Very disappointing and concerning experience. After paying for extensive diagnostics, including lab work with clearly abnormal values, the primary focus of this clinic was repeatedly pushing an expensive prescription diet for a 8 lbs $78 bag of dog kibble, rather than addressing the actual medical findings or symptoms that brought us in. Requests for clarification and discussion of the lab abnormalities were met with defensiveness rather than explanation. Instead of offering a diagnostic plan or symptom management, the clinic defaulted to referral -- despite this being a condition that is routinely evaluated and treated by competent general practitioners. The doctor who called with Bella's lab results (who did not examine my dog in person), demonstrated extremely poor bedside manner during our phone conversation. The interaction felt condescending and non-collaborative. When I questioned the sole focus on diet and expressed concern that something systemic was being missed, the response became dismissive and increasingly defensive. Rather than engaging in a medical discussion, the recommendation was repeatedly pushed without addressing the underlying lab abnormalities. Unfortunately, the doctor that Bella did see in person, I did request for her to call me. This call was also disappointing. Her approach and tone differed significantly from the initial visit, once another doctor's plan had been established, and my concerns were minimized rather than explored. I left with the impression that questioning the initial recommendation was unwelcome, and that meaningful dialogue about next steps was not a priority. I was left feeling gaslit at the end of our conversation. The main issue with this call is that this doctor already knew before calling me, that Bella would not be patient she continues to manage care for. In her eyes Bella is "complex" even with very straightforward findings and clinical symptoms. I have ultimately already sought care elsewhere and was immediately met with thoughtful evaluation, clear communication, and an appropriate diagnostic plan for a Cushing work up, which is indicative of the lab findings from Wheaton Animal Hospital work up this week. This was all able to be done efficiently without confusion -- all at a "general animal hospital", without unnecessary referral to internal medicine. They do not see Bella's case as complex, at all. I left feeling that critical lab findings were minimized, my concerns were not heard, and my dog's comfort was not prioritized. I would not return, and I strongly recommend that pet owners seeking thorough, attentive medical care consider other options. read more

We have taken our dogs here for years. enjoy walking in and friendly service. They advertise that if you adopt a pet the first exam is free, so we brought in our newest dog who we adopted. After realizing I was charged for the exam, I called the office to see if we could get a refund. The receptionist stated that they only work with certain rescues, and did not consider DuPage County to get the first visit free. This seems ridiculous as the county does such amazing work with found and surrendered animals to find safe and loving homes. Disappointing. read more

I live in WI and when it became clear to me that my local vet was not adept in treating heart worms, I was referred by a friend to Dr. Mallorie Enk and I am so beyond grateful that I found her! I traveled from WI to Wheaton to treat with Dr. Enk and it was well worth the miles. She is absolutely incredible and hands down one of the smartest, most knowledgable and skilled veterinarians I have come across in my 30+ years of being a pet parent. From the first time I consulted with her, her expertise and proficiency in treating heart worms was abundantly clear. She continually exercised patience and understanding and was willing to spend a significant amount of time to advise and guide me, answering every question I had along the way. Throughout the process, I always felt comfortable that Dr. Enk's concern for my dog was genuine and that we were not just another number. She kept me informed throughout the various procedures and even followed up in the days afterward to make sure my dog was recovering well. Dr. Enk truly went above and beyond, it's evident that the field of veterinary medicine is her calling. I would absolutely refer her to everyone who wants top notch care for a pet! read more

*No Longer going to be a client here.* We've been lucky with our annual visits that they happen around lunch time for the past 5 years, until this year (2025), and for annuals they don't do appointments so you just have to walk-in. We know this because in the past we've tried and they said just walk-in. So like anyone else we do a quick Google and look at the Map App and see that their doctor hours end at 6PM, and that their clinic closes at 8PM. So like any sane person we think that the 30min drive right after work(5PM) will be okay to do the quick annual check-up and shots, and the vet and techs will be done probably no later than 5:45PM. We pull into their parking lot at 5:30, and get their door at 5:31PM. However, to our surprise they say don't do check ins after 5:30PM. We let them know we're just here for shots, and drove 30min to get here and ask if there's any way they'll let it slide. The check-in person doesn't ask for our names to confirm that we're long-time clients, gave the vibe of we're being unreasonable for asking them to check if they'd allow it, but goes to the back and ask if the doc/techs are willing. They come back a couple minutes later and without sympathy say nope as the techs have a hard cut off at 5:30...Seriously not willing to let a 1-2min post cut off in is just poor business and shows the very lack of empathy. This visit would've cost them less than 10min of their time and they would've gotten approximately $500-$600 for that time. It's not unless you scroll a bit past their hours, and if you're lucky to see it on their outdoor scrolling light sign as you pull-in, that they don't check-in after 5:30PM. Their door decal don't say anything about the 5:30PM check-in cut-off. read more

We adopted our rescue cat (Rosie) through St Sophia's and they had the Wheaton Animal Hostpital do her spaying. They did a nice job of it, and the vet I saw at the time was very personable and friendly. I've taken Rosie there ever since. Recently I called to see if they offer a 3 year rabies vaccine and was told they do. When we arrived I was told they do NOT offer the 3 year vaccine for cats. No appology, and they refused to trim her nails without a checkup. It felt like a bait and switch to get me to come in, and then refusing service was too much, so I've got an appointment at another vet. Up until today, I'd rate them four stars, might have considered five but not after today. read more

We were told our dog had arthritis and were given Carprofen, with no improvement. Come to find out the labs they drew didn't even cover the liver/kidney function after her being on the meds for over a month. Second visit we were told to just keep up the pain meds after no improvement. It was a full ACL tear taken care of by another vet. Apparently there is zero contingency planning as the manager has been out and never returned calls. No one else could help with the $600 double charge received until weeks later after we reported this to our bank. Lastly, they have forgotten to call multiple times when I was waiting for a tech for laser therapy outside. Again another suggested treatment which does nothing for an ACL tear. Overall we are searching for a new vet center and we will never recommend this place to another person. read more

I've been coming here for almost 4 years. I went there on Saturday because my dog was vomiting and having diarrhea. The same night, I ended up in the emergency hospital with both of his eyes swollen. On Monday, I rushed my dog to the Wheaton animal hospital because his eye got a little swollen and there was a little blood in his stool. I got there before 5:30 and waited patiently for the front desk to check out her other customers and answer phone calls. When it was my turn, she stated they wouldn't take me because he couldn't stay overnight, and the doctor wouldn't see him, advising me to go to the emergency vet. I said the emergency vet is more expensive, and he's been coming here for years, so I don't understand why they wouldn't take him. She said the doctor takes his last patient at 5:30. I got there at 5:20, waiting for her to finish with the people she was helping, then she said he wouldn't take him because it was an emergency. She was contradicting herself the entire time. She said they were trying to save me money by not taking me, which is why the doctor refused to see me. I told them the visit should be free due to the fact I was just there on Saturday and spent over $500. I'm just really disappointed and sad. I came here to get help, and they turned me away without even trying to check on him and make sure he was fine. They said it was an emergency, but if it was an emergency, why would you turn me away because you close in an hour? You obviously see me as a distressed, vulnerable dog owner who's hopeless. It seems like they don't care about pets, but only about the money and leaving as soon as possible. Now I'm at the emergency room that I already spent over $2500 in the past two days! It's sad because all of this could've been avoided if they had just helped!! Dont come here! Update It was never an emergency. Teddy got more sick because the vet gave us Purina FortiFlora and charged us $36 for it, which ended up causing an allergic reaction, bloody diarrhea, and vomiting. It's ridiculous--I went there for help, and they made my dog worse. And then they wouldn't take me back when it was their fault; instead, they turned me away. I spent over $3000 on tests and treatments to figure out what was wrong with him. I changed his PCP to Thrive in Elmhurst--better office, nice customer service, and experienced vets who don't push a bunch of meds or nasty Purina food or probiotics. read more

Front desk people are unfriendly and non-accommodating. If that's not bad enough, they often do not know the actual policies of the office, and will tell you one thing or give you a follow up date that you rely on, then when you go in they tell you something else or tell you that you have the wrong date. This has happened to me more than once. The doctors are nice enough and seem to know what they're doing; it's just dealing with the front desk/administrative staff that makes the experience unpleasant. read more

I used to go here since the day I got my Yorkie. Moved to another vet. Clinic because I knew someone that worked there. And I still love that clinic. However, it was difficult to get in to see my doctor or any other that worked that day. That's one of the main reasons I really like wheaton animal hospital, no appointment necessary. During covid they were not doing appts and once I got there it was a 2 hour wait. I explained that I drove a far distance and have my daughter so I needed another option, the person on the phone was extremely rude and offered alot of attitude in her responses to which I returned without using profanity. Was not happy upon arriving at this hospital due to being new to the area. The parking lot is horrible along with traffic from coming off a busy street. Going in was a different story. The front desk ladies were not nice and little dismissive as a new "potential patient" for them. I waited in the room for the veterinary doctor to show up and it took fifteen minutes. I get they are busy but when we had an appointment you should honor it. During the exam, I was trying to keep an open mind as Dr. Enk was examing my Shiba. She was understandable but I felt she was rushing the exam. After the exam, I was not even given discharge papers and sent off with a bye. My fiance had to call and ask for the discharge papers and they mailed it to us since I was not going to comeback. Will not be recommending this place to anyone read more

This that is amazing. Our cat had seizures and they saw him almost right away when we brought him in without an appointment. They were very attentive and gave us lots of information and we're very gentle and caring with our cat. It was also pretty quick and efficient. The vet was amazing very knowledgeable. The separate area for cat waiting is also a nice bonus. The services are also good price. We will always be coming back to Wheaton animal Hospital! PLEASE DO NOT take your animal here, the owner conducts business like a child. EVERYTHING is about money. I brought my dog in yesterday because she ate rat poison. Initially the staff seemed nice until it came down to getting my dog back and paying. They brought my dog out and she was COVERED in black sut from the activated charcoal she was given. I nicely asked the woman to take her back and clean her up so she didnt get my car soiled. The woman said they cant because they had an "emergency" that just came in and just handed me the leash. I did not expect the cost to be so high so i told them i could pay half yesterday and half today when i had more money in my account. They agreed and i went home. I called today after being told she would have to come in for 3 MORE DAYS of blood work at $170.00 and some recommend medicine that the doctor failed to inform me if she sent it in. I spoke with receptionist to let them know i would be able to give them the money for yesterday and todays blood work. They said it was very important to get todays bloodwork done. I asked to speak with the manager about the lack of professionalism from yesterday... the OWNER of the company told the receptionist to let me know "I cannot discuss anything on your account until the money is paid" there were no instructions for what to do or how the medication should be taken. I'm not sure if my previous review will link to this one, but if it does, you'll see I had been going to this vet for about 15 years. In fact, I live about 25 miles away now (I moved) but still drive all that way to bring my cats here. However this place has gone downhill horribly and I will be looking for another vet. A few years ago, my cat was diagnosed with kidney disease. They put her on Hills Prescription Diet K/D and she's been doing great. I always bought the 8lb bags because it's such a long drive now. Recently, though they stopped stocking the 8lb bags so I've had to order them online. To do this, the company you're ordering through has to contact the vet clinic and have them sign off on the prescription food. Wheaton Animal Clinic has been taking FOREVER to do this, and I even have once had to call in and ask them to do it ASAP because the company was threatening to cancel my order due to their lack of response. About a week ago, I placed an order for food. She was getting low, and I was leaving town for training for a new job, so I figured I'd have her food delivered to my place and then the cat sitter could grab it. A few days later, though, in the middle of my trip, I get an email saying the vet wouldn't sign off because my cat is due for a check up. Cool, I get that... but I'm not in town so I literally cannot bring her in before she will run out of food. So I'm at an airport calling in just before I get on my plane. They put me on hold... and just never returned to the line. I have to hang up so I can board my plane. When I landed I sent them an email asking if they could please make an exception and release my cat's food. They never responded to that email. It's been three days. So I called them again and explained my situation but they refused to make an exception. Keep in mind, I've lost nearly a WEEK waiting for them. I need to order the food NOW or she will run out. So I beg and I plead with the woman on the phone. She goes back and speaks to "the head veterinarian" and they finally relent. I thank her profusely and promise seven ways to Sunday I will my bring my cat in for her check up very soon. I hang up and go back to the website and place my order for the same thing I always order: An 8lb bags of food. Minutes later, I get a phone call. It's Wheaton Animal Hospital, calling to tell me that they will only release the order if I get the 4lb bag (which the woman called the "4 L.B.S. bag" ). BUT I ALREADY PLACED THE ORDER. They refused to sign off on the order AGAIN, just because I got 8lbs. So that's when I told them I'm done. I will figure something out and will not be doing business with them anymore. I have no idea what they think I'm trying to do. She has kidney disease! It didn't magically go away and she needs her food, the same food she has been eating for like 3 years. I really like Wheaton Animal Hospital but I may agree with the one reviewer on surgeries- though I had been referred to their parent branch (same owner/doctor) in Elmhurst for an in depth surgery. For the most part, I love their staff with only one exception. I had taken one of my cats there who was very sick with Kidney Cancer and prior to us knowing he had cancer the doctor basically looked at poor little Igor and said it might be a tooth infection or he could be dying of cancer(these 2 things seem like there should be some more looking into before you are led to believe it's numbered down to those 2 very different things). She then followed it up with, so you should prepare yourself because there's a good chance there's nothing we can do... and then I stabbed her in the face. Okay, no I didn't but I certainly wanted to. I made my Dad get the followup results and take IGOR to treatments where we requested a more sensitive doctor. Maybe one that likes animals and owners a bit more. After that we've had no problems... Oh wait there was one other issue. I had my one cat neutered a few years ago and though he's a fairly big cat (not overweight though, just muscular) I saw when I paid the surgery bill that the total was much higher than my initial quote. I went home with my drugged up little guy and checked the receipt. I had been charged for a Canine Castration. I called up and the desk people were very nice, as always and I explained that I had just picked up Homer (they all had been complimenting him and his pretty orange face) and that I was charged for a dog neutering. There was a long pause where i realized that I need to explain further Me: Homer is a cat. Receptionist: OHHH... he is? Me: YES! I have a cat, you just neutered my cat, NOT dog. They apologized and credited the difference back to my account and I was more than satisfied and only slightly offended. This review makes the place sound not so great but really, they are amazing. At one point Homer had feline plugged penis syndrome and had to spend several days there with catheters and they took really good care of him and let us visit him in the back room every single day, multiple times a day. His condition did not go away and he ended up needing surgery to remove his entire penis and make a vaginal tube and the hospital recommended we go to the main branch in elmhurst for the that ASAP. We picked him up and the whole office came out to say goodbye to Homer and they even let us hold on payment until we had a better time to come in after his emergency surgery. i truly love this place and the people there... I really want to give this place 5 stars but that one bee-otch Dr is clocking them in at only 4... without her, they are a 10 though. And one last thing, when Igor did pass away the staff sent a card to our house with many sweet messages about Igor and his final resting place. It was personally signed by every doctor and employee at the office and made my heart cry that they were so thoughtful. read more

Dr. Beisner's lack of compassion is astounding. Our dog was diagnosed with a terminal tumor, we decided to bring her home and seek at home euthanasia. We were in contact with a vet that would be able to help us with that when the time came. Our dog was asymptomatic except for occasional panting during the day. I called Wheaton Animal Hospital to see if I could get medication for pain or possible air hunger just in case this symptom progressed and we needed something to keep her comfortable until the hospice vet arrived. Dr. Beisner had a tech call me back stating "she said there's nothing we can prescribe her, if she's getting worse you should consider euthanasia." So basically, we are refusing to help manage a completely manageable symptom, just put your dog to sleep. After asking to speak with her directly she got on the phone, was extremely dismissive and condescending, but ended up reluctantly prescribing two medications (probably because she didn't want to deal with me anymore). She didn't even say she was sorry for the diagnosis or grim situation. Thank goodness for my persistence because with one of the medications were able to have 2 extra excellent quality days to love and spoil our baby and say goodbye. Our hearts are broken and Dr. Beisner made it very clear she could care less. read more

Nothing but positive vibes and experiences! My girlfriend takes her two dogs here and we've had only good experiences with all vaccines, neuters, and grooms. All staff is very friendly. Recently got one of the dogs tooth extracted and they were very understanding of our concern and was able to squeeze in a last minute appointment for our pup. Always very accommodating. And their grooming service is always complimented by strangers that see our dogs. Even though we live out in the city, my girlfriend is willing to drive the 40-50 minutes. If concerned about prices, they seem reasonable. I try to be frugal/stingy with my money and I have yet to complain about their services' prices. read more

On July 7th in the late afternoon my dog started to have trouble breathing. I called Wheaton animal hospital to say I was going to bring her over as she was a former patient of theirs. They looked up her file as I was driving to them with my dog whose tongue was purple, and said she hasn't been seen since 2019, therefore she would be considered a new patient and we are not accepting new patients at this time. Subsequently I took my dog to another vet. She was in cardiac arrest and she passed away. It took me an extra 15 minutes to get to that vet. I wouldn't let my worst enemy go to the Wheaton animal hospital at this point. It might have been the difference between my dog living and my dog passing away. I saw all the bad reviews and just needed to leave a good one with my experience. We followed Dr. Sarah Pruss from Animal House in Saint Charles Illinois. We have never had anything but good experiences with her for our four previous dogs and one previous cat and now our one year old Chihuahua.front staff we have not had any problems with. they seem to always have plenty of employees upfront to expedite any services needed. We try to ask for Dr. Prus whenever we go, she is one of the most kindest veterinarians that we have ever run into. All of our animals have truly been a part of the family, we love them like they're our children. When they are sick, there's nothing you want more than for someone to feel the compassion you have for your animal. I have received that every time. I hope this review will help someone because we've been in that position with a veterinarian that didn't care before. read more

Today was the last straw. We have been taking our pets to Wheaton Animal Hospital for over 20 years and while annoyed with the desk staff at times, we were happy with the medical treatment by the vets and techs. I received a reminder yesterday that our dog was coming in for grooming. I asked that he just receive a bath as he did not need a trim yet. I was late in dropping him and explained that I understood if they needed to reschedule. No problem, they said the groomer could still take him. When they told me that it would be $60 I asked why it was so much. They were adding a $30 cancellation fee for the service. I objected as I had told office staff the day before that a trim was not needed. I took my dog home after paying a $30 cancellation fee. I am furious and have found a new vet. Saw Dr. Weidner he prescribed Cerenia just an anti nausea drug for 7 lb Chihuahua that may be too strong... on Friday before Memorial Day Weekend he failed to diagnosis Prostatis (infection of the prostate). Dog not getting better call for appointment on Tuesday (after Memorial Day) because they are closed from Saturday til Tuesday!! Bad sign. Dr. Wakefield supposedly takes urine culture & blood says ok!! That night my dog so ill !! Vomited, eyes turn blood red from hemorrhaging!! Then he continues to poop, pees bloody foul smelling pus urine, vomit again then soft stools with watery stools as well!! This is a Huge UTI infection that both Weidner & Wakefield missed!!!! My dog went through hell because of their negligence, animal abuse & perhaps quackery. Took dog in Wednesday as Dr. Cole nonchalantly says my dog has a fever & possible UTI Infection includes Prostate. Wow then he tells me If I want the gold standard service go to an ER/Speciality Hospital but my dog may die because of administering fluids because of his grade 4 heart murmur. Well... guess what ... Dr. Cole gave my dog fluids & charged with out telling me. Then when I questioned the snippy immature desk girls they said I no longer can ask questions & Dr. Cole would not interrupt another Urine test/culture he was not being upfront basically not sure what he took. He made my dog suffer more as prescribed an antibiotic that may not be right & he had to send the culture out but Dr. Wakefield did not??? And had results by end of day! But did she ??? Not sure what protocol or standards they have but beware!! I had to email after 24 hrs for results but no report or notes. Also they do give you notes unless you ask. They have an antiqued system no virtual appointments. And I couldn't bring in my dog for these visits because of Covid 19 so not sure how they treated him!! I do know he was much sicker after visits!! Dr. Cole is sneaky I guess he knows his place of employment is not gold standard but sub par & nickel and dime joint. read more

I really thought that I had a good relationship with this vet. I have a pug n they have been kind to us. On my last visit, I was surprised when my bill was almost FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. I paid it and then started looking at the bill. I always ask about the price of things and they know this. After reviewing my bill I called to ask WHY my bill was so high. Her answer was " you told us to take care of everything." When they took her in the back I hope she at least got laid for the love of God. So when I called, I said I wasn't happy about my bill! She basically told me " too bad". I hung up. I didn't say ANYTHING. I even went BACK to have my dogs shots boosted! Then today OVER A MONTH LATER. I got this letter in the mail. Nobody called to talk with me. Nothing! I have NEVER had any altercations w the staff who have always been nice. Today I called to ask about the letter n the receptionist refused to transfer my call to a manager. What a way to do business!! read more

I have very mixed feelings about this place. Most of the doctors seem knowledgeable and were always very nice, but we have now had two terrible experiences and will not be going back- we are transferring vets today. We have had two terrible mis-diagnosis in our time here. First, my 13 year old jack russell who we lost almost a year ago, who started coughing badly which we were told was just a symptom of getting older, and to give him cough syrup. The cough persisted and we were given some stronger cough medication to make him at ease. It was not until I, myself, found that his lymph nodes were swollen that I took him back in and when he was look at that time we were told he had lymphoma. We did the pull test and it was indeed. We lost him after about 5 months battling the cancer. My other dog Steve also had cancer, but in his stomach. This case was a little longer ago- about 6 or 7 years... We were told by vets here that he had indigestion, we had a bunch of work done to find out if there was an underlying issue but were prescribed a new diet and some meds for upset stomach. A few months passed and he worsened. We brought him to another vet for a second opinion- that vet told me right away that he had stomach cancer and it was late stage. That vet tried to operate on him, but the cancer had spread so bad once he was opened up there was no saving him. I lost him two days later. The reason I am torn is because on regular visits, the doctors were always nice and took care of everyone for normal dog stuff just fine. They do seem VERY expensive, though- almost every vet bill was an unpleasant shock as we went to check out. The place is also ALWAYS super busy - with an appointment, be ready to wait some extra time. Without an appointment, forget about it. I have waited anywhere from 45 mins to two hours on a walk in. Even my last night with my poor Jack Russell Max- WITH an appointment, as he was dying in my arms with cancer, we waited in the waiting area with other owners and barking dogs about 20 mins with him wrapped in a blanket. read more

I used to love this place but now they don't take appointments so they make it literally impossible to get in. The vets were great but the last 3 times I went I was told the wait was an hour and a half and I could not leave the parking lot! First of all, who has that kind of time and 2nd, what pet will sit in a car for that long? I have called and asked for the best time to come when there are fewer customers and was told "we are always very busy and there may be an emergency so I cannot say". Seriously? I went on Pet-finder looking for a bunny to adopt. I saw the cutest little guy named Buster, so I immediately called this animal hospital to set up an appointment to meet him. The First Lady I talked to had no idea about the bunny, so she transferred me to her manager who was able to answer all my questions and set up the appointment. She made it very clear that he was first come first serve, so that there was a chance he may get adopted within the next two days before my appointment. She said if that happened she would give me a call beforehand. The day of my appointment, my boyfriend and I were so excited. We drove all the way to hospital eager to meet little Buster. When we got there, the lady at the front desk seemed really flustered and confused when I told her we had an appointment to meet Buster. She informed us that he had been adopted the day before our appointment. I never received a phone call, and we drove a full 40 minutes to come meet him. The customer service was terrible, and my boyfriend and I are extremely disappointed. read more

The place is clean and seems to be pretty popular. I struggle with the business side. When we first got our puppy, we had taken her in for shots, and when we came out were told our bill for her vaccines but the doctor did not take the time to communicate to us what each vaccine was for, if we really NEEDED to do it, or how much it costs. They also take the dogs to the back room to administer shots or tests, so we did not know where they had put the shots in, and later at home I went to pick up my puppy and she screamed a loud cry of pain because I had unbeknownst touched her where she was sore. To say I was extremely upset would be an understatement. All my life with our family dogs I have NEVER seen a vet take a dog out of a room to administer treatments. They also have a policy that female dogs must stay overnight when they are being fixed, didn't like that either. They are good at communicating emails when your dog is up for treatment; however, I struggle to agree that what they suggest is really necessary. Our dog is up for her one year vaccines and preventative tests and I will definitely be doing my research before we go into the office to avoid being taken advantage of from a monetary standpoint and over vaccinating my dog. Overall clean, nice place, no appointments necessary, nice doctors, but hard to trust given the experiences we have had. If we didn't live so far from our family vet, we would be there in a heartbeat. read more

I had adopted a cat from St Sophia's Forgotten felines & They offered a free wellness exam,I made a appt. to go have cat checked out, It was curbside pickup due to COVID that was fine, I had asked if they could trim her nails why she was their, I would of paid to have that done, The Dr. named Mallorca Enk, called me & Said she couldn't trim the nails that she wanted to prescribe Gabapentin to give to her to sedate her & Then bring her back, I told them I don't drive & Rely on someone to bring me, What kind of Office are they running?, & I have never heard of a Vet not being able to trim a cats nails, Don't go to this Vet, I will never recommend this Vet to anyone! read more

We have two dogs, one that we've had since 8 weeks old and another that we recently rescued. Our rescue was spayed here right before we rescued her and recovered extremely well. Our other dog was being seen by another vet that was recommended to us by family after moving back to the area. That vet was absolutely horrible in every aspect. After not knowing who she was at drop off and again at pickup, we were greatly over charged for her spaying based on the quote and then told she tested positive for Lyme disease. We decided to get a second opinion and we brought her here. Between our two dogs, in just a short week we collected a handful of concerns between about their health. We took our rescue in to get her stitches removed and brought our other dog in at the same time. Dr. Beisner saw us and was outstanding. She greeted us and the girls right away in a friendly manner. She was very patient with all of our concerns and both dogs. She took care of them and all of their issues and went above and beyond to help get them healthy again. We left there extremely pleased with the service, our wallet wasn't empty and we felt very confident that our dogs would get back to the health they deserve. We will definitely be coming back. read more
