Would give it a zero, but Yelp doesn't allow.. I walked in and asked if they could accommodate for a table of 4 outside. They said no problem. We sat down. After 15/20 minutes of no one coming over we decided to leave. The table seated next to us was seated after us and already had water and their order taken. The host was walking by and I said that no one had been to our table. He looked at me and walked away. I went back to the hostess stand and told that we were leaving since no one had been to us. He just looked at me and looked away. I waited a few seconds and got no response. I said "an apology would have been acceptable". A girl there said "i don't know why no one came over". The guy still said nothing. I walked away and we left. I get it's a busy weekend, but it was not terribly busy there And there were other tables open.

Nice spot, staff were excellent, attentive and helpful. Ordered the house bread, was ok, not warm. And not worth $8. Four or us for dinner, I ordered the Riggi. Pasta was a little soft, likely from being in cups of oil. There was a lot of oil in that dish and was almost like soup. The other dishes were fine, pesto radiatore, burrata ravioli and a lemon shrimp and spaghetti. Was pretty $$$ for what it was.

Simply the best burger I've had in a long time. It was cooked perfectly medium with a smothering of lightly grilled cheese on top. The vegetable were fresh and the fries were outstanding! The decor inside says class, refinement and comfortable all at the same time. I'll definitely be visiting again next time i'm in town!

We ate there on Sunday night of Labor Day weekend. We had no reservations. Other restaurants were telling us an hour + wait. They were kind enough to accommodate our party of three rather quickly. It was a lovely atmosphere and the service was fantastic. We shared a half Caesar salad and whipped ricotta. Both were very good. Then two of us had Broadway Bolo, (homemade pasta with meat sauce) and one of us had linguini with clams. All three of us loved our dishes. We would definitely return.

Ate here five years ago and food was good. Wife and I, on a Thursday afternoon, stopped in for happy hour and ordered two Tito's and tonic. Happy hour advertising sign outside on the sidewalk clearly states, "Happy Hour: Half-price beer, wine, cocktails. (See posted picture) Bill came, full price. Asked about happy hour. Bartender said, "Oh that's only well drinks." I call bullshit. (I mean seriously it's not like we ordered Belvedere or Grey Goose. It's Tito's FFS) We'll be back in 5-7 years.

Made reservations online for dinner for my husband and I. We were seated promptly on arrival. Staff was friendly. We ordered the the ricotta, white pizza and Famous 1lb lasagna. Our server asked if we wanted to try the bolognese topping and I said yes. Holy moly meat topping. I did not realize the sauce would add an extra 3lbs to the lasagna haha. It didn't look the prettiest but tasted delicious. The white pizza wasn't the best, dry and had a ton of parmesean, so I wouldn't recommend it but the lasagna was tasty. Just keep in mind how hearty the meat sauce is. The fresh ricotta appetizer and Tiramisu dessert were also pretty good! I would definitely return and try more options next time!

Great service, food arrived quickly and we had a lovely server. Sat outside on the porch and had a gentleman come up and the play the violin for us. We tried the calamari and bread, which were both delicious. Loved the seasoning of the calamari and the herbed butter. I got the seasonal salmon bowl, which had a very unique spicy dressing but was lovely nonetheless. Elderflower cocktail was also quite yummy

Really enjoyed this spot! The food was reasonably priced and packed with flavor. Service was excellent--super attentive and welcoming. They were very accommodating too, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I'd come back to.

A healthy salad with lots of vegetables and salmon

We also started with the appetizer special: scallops over greens and beans (cannellini beans, a Utica classic). The dish came with three perfectly cooked scallops, was seasoned beautifully, and had just the right amount of broth without being too soupy. The wine list is extensive yet reasonably priced. We enjoyed a bottle of Chianti that paired perfectly with dinner. I had the Aragosta 998 (lobster capellini), and the sauce was incredible. The portion was generous and easily provided leftovers for the next day. My fiancé ordered the filet with gorgonzola fondue, which was absolutely fantastic. We dined around 8 PM, and the atmosphere was lively and energetic. It was quite busy and a bit loud for a Wednesday night, but that's to be expected during Saratoga's peak racing season when the city is full of visitors. From the food to the wine, everything was outstanding. We'll definitely be back!

And FYI, I was in the food/hospitality business for more than 20 years, and I have also been to Italy and had genuine Italian cuisine. First, the pros: portion sizes are quite large, and priced reasonably for the size of them, and the main entree in itself was good; I had plenty left for dinner the following night. Service was decent but not exceptional. Cons: the pasta that came with my roasted eggplant was definitely not made in house, as I would expect from an Italian restaurant of this reputation, and was also quite overcooked, to the point of being almost mushy. And their supposedly famous marinara sauce was thin and rather watery--although some of that could be from the pasta not being well drained--, with no distinquishable flavor. But what for me was the final tip-off that this was not a quality Italian restaurant was when the waiter brought the requested parmesan cheese: it was your run-of-the-mill cheap stuff in a generic shaker, something they probably buy in large tubs. I would have expected the waiter to bring over a chunk of REAL parmesan-reggiano cheese, and grate it to order over the food. Frankly, I made a much better Italian meal for friends just a couple weeks prior to this.

One word, "RALPHIE"!…read more We were in Saratoga for the weekend and our original dinner plan had changed at the last minute. We scrambled to find another option as it was 5PM on a Saturday. Good luck getting a reservation. Well, we contacted Nove and we were able to squeeze in. We arrived 15 minutes early and we were seated immediately. Then, we were introduced to "Ralphie". When I say that this man provides next level service, believe it when I say it! Ralphie greeted us and it was clear that this man knows what he is doing. He took our drink orders and accommodated my request for an Irish Whiskey before my meal. Yeah, I know, but I'm not a "wine guy". Bread service began and Ralphie prepared the dipping oil tableside for us. Nice touch indeed. Then he comped us with a sampling of their "upside down pizza". Basically an elevated Sicilian slice with what tasted like, extra Romano Cheese. Very nice. Then we were also comped some very nice grilled peppers. Nice with just a kiss of heat. Our ordered appetizers arrived and we hand the calamari, raviolis which came direct from Arthur Avenue, stuffed zucchini blossoms, and the Burrata. Everything arrived at the same time and everything was devoured! Tasty, fresh, and perfectly prepared. I ordered the Berkshire Pork Chop Special, for my main course. The chop was HUGE and was cooked perfectly. It was so juicy and I didn't even need to use a knife to cut it. It was that tender! It was prepared with a mixed "vegetable medley" that was supplemented by a very nice amount of cherry peppers. The peppers were not too hot and were cooked perfectly. Not mushy, not too firm. I was glad I ordered the pork chop instead of a steak. For me, I usually won't order pork, but when I heard it was Berkshire Pork, I knew it was going to be a treat. Sadly, we skipped dessert. We were too full from all the great food, we couldn't take another bite. The Service Manger, "Bobby", came by several times as did the Busboys, just to see that everything was alright and if we needed anything for the table. Ralphie even gave my Daughter, a recent UAlbany Graduate, several job leads in the Capitol Region and Saratoga. He gave his personal phone number and gave us the names and personal phone numbers of his contacts. Who does that? Ralphie does and he knows who is hiring. He's is like the Mayor of Saratoga! I think we know who we will be seeing on our next visit. Thanks for everything Ralphie and all of the staff at Nove. It's been a long time since I've had, and seen, such personal service. Thank You Nove!

The menu on line looked intriguing enough with classic Italian dishes and pizza to try. Upon entrance to the restaurant, it was surprising how empty they were despite relatively good Yelp reviews. It was already late (after 8PM in Saratoga Springs is considered late even for the start of the summer season with this being Memorial Day). There were only 2 other tables of patrons and by the time we finished dinner, we were the only ones left. The restaurant was clean looking and appeared to have ample staff between chefs/cooks which you could seen with a large open window to the kitchen and coal fired pizza oven, waitresses and a bartender. We ordered a wedge salad and a Bistro salad to start. Both were absolutely huge and could easily have been shared. Known for there meatballs served in a variety of styles, we ordered the Polpette Di Manzo which was 3 meatballs. The meatballs themselves were rather plain tasting, but the sauce made up for that. A half order of penne a la vodka and a full order of Pasta Primivera were both very good and rather filling for a late night meal. We didn't have room for dessert. One item for management to address is their on-line menu vs. their in restaurant menu which has a difference in pricing of ~$2 per item. Our friendly waitress said that the rain and cooler temps were keeping patrons away this May and of course this evening.
