In and Out in about 1 hr +. As I had several customers ahead of me when I arrived. Price was quite reasonable. I also had them quote a price on exhaust & Catalytic converter replacement which I will need down the road. Just a ballpark for future. I examined their work. They do good work. Im going back to them in future. I also sat in waiting room and talked to a guy who's had them do brakes several times for his car. He praised their price and work for that. Good to know. Central was instructed to give us back the headlights so they could be returned to eBay. They did not give them back to us. So I went up there to get them back and they had them so problem solved. NOPE!!! The headlight lenses are scratched up and the body of the lenses are chipped up. There is no way to return them now even though they are defective. Central Auto is taking no accountability for messing up the lenses. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM!!! Shady ass place!!!

Even the dealer confirmed the tires are defective and causing the noise. Instead of standing behind the warranty, Mavis Manager wants to replace only ONE tire on an AWD vehicle. Which we contacted corporate for help with the issue, we were told by the Manager of the store that we should hear something in a couple of days, so far after calling corporate and speaking with a few people, who blames the store management for not sending the correct tire information, it's been almost 3 months and nothing yet, still waiting for corporate to call. Anyone who understands AWD systems knows mismatched tread depth can cause drivability problems, pulling, and unnecessary stress on the drivetrain. Replacing just one tire is irresponsible. What made this even worse was hearing Kevin, the manager at the Joliet Mavis location, openly admit that "corporate just bounces people around and does the minimum if they do anything at all." That tells you everything you need to know about how this company treats customers after the sale. They were happy to take my money when I bought the tires, but when there's a legitimate warranty issue, suddenly they want to do the bare minimum and ignore the actual problem. Between the road noise, uneven wear, and poor customer service, I would never recommend Mavis Tire to anyone. Please let friends and family know to not go there. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually stands behind their products and warranties.
