I was in an accident in early December in my personally owned car, and my insurance provided me a rental through Enterprise while the damage was being assessed. Once it was deemed a total, a representative from here repeatedly called (at least three times), texted (twice), and emailed (at least twice), trying to sell me a vehicle. This is absolutely predatory. I understand reaching out once per mode, but leave it at that. At best this is opportunistic, and at worst it is taking advantage of people who are under emotional and financial stress. I'm sure Enterprise has some kind of deal with my insurance, but please stop this predatory sales tactic. If someone does not respond, just leave them alone. read more

Believe it or not the entire experience was very good as if you look at the rest of my postings. The last car bought seven months before did not last after I put several thousand into the car. They sold me a lemon and they knew it. This experience was extremely different and I had two mechanics look at the car and it came out Very well. I'm pleased with my Service from Ruben. I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from this dealership. They sold me a vehicle with missing bolts on all four tires and the tires were mismatched despite my request they refuse to provide a spare tire claiming that the vehicle did not come with one, although there was evidence of a spare tire having been present the vehicle also had several nicks and dents which they promised to repair, but after taking it in for repair and other issues it took several hours, and I was told I could return the later date to have the work completed (I was needing to work out of state) upon returning from out of state, I was informed that they would not redo the repairs claiming that they had already fixed the issues despite the fact that the repairs were not done correctly. My vehicle is still under bumper-to-bumper warranty, so I'm not sure why they're refusing to make the necessary repairs recently the air-conditioning stopped cooling and when I contacted the sales person, Paul, he told me to take it to any shop, but failed to address my concerns about the nicks and dent. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I have received from this dealership, particularly from Paul and store manager Jason. their lack of professionalism and failure to honor. Their commitments has led me to warn others not to waste their time and money at this dealership in retrospect I should have read the reviews before making a purchase as my experience was vastly different from the positive experience I had when purchasing a vehicle from Angela at 17724 North Houston Freeway this experience has been the worst I have had in purchasing a vehicle. read more

I would say I was very impressed with Jessica. She assisted my husband with the purchase of his truck. She went above and beyond to contact him about a specific truck he was looking for. Now that's a great sales person! I personally would not buy here but I did want to acknowledge how good she was. We've purchased several cars at other places & got other perks for our purchase. Other places have worked with us on the prices as well. Here the manager was not willing to do any of that for us. read more

Wow. This has been the most amazing car-buying experience we have ever had. From our original inquiry online, to Josh's follow-up call, to coming in to the sales office, and finally completing the purchase when the vehicle came in, the genuine warmth and care of the sales team (we were working with Josh L.) and management (new manager Josh) came through the entire time. We never felt hassled or pressured. These guys took a personal interest in us and truly helped us get the best price on our trade and financing terms that they possibly could. I dont know if Enterprise got a new manager but my experience has been totally different than most of the reviews I have read! The manager, Malcolm dishonestand has cost me time and money. I bought a car from Paul. He was courteous and informative. Before I drove the car off, I noticed one of the keys said low battery. They promised they would replace battery but then came back and said they had none but would be sure to replace it. They said they had to fill one of the tires, so they obviously knew one of the tires was bad. Malcolm, the manager, reassured me that I had 7 days to check out the car and bring it back if not satisfied. Malcolm said he would fix those two issues if they continued. It came with 1 year warrantee and I bought and extended warrantee Also. After the weekend and filling the tire daily and one of the keys not working after I bought a new battery, I called and asked for an early appointment. Malcolm said he would have new key and new tire put on car. I live an hour away so I was given a rental. The car was not ready till the next evening, and absolution nothing was done to the car except I found white handprints on the leather on inside of the passenger door. Key was exactly the same. Tire loses air daily. Malcolm is smug and dishonest and simply doesn't care. He promises simple repairs then uses two out of the seven days to hold car but do nothing to it. I had to can my holiday trip and put air in the tire every day. They sold me a car with a quarter of a tank of gas because they said they ran out of gas. They gave me a rental with a quarter of a tank of gas. I took my sister to look at a car there. She had made her decision to buy it but waited to see how they honored their service agreement and what kind of customer service they had. Luckily, she waited and she decided against buying a car from Enterprise at Kuykendall in Houston Texas. I will be reporting to corporate and the BBB. read more

Right when I asked for help on the website on a vehicle, anything that I ask you would answer or go find help. We're at the dealership looking at the vehicle, he went and got all the keys to my price range instead test drive all these we will start weaving them out. And always had water for us. June 20, 2022 I purchased 2 cars from you guys and they have been nothing but headaches , the 2020 Malibu continues to break down every day , no Chevrolet knows why , the car is unsafe to drive ! We have previously purchased form Enterprise sales because and returned because they do not pressure you into buying just any car. They want to make sure you get the car you want and try to match you with what you are looking for. Lindsey took the time to sit with us and ask what we were looking for as well as what we didn't want. She hit the nail on the head with the first SUV she showed us. Yes, these folks represent the customer service Dream Team. My latest experience at the Enterprise Rental and Sales office in North Houston was simply outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an extraordinarily lovely young lady from Karachi. As it turned out, we had Karachi in common, as I had to do some things there back in '77 as a West Pac sailor. Then, I met with her colleague, Sarah, who was simply amazing! I was in a bad way, with a beat up old car, and a broken heart. These folks then introduced me to Josh, in Sales. I was simply amazed with the way the whole Enterprise team in North Houston worked with me to make it an amazing, incredible, and even life changing experience. These are great people! DONT BUY A CAR FROM THEM THEY MADE ME SIGNED A DIFFERENT CONTRACT BUT THE LENDER GOT THE CONTRACT WITHOUT THE GAP. Okay so in 2015 I bought a 2014 kia optima i had gap insurance right. Contract signed 8-15-2015. So then after 3 years later got into a accident lost my car and then i tried to file a gap claim because i know i signed up for it. Well come to find out enterprise had 2 contracts. They sent the bank 1 without the gap insurance ain't that something. So i don't find out until i get a total loss on my car that i dont have gap insurance. So look check this out everybody been running from me jason smith and cameron Hawkins. So i contacted the corporate office waiting on a repsonse. Jason fedex me a contract to sign but it didn't have gap insurance but he never informed me that it wasn't on there because original paper had gap insurance. So my thing is now im being accountable for something when i had gap insurance but then it came out to be i don't. ANY1 HAVE A ATTORNEY I CAN CONTACT ASAP.
