When I arrived and checked in, after struggling to drive there because my vehicle is having issues, I was told they won't help me because my vehicle is more than 15 years old. At no point during TWO phone calls in which they had all of the information about my vehicle did they tell me they couldn't offer me service. They wasted my time and almost caused me to break down on the side of the road for NOTHING trying to get there. What a colossal customer service failure. absolutely horrible. I will never give them my business for anything and I was thinking about getting a new truck.

What followed was one of the most frustrating, time-wasting experiences I've ever had with any service center. Mr. Jordan promised that if diagnostics weren't completed the same day, I'd receive a loaner the next day. That never happened. He ghosted my calls, ignored multiple voicemails, and only responded days later with a text saying my vehicle was "ready." When I showed up, they hadn't even fixed the issue -- just held my car for 4 days, ordered parts, and told me to bring it back next week. Worse, Mr. Jordan was extremely rude, blaming me for calling late and implying that my expectations were the problem. Not once did they offer a loaner as promised or keep me in the loop. Bottom line: they wasted four days of my time, didn't fix anything, and treated me with complete disregard. If you value your time, your vehicle, and basic customer service, avoid Peacock Ford at all costs.

Tuesday comes no update, then Friday comes no update again, so I call to finally get an answer that they still don't have my key prepared. 3 days later I get a update that my key is on a back order, and they don't know exactly when my key comes, it will just be sometime in September. At this point I have no vehicle and I needed transportation to get to Miami where I was working at the time. For 2-3 months I had to go from Miami to Orlando with NO VEHICLE, when I asked about a loaner they told me I qualify for a loaner because of a policy they have, but they want me to pay $1,230 for a key???? Horrible service and made this situation a huge inconvenience.

The car being in service (new tires in the rear and near new front) did allow me perform my static prebuy inspection and examine the car from standing underneath and poking and probing as I needed and the car was in stellar condition. Given the keys, and off for a thorough test drive in which saw me (stupidly) get a bit lost. No biggie... Loved the condition, bought the car for my wife as a B-day gift. Ahem, though they did fail to mention full front, mirror and windshield top frame with expel coverage (sweet!), built in Escort radar/laser detector w/shifter and in mirror display (discreetly built into the smokers package ashtray, cha-ching again) and much later I was to discover it had a fully funded Porsche 50k mile service package I was not told about. While waiting for the Highway Patrol, I called the closest auto shop- Affinity Auto- to see if they could be sure my car would be able to drive back to St. Augustine that night. The entire staff was SO kind and considerate. They made sure the car was safe and only charged me the minimum charge to secure the bumper. The mechanic also noticed the tires were all a little low on air, so filled those for me, too. So nice ! THEN comes the amazing part. I drove about 10 minutes away and locked my freaking keys in the car. It was 5:05pm on Friday evening and they drove to my location and unlocked the car for me! Above and beyond!
