Brandon just left and I had to write a review because he was off the charts amazing. He has a wonderful low-key personality and he is professional as well as polite. He kept me informed of his thoughts about our air conditioning problem and solved it methodically. Comparing this experience to Orangutan Home Services, who looked at the same problem on Saturday, is like comparing day to night. The difference was that clear from the first phone call to the follow-up Wheeler staff are really, really good. And Orangutan was only interested in selling an air seal service for $2400. The technician didn't even go into the attic to inspect the ductwork. Whereas that was the first thing Brandon did. Upon doing so, he repositioned the line to the problem room and adjusted all the vents on the line. He used a little handheld device that measured the temperature in various parts of the rooms and made a logical determination and solved the problem. We purchased a house that ended up having the infamous poly plumbing lines throughout. The old plumbing needed to go! During our search for a company who was capable and ready to re-pipe our house we were also looking for a plumber that was able to install a gas tankless water heater with a recirculation pump and a whole house filter system as well as relocating our washer & dryer location! Eddie Sr & Eddie Jr came to the task and re-piped our whole house while making the plumbing user friendly and easily accessible in the future. They both not only cut to the chase and avoided beating around the bush, they supported every question we had and they taught us a thing or two about our modern plumbing system. I have had a disposal replaced/changed, diverters changed on showers and sinks. This routine maintenance is important. I called Paris because my AC had started to drip water onto my air filter.. freaked out due to my horrible problems 2 years ago and ended up calling them to help.. and did they ever! Having your A/C go out in the middle of a summer's night with little ones in the house can be very stressful. Jason helped ease my mind when I spoke with him first thing in the morning. He got me scheduled for early afternoon, but I was delightfully surprised when he called later that morning to let me know that one of his service workers finished an installation early and was able to be at our home before noon (when it really starts to heat up). Vance came to the rescue with an assurance that he will find out what's going on and a friendly smile. Fortunately, it was a minor repair (yay!) and the cost was very reasonably priced. Had them show up to fix a hole in some duct work the day before the house was to sell (final inspection). Walked in to a 96 degree house at 2:30pm Friday. By 3 the projects foreman was on site and by 5 he was back at the house, with three technicians to install my new unit. Blowing cool by the time the sun went down.
