Best Curb service and Drive through especially during the covid 19. They seem to be in control and the courtesy is on point.

Lady taking orders at drive through yelled at people for ordering chicken strips. How are we supposed to know they're out?

I usually love whataburger, but this was the worst experience we had ever had. Coming homing from our grandparents my family stopped to grab something to eat at 9:30. Pulling into the drive thru we waited for almost thirty minutes to get our food. When we had finally gotten our food my chicken was warm but not hot. My three other family members burgers were ice cold and my sister and mother had taken bites out of theirs. When presented with new burgers they got new Luke warm burgers, but my father had gotten the same burger he had the first time back. It was till cold and they had placed a new slice of cheese on the burger to try and hide the fact that they hadn't got a new burger to cook. By the time we got a full refund after they messed it up the second time it was near 10:58. I believe this is against health code to bring food back across the counter that had even been outside and place it back on the grill. Whoever they had working tonight needed to be retaught how to cook food. It was not their finest moment. read more

Customer Service was good, but that's about it. I had to wait in the drive-thru for 15 minutes to get my food. And when I got home my root beer tasted awful and watered down, my fries were cold and soggy, and my burger was all over the bottom of the bag. Do better Whataburger. read more

50 minute wait in drive through. See employees inside mainly talking apparently waiting on the cooking of the burgers. . There seemed to be adequate personnel thus May be a staffing in the kitchen and management. Food was good. Whataburger is a Texas staple, but you should skip this specific one on your road trip! This location's quality of service and wait time is the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of Chick Fil A. Went here for a late dinner last night. Waiting in the drive through took a long time. It was realistically 20 to 30 minutes. I expected the wait to be awhile as it was last time I was in Texas and visited this whataburger. When I finally got to the window to pay and pick up my food, there was a bag of food and shake sitting there at the window. The girl working the window did not open the window quickly to let me pay and get the food. She was too busy filling drinks right by the window among other things. After sitting at the window for about 3 minutes she opened it and accepted my payment and handed me the food that had been sitting there the whole time I was at the window. The Dr pepper shake was awesome! Fries were cold and burger was ok. I keep being told how awesome whataburger is, but so far I don't get it. read more

But our trip to this one was just unparalleled . 10/10 service (really is fast food). That doesn't mean that this doesn't have tremendous quality as well. I live in the DFW area and was passing through on my way to visit family in West Texas. Customer service and food were disappointing. I have been to many Whataburgers and have had great service and food. The lady (Tiffany is what my receipt said) at the window was not pleasant and seemed annoyed by the fact that I had to come back through the drive thru to get the rest of my order mind you we were the only car in the drive thru at 7am. My breakfast biscuit was crunchy , hash browns over cooked and cold, and coffee tasted like water. I would have definitely asked for my money back had i not been on my way out of town. read more

I'm writing this review to keep me occupied as I've been sitting in the drive thru line for nearly 25 minutes now. The associates are rude when placing your order and incessantly ask you if that's going to be everything before you can even get the words out of your mouth. I got a coke instead of a water and my patty melt had onions on it. When I asked if I could get a water the associate told me I could just keep the soda because it's more expensive than the water I ordered. The person in front of me literally had time to pull out of the drive thru after placing his order, walk into the chipotle next door, order, and leave as I was finally getting my food. Man, I've waited a long time to post a review for this location. Lived here all of my adult life and have eaten at this location dozens of times. It's always been good; not great but certainly not terrible. That's until tonight. My girls (wife, pregnant with daughter, and other daughter) decided they wanted burgers for dinner. We don't do fast food often but when we do it's our Chik-Fil-A or Whataburger. I feel like I should mention that during this particular experience at this location, we are right in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic and most restaurants are closed. Anyhow, I called this store to place an order and I was politely informed that they're not taking orders over the phone due to the high traffic and that I would need to go through the driver through or place an order via the Whataburger app. So I downloaded the app, and placed what I can only assume was one of the most specific, picky orders they'd seen all day (my girls know what they like). When I pulled up, the drive through line was wrapped around the building almost twice completely, I couldn't get to the online pick up parking spaces. Two employees then opened the door and just gave me a glance, so I gestured that I was there for online pickup. One of them immediately ran over to my truck, confirmed my name, and retrieved my order (100/100 btw) and thanked me for being patient and ordering online. These kids, I could tell, were absolutely exhausted from keeping this pace probably their entire shift, but it meant the world to me that they were kind in a time when it's so easy to not be. we have 2 whataburgers in weatherford,tx....bad and worse. we went to bad, asked for 2 gravy with chicken strips. got home 30 minute drive, to discover two HAlf containers of gravy. called bad whataburger. asked for manager, who " happened" to answrr the phone (...right,??..) and she said if I wasn't hsppy with the service, i should go to another whataburger! Every cook who works their late night (everytime i go its 2 AM) knows how to make a mean burger. Will, is a really hard worker up there and has never messed up a single order I've given him. Went here 12/26/18. The drive thru was SO SLOW. When we got our food, the drinks tasted like dirt. Only thing my child ate all day and later that evening he was so sick he ended up being admitted to the hospital with a severe bacterial infection the next day. We are generally fans of whataburger. Ordered a number with bacon for my wife it came out loaded with salt and extremely greasy ordered a nun 2 for me with jalapeños and onions and mustard with bacon came out with no bacon when I took it back up to have bacon put on it the assistant manager said it doesn't come with bacon even though she was looking at the receipt with the bacon purchase on it which I had to show her so they completely remade the burger I sat down to eat the onion rings couldn't eat them because they were not cooked all the way burger #2 came out with a handful of jalapeños no onions and extremely salty asked for manager again the asst manager came out she informed me then onion rings were ok and so were the two SALTY burgers she not going here for my next burger for sure read more

The girls decided on Whataburger for their night out. Walked in to 7 employees in various stages of clocking in/out at the front register and no other costumers in line. No one acknowledged us in the dining room, including the manager who wasn't sure she'd just clocked in the right employee. As my girls and I waited on line behind the employee who'd just ordered her food and the register worker to finish their conversation, we had plenty of time to decide on our order. When it was finally our turn, the register worker looked at me and said "you decide what you want yet?" As if she was waiting on us. Then, when I asked if the number on the counter was ours, she literally FLICKED it at me and said "that's your number". The dining area was a mess and when she brought the condiment tray to the table, she pushed my food out of the way with the tray to make space and clicked her nails on the tray while she waited. The only reason for 2 stars today is because the food was good. read more

Very friendly staff. Even if you were to get the wrong food or anything, the kindness of the employees would diffuse any frustration.
