When I got to the window, I asked the young lady if I had ordered white meat only. She told me no ma'am, and I asked her if she could include white meat only in my order. Her response was well it's already packed, and she proceeded to tell me how much it was. It would've taken a minute to take the dark meat out and put just white meat only and there was only one car behind me. I told her that was fine. It was my mistake for not stating that to begin with. A little customer service goes a long way and this is the reason I stay away from the other location, so I guess I may not go back to this location either.
