Came here on a Friday around 7 pm. Ordered 2 bowls, a burrito and a kids cheese quesadilla Togo. I live 5 minutes from this location. When we tried our food, not even 10 mins later, everything was ICE COLD!!! The meat taste like it just came out of the refrigerator. We ordered chicken and carne asada. Everything was COLD - the rice, beans, meat, and vegetables. But what is especially concerning is how cold the meat was!! I immediately called the restaurant to let them know their food is cold and there were several people in line who I'm sure got cold food as well. The manager apologized and said that they need to start temperature checking the food!!! I wanted to throw up in my mouth!!!! Not a single coworker blinked. The restaurant was filthy. And the food serving area had food thrown everywhere. They were out of pinto beans, fajitas, majority of meat, guacamole, salsa had cheese dumped in it. No lettuce. Where tf is the manager?! This chipotle deserves so many bad reviews. I am a firm believer in the fact that chipotle is so much better with vinaigrette and for the past 5 or so years I have never had a problem getting it at other locations. I order online and ask for vinaigrette in the area where you put your name. They never give it to me. Also, when I ask in person, they are always somehow "out of vinaigrette". The workers always seem smug when they say it. I know you just don't want to give me the vinaigrette, and you are evil for that. 2 stars because this chipotle gives pretty good portion sizes for online orders, but those large portions cannot be fully enjoyed without vinaigrette. Literally the worst chipotle I've been to. Every time I come in just about everything is empty, there is food all over the counters always, they never have forks. The health department would probably have a ball there. The soda machine was stuck on and they literally said "oh it will stop eventually" like this happens all the time. Portion sizes are laughable. Restaurant is always extremely filthy. Most people standing around while 1 person is trying to make food for customers. I was super excited when Woodstock got a Chipotle to only become deflated months after opening. Well I'm done! I've had hit or miss with this location in Woodstock and unfortunately it took me three strikes to say "you're out of there" like an umpire behind home plate. Chaotic design already has you maneuvering the drive up / parking situation like a hot Friday day stuck in traffic on I75. Yet there you are waiting in line getting all kinds of "hangry". I mean whoever thought Chipotle and Popeyes sharing one lane was a good plan should lose their job effective immediate. Anyways, after driving on the wrong side in order to find a spot, things really got real. With a smile on my face, hidden by a mask, and my tummy doing backflips of excitement I was greeted with a locked door. It's only eight. They close at ten. Let me try the other door... nope locked too. Now, there were about 6 cars in the pick up line and good 6 or so people inside in line. So I thought, how did they get inside as this door is clearly locked. Yet, to avoid looking like a "Chipotle Stalker" salivating at the locked door from the people inside, I decided to walk away. Then I turned around and politely interrupted this lovely family eating the Chipotle that I can't get. Are they closed? This is what I was told; "no they are not, they herded everyone out of the restaurant stating there was too many people making our system slow and if you wanted something you would have to order online and go wait in the pick up line. It was truly a site to see". I was like what! They repeated themselves and I was like that's craaaaazy! By this time my hangry was in overdrive and my stomach was cursing me out inside so I said thanks and walked away. As I walked through Hell with flames pouring out of my soul to reach my car. I told another Chipotle patron what I was told. She too was like .. "that's craaaazy" and asked me where was I going to go eat now. I felt we were on a polite "Stranger, No Danger" date and replied, I don't know. We both laughed, got in our cars, and left the scene of the homicide. So that is it for me. I've gone from a couple of good visits when they first open, to no chicken and were not cooking anymore visit at 8:30 pm, to finally DOOR LOCKED two hours before closing. They would rather make a couple more bowls, put some things in a bag, then come to the window to hand you your food, which takes less than 30 seconds to do. Sat in line for their "drive through pick up" for over 15 mins. If the person at the window in their vehicle has an order that isn't ready, make them pull back around. I'll never ever use the drive through window again. Usually love this place but not today. All the empty tables were covered in food, along with the floors. The staff was not nice and very inconsiderate of their customers. They had water all over the floor and left mats rolled up and in the walk way. They were out of a specific item, yet they were serving it to the online orders. Food was cold and chicken was not cooked all the way through. When I asked if they could clean a table, refill the empty item, and refill the empty silverware... the response was the same...rude!
