After speaking to the person on staff she proceeded to inform me that the order had been pulled and set for delivery but an employee was allowed to try on and buy the exact item that I had ordered which was the only one in stock. This order had already been paid for in full. No phone call, no email, no nothing informing me of this issue. Was I ever gonna get a refund if I didn't go into the store? And how can you allow an employee to purchase someone else's items after they have already been paid for? This speaks volumes on the company and the people you employ.
