    Fries and Brussels sprouts
    Karina A.

This place was so cute. I recommend eating out on the patio when the weather is nice. The service is super fast and the and the staff are super nice. I definitely recommend on getting the drinks here as I had the summer sangria. It was so good you barely taste any of the alcohol and it wasn't too sweet where it gave you a headache. The Norwegian salmon, was so fresh! It was supposed to be only for 4 ounces, but it was actually a generous serving. There was some type of butternut squash sauce on the side, which it gave a nice flavor to the meal. It also came with 2 sides I picked brussels sprouts and fries. The brussels sprouts were so good. It came with pieces of bacon and Parmesan on the top. The bacon really added a nice flavor to the Brussels sprouts. It added a nice hint of salt and crispiness. The brussels sprouts were my favorite as it wasn't too oily and all of the brussels sprouts were super crispy like chips.

Great restaurant... the chocolate espresso martinis are the best I've ever had... the bartenders are always great and just a fun bar/restaurant..

I have the cutest breakfast companion EVER.

We were pleasantly surprised - went to Park 26 for breakfast on a weekday and while it appeared to be staffed by one young woman, she did a pretty good job staying on top of the tables and being attentive. I ordered an egg white omelette and I would say it was VERY greasy (clearly they didn't want it to stick to the pan)... it was tasty though - and the potatoes that accompanied the omelette were downright delicious (and fresh/hot!) My mini got an order of pancakes and he was most excited that they came with REAL maple syrup. He pretty much licked the plate.... The coffee was tasty and if you ask for a to-go cup, they'll bring you one. I'd be interested in checking this place out during a lunch or dinner, but we didn't get to do so during this stay. We certainly appreciated the option and were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't grossly overpriced at all. I spent just as much there as I'd have spent at a diner or elsewhere for breakfast in the area, so you might want to check it out! Next time (when not so stinky from the paper mill) we'd likely opt to sit outside on the patio for some people watching, but it was early and it was chilly, so we stayed inside.

The food was very beautifully prepared. All cooked to perfection. The waiter was very tentative to our needs. The ambiance of the restaurant screams elegance. Plenty of seating that invites you in.

    Avocado Toast at Park 26

Park 26, located inside the Queensbury Hotel features fresh breakfast and brunch that worked out well for a Sunday morning. The orders were correct and prompt and the menu was exactly what you'd need in a breakfast. Loved the cute little patio, where every table has an umbrella and some shade! Sitting across from the park was a very idyllic way to enjoy the weekend. Would consider coming here for dinner sometime but likely won't go out of my way to do so.

    Avocado toast breakfast and coffee

My avocado toast breakfast was perfect in every way: great bread, perfectly poached eggs, ripe tomato, pesto and tomato salad with basalmic. Service was impeccable!

I came here as a guest of the hotel. My usual breakfast isn't this formal. But it was a nice treat. This is a very elegant setting for breakfast, which is why I was here. I had read somewhere else the place was small with few tables, that's no longer the case. Spacious. Nice breakfast menu with very pleasant staff. Hotel pricing, this isn't a diner, from the tablecloths to the heavy silverware to the good coffee. This could easily be 5 stars and probably will be soon. They have it all, beautiful, good staff, easy menu, just needs to settle into a rhythm it seems. Also, I came for the breakfast with their $5 chip. If I'd ordered the $5 breakfast it would have included coffee. I assumed coffee was included, got my bill and saw it was $2. Unlimited coffee, but still. Really? It's free in the lobby and if I'd ordered the $5 breakfast, but because I got the $8 breakfast now I pay $2 for coffee? So my "$8" breakfast cost me $7 (with tip), even with their $5 chip. Unexpected. Sadly the tv was competing with the music (busy jazz at 6:58am?). Who needs sports at 6:59 in the am? A guy who then walked away from it. Not why it's 4 stars, but seriously? (Update - he came back and stood a foot away from it watching.). Too many staff on duty? The women were working.) I enjoyed my breakfast, but if I stay here again I'll get their $5 breakfast, I was irritated by the $2 coffee charge for getting the eggs.

Chicken salad sandwich with sweet potato fries

We enjoyed lunch at Park 26 during the holiday. Entry to the restaurant through the beautifully elegant lobby of the Queensbury Hotel is always a treat. The restaurant is upscale but the prices are reasonable. The service is friendly and efficient, thanks to Jordan, our server, who was excellent! The food was delicious and the sandwiches were generously filled. Highly recommend!

New chef! New menu! New upscale dining in Glens Falls. Situated inside the historic Queensbury Hotel with a great view of City Park bandstand, al fresco seating with fire pits as well. The menu is intriguing with surprisingly great flavor combinations Nothing run of the mill here. Can't thank Chef Colin enough for a great meal I opted for the 5 course menu (which changes weekly), my husband, the Salmon & Strawberries app, and the Duck & Parsnip entree. Everything was made in-house from the hot rolls with compound butter, to the ice cream sampler for dessert. The pictures speak for themselves.

You'll also get great descriptions of everything from the awesome Chefs and maybe get to try something extra too. I recommend using the reservation system on their website and specify your seating preferences. You can choose from the Chef's Counter, the bar, a high-top table, a low table, or an outdoor table (weather permitting). We also appreciated them asking about food allergies on the reservation system too and they verified it when we arrived. We were so impressed with the unique menu options that are offered in the appetizers, small shareable plates, main courses, desserts, and drinks. We are already planning on coming back Sunday for brunch and know we'll be back again soon for dinner.

The wraparound porch is just so nice to sit outside and eat in warm weather. They really utilize the space well, as it's covered in colder months so you can still sit there. I was here for brunch on Mother's Day with reservations and was seated promptly. Due to the holiday, parking was not possible in their lot as it can only take a few cars. No matter, as we were able to park nearby. Their brunch menu had plenty to choose from. You were given these small carrot cake muffins to start, then a choice of starter and main along with dessert, wow! You also had a few cocktails to choose from and you could also swap out for a mocktail too. It was extremely busy but the staff was attentive and handled our orders with ease. Their attention to detail was so nice. For starters we had a strawberry salad, French onion soup, tuna tartare, coconut shrimp. For mains, the burger, salmon Benedict, chicken and waffles and a Polynesian style breakfast bowl with coconut shrimp, sticky rice, pineapple and greens. Lastly on a full tummy we had coffee with chocolate mousse, strawberry shortcake and peanut butter cheesecake. Spending the morning here for brunch was the perfect way to kick off the day. Brunch was enjoyed by all. On a side note, I've also had dinner here and you can expect the same wonderful experience. I'll be back again!

We discovered Morgan & Co. a couple of years ago and it's been one of our go-to places ever since. I'd read about Mint and people liked it a lot so we went there for brunch/lunch a few days ago. It did not disappoint. We had the opportunity to check it out following a wake in Queensbury. Our drinks were very good. My Limoncello Spritzer really hit the spot. My husband was delighted that his Bloody Mary did not include any olives (lol). However, $18 is steep for tomato juice, folks. We shared the Brussel Sprouts as a Starter. Both of us ordered the Crab and Scallop Cake Benny which was topped with hollandais, served on a bed of arugula and accompanied by tasty potatoes. Absolutely delicious! Our server was very nice. She seemed to be handling a lot of the tables and managed it well. We were not rushed nor did we feel neglected. It's a small place, cozy and welcoming. Love the china. My husband ordered the bolognese, which was flavorful and came in a healthy portion. He ended up taking some home, which we love because leftovers are never a bad thing. For dessert, we shared the pot de crème. The balance of caramel, saltiness, and chocolate was the perfect finish. The chocolate was rich and smooth. I also loved the décor--it was such a pleasant surprise to find a place like this in South Glens Falls.
