 6 pieces of lettuce stuck to the monumental amount of mustard. After closing the burger back up, I continued to devour the meal as per usual, but with much less satisfaction than I hoped for. I do not want any compensation for this review and displeasing situation, I only want better in the future. Manager Nathan is fantastic !!! We ordered for the whole family and put my youngests to the side since he was asleep, about an hour later we realized the left out the chicken bites. I called and spoke with Nathan he apologized and his tone was sincerely genuine . They put in fresh ones to be ready so I wouldn't have to wait when I got there. He was so customer centric it was refreshing . He apologized multiple times. Thank you so much for handling an otherwise frustrating situation so smoothly!!! Only whataburger in the area I've had be stingy with ranch or sauces. Charge 38 cents for them, every time I've asked at other locations they've thrown multiples in when i ask for one. Flies inside. So lately I have been cleaning up my diet and putting in work in the gym at least 5x a week...so if anyone can relate, eating clean makes you CRAVE all the unhealthy foods you love and that's what happened to me last night. LOL the thought of a juicy burger made my mouth water hahah SO literally after the gym, I drove my hungry ass to Whataburger and by all means, I did not regret it ONE BIT. It was my first time here since the new build this year. This location is fairly clean and the workers are nice! This Whataburger isn't as big as all the other ones I've been to. Every time I go through the drive-through I am in there forever this last time I was in there for 35 minutes when I finally got my food it was cold. I made a complaint to corporate they emailed me back and said someone would be in touch with me from that location within 3 to 5 business days never got a call, email, or phone call. I will never go back to that location it's horrible service is poor. read more

This is my favorite Whataburger in the area. The drive-thru is always busy but they move people through pretty quickly. They run two lines and have people running back and forth processing payments and delivering orders, so that helps. The food is always fresh and is consistently good, so I continue to come back. The location is brand new, so it's clean and nice and bright inside. The bathrooms are clean too. I recommend it :) read more

I went here back in December 2015 and had a horrible to go experience. I ordered three meals, one bacon cheeseburger combo, one buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and one other combo. Three bacon cheeseburger was missing bacon and I received a barbeque ranch chicken sandwich. I called the 800# to let them know but the customer service agent was more worried about getting me of the phone then getting the details. She tried to hang up on me before I could tell her about the second wrong meal. She took my contact info but never apologised our offered to replace the meals. At this point it's about the lack of service. I'm used to them getting orders wrong, now I better get used to them just ripping me off. Absolute worst service ever! It took 35 minutes to get thru the drive thru and I was the 3rd car in line. Ordered 3 taquitos and 3 fries. The fries taste like they were leftover from the night before! The manager could care less about the horrible service! The other employees just walk around looking at their phones. They were out of almost all of their drink offerings, it took 15 minutes to get through the 3 cars ahead of me to get the the ordering station, 10 minutes to get my food at the pickup window. Only person in MONTH everywhere I've gone to wipe the sodas down before handing them to me. That little gesture went a long way. I come to this location because it's the closest to my house. I have given this location several chances to make me a satisfied customer. I have sent complaints and all management will say is "sorry" with a replacement meal. I'm sorry doesn't hack it any longer for me. Nothing has changed in the last three months. The wait time in a drive thru is outrageous regardless what time of day it is. I've done online ordering and it's the same thing as if I order at the location. The purpose of online ordering is the make sure it's done at the scheduled time. The last time I ordered online, I waited over 20 minutes because no one told them I was here! I was livid by then. Tonight, I've been waiting about twenty minutes on the outside lane, and no one has even brought out my drinks. This will be the last time I will come to this location. In the last 6 months this location continues to go down hill. I would rather drive the extra 4 miles to the other locations than return here. In the last month we have yet to have a correct order in 7 trips, two in house and 4 take home. Management does not really seem to care about the level of accuracy on your order or the restaurant. The cleanliness of the restaurant was a disappointment on our last visit. There were no clean tables. Customers had to ask for tables to be cleaned. The employee asked, cleaned one table and then went back behind the counter. The trash cans were so full that trash was spilling out. One customer had to leave a tray of trash on top of the trash bin because there was no way to actually throw it away. We will not be returning if it stays in its current condition. read more

I have been going to this establishment for the past 2 years since moving to the area and have ALWAYS had issues with this whataburger. I have a very severe dairy allergy so I always ask for no cheese, have gotten multiple orders with cheese, have requested a new burger be made and only got the same burger back with remnants of CHEESE on the burger. It was a simpler burger to make in the first place and the fact that I was not even made a new burger to correct the mistake is very disappointing. This is the first time I visited​this location. I walked in and with in minutes I was greeted by 5 people, asked if I have been helped and given full attention when I asked questions. Following my request for breakfast, it was a few minutes past 11 am I was given a breakfast.
