If I could give them ZERO stars I would..... I placed my order at 12:59pm today and was told to go to line B -- at 1:30..... I was STILL the 3rd person in line B -- mean while 5 people behind me in Line A had come and gone-- the KID working line B would bring out one coke for a car with 3 people in it -- EVERYTIME he came out it was like with one thing...... I FINALLY got my order at 1:30 -- 30 minutes after I order it -- he brought it out -- I asked him to verify my order and he did but STILL had not brought out my drinks.... he went back in to get my drinks and came out with two of my three drinks... so had to wait one him again.... when I FINALLY got home with my order... guess what.... it was NOT my order... This place has been going downhill for a while, but today has been the worst visit yet. I'm so disappointed. We really loved Whataburger, but this location has been souring for almost a year now. After today, we are done. First of all, it is 100 degrees outside. Why is a crippled elderly woman, who cannot comply with COVID precautions doing curbside runs? She limped to my car with her mask around her chin, where it remained, and stuck her head inside my driver side window to ask me my name. I leaned back quickly and covered my face but instead of pulling back she kept talking into my car. When I motioned her out of my car I answered her with my order name. She used my vehicle to write on instead of being professional and using a notepad. As she started limping to the doors he turned around to take my drink order. Whaaaat? I don't understand. I already placed my order in full via the app. Stop sticking your unmasked face in my car and using my door to write on your paper! She has no gloves and her hands are touching all over my door. (No, for real I was very patient with her but in the inside I was screaming.) So once I gave a drink order and she started back inside, she forgot my name and that she wrote it down. I had to give her my name and drink order all over again, but the last few seconds she finally put her mask on. TEN minutes later she comes back with our drinks but has no idea what's what. She is unmasked and ungloved with her hands all over the top of the drink containers and straws. My look of disgust must have registered because she says she will get us new drinks, but says I have to take these. I have to get out of my car and throw them in the garbage she passed on the way in, but guess what, she comes back and does the same exact thing! I just tell my kids we are throwing these away and stopping at Bucees on our way home for drinks. When I ask her how much longer for our food she is like, "Oh yeah, let me check." She never checked the status of our food?!?!?! Thanks for the 20 minute wait at curbside on the order I placed in advance. Only two of the four meals were wrong. Thanks for being so careless with health and safety guidelines. Thanks for wasting over $20 of food and drink because the whole ordeal gave me such a bad feeling I chose not to serve it to my family and risk their health. I had to listen to my kids cry how hungry they are while I made hamburger helper. So why did I give 2 stars instead of 1? Because every single employee I saw in drive thru line was wearing mask and gloves so I think the ones who were doing right deserve a little credit. The woman taking my order in the drive through was mumbling the whole time, she was getting the orders mixed up. I ordered a large fry and a medium drink along with my meal, she then said it was all set then said that i couldn't have a medium drink, but a small, but i could have a large fry. She took around 6 minutes to understand a simple order. When i got to the window she took 8 minutes to put my food in a bag and give it to me. Upon opening the bag, i found that my meal had a small fry and small drink rather than the large fry and small drink, and she charged me for a large. Very dissatisfied in the poor performance and service. read more

Ordered a breakfast on a bun w/ sausage 9/11. Got home and no sausage on it. Called and told the manager and he said to come back and they would replace the item. Revisited on 9/15 manager on duty replaced whole order BOB and 2 taquitos. Got home, again no sausage on the BOB. It takes about 12 minutes each way to get there. Not worth the fuel cost. Management is nice, but the cooks need to be retrained. At least by replacing the entire order, I know they are not trying to reduce food cost. read more

How long does it take to fill a tortilla with egg and sasage, roll it up and hand it to me? 15 min? They even had me pull up to the waiting area! These burgers fries and drinks are great tasting served with hospitality that hyped burger joing cant compete, this is my second time around in the area and glad to stop by; i did try the other joint in CA several times to see if i had missed something but there is no comparison not sure how they can call it a burger. I dont care if its $4 or a $1 or how many secret recipes they have. Whataburgers bun is amazing, fries crispy fresh, the soda has the perfect carbonation. Missing 2 sides and all the breakfast tacos we ordered were under cooked & cold eggs dripping all everywhwre bacon not even in the taco or cooked all the way. Overall nice staff, but man, this place consistently gets our order wrong - and it's not difficult! I understand that if you order anything different than what's exactly on the menu then it's no telling what you'll get. But ours isn't complicated, we've all got our particular tastes. I can count on 2 hands the number of times this place has gotten our order right. We don't go here much anymore just because of that and the awfully long wait. After tonight's experience I wish I could turn down the duchess title that was given to me. Went through the drive thru, patty melt meal and whataburger meal nothing complicated, the girl seemed new as she did repeat our order back to us about 6 times but assumed it was worth it since it was rung up exactly correct. Requested both ketchup and spicy ketchup at the window when asked. Upon getting home we noticed that they only put 1 ketchup and 1 spicy ketchup total, for 2 meals. That's annoying, but fine as we always keep some regular at home. But then we notice although the burger was put in correctly (only ketchup and pickles, how simple) there weren't any pickles at all. Workers are friendly but boy do they mess up your order and do everything really slowly! I ordered a #5 and #2 through the drive thru and somehow got a pie, chicken sandwich and onion rings. They took forever that one time so I decided to get off. I stood there for 2 mins before anyone tried to help me and later proceeded to take 15 mins to give me my correct order. They get three stars because although they mess up they always apologize and fix it and I've never had to deal with sass, which I really appreciate. read more

If you're gonna get a fast food burger, this is the one to get. They're made fresh to order, the fries are just like McDonalds style (but fresher and tastier), customer service is always good and they bring your food to the table like a freaking Sultan. I think they clean up your mess too after you leave (I still take out my own trash, I honestly don't get why anyone wouldn't it's not like we're tipping them). Good location Nice staff Quick service Average food for an average price I could taste the artificial ingredients in the buffalo sauce, it did not taste safe :( I had the honey chicken biscuit, it was great ! I love Whataburger... but that was the last time for this location. I ordered a #1 with onion rings and a root beer with light ice. They had it correct on my receipt, but I got fries and extra ice.
