Another lady had headphones, talking and filling orders. The 2 ladies finally finished their conversation to wait on me. I ordered a bowl of honey walnut shrimp with noodles and a bowl of orange chicken with noodles. While the first lady was getting the shrimp bowl the second lady asked me what else. I repeated orange chicken with noodles. She proceeded to put something with mushrooms in a bowl. I asked her if that was orange chicken and she looked at the other lady who nodded so she corrected herself. Anything else? Yes a diet coke and Powerade. They gave me a Powerade and a coke. Asked me to eat here or to go. I said to go. Paid. And waded to my car in the rain. My grand daughter said there was no forks so I waded back in to exchange the coke for a diet Coke and get forks. I ll never stop there again!!!

Went here tonight with a coworker for dinner. We had been craving it all day and talking about it for hours. Ordered two sweet and spicy bacon burgers with fries, one with no onion. Both had onions, onions were raw, buns soggy, bacon undercooked and barely any sauce. Horrible customer service and took forever considering half the employees were standing around and there wasn't any customers inside. Only thing good was the spicy ketchup and my soda! Whataburger is a 4 star between the hours of 6am-11pm. Anytime after 11pm and they get a 5 star. The food is always made to order and in my experiences has been extremely consistent for the last 10 years. I agree with the previous user that this is my go to place and that for the money Whataburger is hard to beat. read more
