Negative Infinity should be a rating for this location! We have lived here for a year and a half and this is our 3rd time going because the first 2 experiences were so Horrible! But...tonight Took the Cake! We ordered All NEW menu items, and they were ALL terrible! The entire food order was old, cold,& rubbery! The Al Pastor street chalupas were so hard and dry, they were inedible! The chicken Al pastor quesadilla only had meat on 1/2 of the quesadilla. Literally, 1/2 had a small amount of chicken, the other side was just cheese! The Cantina chicken crispy taco was so old that the cheese was solid and the tacos shell was literally disintegrating and falling apart!! This experience was not only unacceptable but totally ridiculous! The manager on duty, Steven, was annoyed with my call and dismissive! When I called, the manager on duty, Steven, said we could come back and bring it in, or he could refund. I mentioned that I got the taco free being a new Taco Bell app member, and he then said I'd have to go online, and that he couldn't do anything!! This is after I already told him I ordered it on the app and he asked me "what would you like me to do about it?" I'd literally just downloaded the app for the first time to use it for this order, and THIS was the food quality and horrendous service I received?!??!! So if I were to drive back, during Rush-hour, with my toddler, then the Manager Steven may be able to remake it......but Probably not (per him), since I purchased it on the app?? I'm LIVID!! It's pretty frustrating getting cold food with a missing item after waiting over 20 minutes in drive thru line at 10pm on a Thursday. Try hiring people that know how to count 3 items at a decent pace. I have gotten good service here before, but recently it has been going downhill. read more

forgot food items on my order the past 5 times i've order, customer service is horrible i called to say they missed a few items and the person who answered hung up on me, this is not the first time that's happened either i called maybe a week or so ago and they said they couldn't do anything about it they pretty much dismissed it and didnt do anything about it. i would give this place negative zero stars infinity. Im NEVER eating here again if this is how they treat there customers on a daily basis. Service here has been friendly fast and accurate while the food is consistently above par regardless of the time of day. I have been going to this location for over 10 years and the service and quality of food has always been perfect and drawn me back again and again, however my last 2 experiences at this location we absolutely awful. They have hired and new guy who constantly has a horrible attitude and is very rude to me, constantly forgetting my sauces, food, and drinks, and worst of all rushing me to finish my order even when it is not busy in the drive thru. I love tacobell don't get me wrong but the encounter I just had with this older lady was ridiculous. I placed a mobile order and when you go to the drive-through and they read it back to you it should be exactly what you placed on the mobile order while I get to the window and she's trying to hand me the wrong drink so I politely say I don't think this is my drink. I had a freeze she tells me I can keep the wrong drink and that she'll make me the right one. I was like OK that's totally fine thank you well then when she makes me with my right drink, she tries to scold me telling me next time I need to order the freeze. I show her my screen and say I did order the freeze. She tells me that what I ordered on my phone is not what she sees on there and that on my phone it's right, but on her screen, it's not even though it was confirmed at the drive-through I tried to explain to her that I don't think she's looking at the right thing and she slams the window at me and tells me that it's all fine. This has been my go to place for an after work snack. The drive thru has always been fast and the people pleasant. I usually stop about twice a week for years and order the same thing. Taco Bell runs a happy hour special from 2-5 $1.00 medium drinks. I'm usually there by 5 so I order a medium Baja blast. But I've noticed lately they have been trying to charge me full price. I finally asked the kind employee way. She said the owner was a crook didn't want to give people the discount unless they asked for it. We had the mist horrible experience at this location. It was snout 9:30 pm and we went thru the drive thru. They had very little dejection of chicken and we wanted to order a bucket of chicken. It wasn't an easy chore because the girl at the widow Kroger telling us they were out of certain pieces of chicken. We had to decide if we wanted crispy or original since it all had to be ordered separately. I think we were all frustrated. Anyway the driver if the car said let's stop talking and just order. Went through the drive thru a few weeks ago with my husband and brother to grab dinner. As we were pulling through we see a younger employee sitting on the counter?!? Like what?!? That's disgusting, not only that she was playing with and pulling up her long hair! On top of that they forgot some of our food so we had to pull back through, and saw her still sitting there. He clearly repeated my order each time, read the total and when I pulled up to the window, he was all smiles and attentive. These little things matter when you're in a hurry and Orson didn't vary from that perfect routine. The food was consistent with that of any Taco Bell franchise. It's not "fine dining" but it is fast and economical. Learn the difference between steak and beef. Every time I've ordered a STEAK quesarito I was given beef. First time it happened I let it be. Second time it happened I was a bit annoyed and told them of the miscommunication only for them to try to tell me I'm wrong and say it's steak I had to show them it was literally beef like wtf do you think I don't know the difference like why would I be complaining if it was right????
