I walked in and two ladies saw me and the went around the back from the ordering area, after about 5 mins of standing and waiting to order one of the workers comes around, I have never eaten what a burger before so I simply asked what all comes on a burger I was wanting to order, she laughed at me and said the same thing that comes on all burgers. Then she just stares at me as if I am wasting her time never telling me what exactly comes on the burger. Every time I go to this location, I get cold food or they get my order completely wrong. The staff is rude and I feel that it is in their best interest to update their staff or teach them how to talk to customers. I will not be returning to this location until they fix their issues. read more

It seems this place can never get an order 100% right. Ask for a sweet tea, get an unsweet tea. Ask for a diet drink, get a regular drink. My family are huge WAB fans and this store is my all time favorite! It has always been clean when we go in. Our order is always correct whether we go through drive thru or dine in. Have been to this location several times and the burgers are great. No complaint about the food. My problem the last few times I have been in is with the staff. They are all teenagers and they are more interested in talking to one another around the registers than they are in taking customer orders. The last time in there were 5 of them surrounding the registers and after listening to their conversations for a few minutes they acknowledged that I was waiting to order. No adult or supervision was spotted on this visit and the conversations continued through several other customers. They continued talking and gathering around the large front table picking on one of the staff. In my opinion this is not professional and there is far too much monkey business and not much customer service taking place. Will look for another location and will hope they get there act together because the food is great. 5 stars for the food and 1 star for the service. read more

Yesterday my husband chanced going to Whataburger here in Saginaw, Texas. He loves the sausage biscuits and gravy but usually goes to the Whataburger on Blue Mound Rd. Because we've had bad experiences with cold meat on the burgers over a period of time and was very disappointed. We don't know whether it's mgmt or the help but these issues with cold food are not good. Yesterday, he brought the biscuit and gravy home. He proceeded to pour the gravy on the biscuit, get this, just like water or milk with little sausage pellets. Gross! Gravy was so watery he just poured down the drain. Trying to figure out who or what caused this problem? My husband said it was young kids in there working. Where's the manager? That was so nasty! Will continue going to the one on Blue Mound Rd! Been coming to Whataburger for years however been coming to this location for a couple since I moved to Fort Worth. No one is perfect in this world and everyone makes mistakes. The manager is sitting out in the dining area at rush time at lunch. The one and only check out line is backed up to the entrance with a new trainee working it. The lady behind me says "Why in the world isn't the cook wearing gloves like everyone else?" The manager hears her. Perks right up and fixes the backed up line. The manager is now over by the cook. I watched him make at least 15 more burgers and touch each and every bun. Finally the manager says something to him. I was being eyeballed big time. The manager brings me my burger. I asked him "Why did you let all those buns be served when you knew he wasn't wearing gloves? You could have just trashed the buns before they touched the meat." He asked if I wanted the burger remade. I said "No..............don't have time for that now. You should have re-done them as soon as your heard about the concern. A manager of an eating establishments main concern is safety in all aspects." This is not the first time this Whataburger has messed something up somehow. read more
