I wanted to share my amazing experience using Wheeler Heating & Cooling, LLC. I had an issue with my Furnace on Wednesday night and attempted to get it to work but it gave me additional problems on Thursday morning. I ended up calling Jeremy and explaining to him what was happening. He provided some suggestions on what he think was occurring and stated either him or another Technician Steve would be there to check it out. Shortly after speaking with Jeremy I received a call from Steve providing me with an ETA. When Steve arrived he quickly diagnosed the issue and unfortunately it was not good news. It turned out my Furnace had a heat exchanger crack causing dangerous carbon monoxide to escape. For safety reasons Steve disconnected the unit and informed me of the situation. Since my Furnace was old, Steve and Jeremy suggested that I upgrade the unit. I was not expecting this expense but I knew it was a much needed investment. Jeremy was kind enough to work with me and provided an upgrade for both my outdated Furnace and AC unit for an outstanding value and even scheduled a next day appointment to conduct the installation. Since I was without heat for the day/night, Steve provided me with a space heater to assist with the upcoming cold night. Steve also texted me in the night to confirm an early (7am) service appointment. Today both Jeremy and Steve arrived early and went right to work tackling the job! Both Jeremy and Steve's attention to detail is remarkable and they really went above and beyond throughout the entire day to ensure everything was installed meticulously and correctly. They worked tirelessly until 7:40pm today to perform the upgrade and cut zero corners. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism, detail oriented and efficient work that was performed today. Once it was all complete Jeremy even texted me all of the Serial #'s/equipment information and his contact information in order to easily register the new equipment. If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy and hardworking company for your HVAC needs, then look no further! This is my second time using Wheeler Heating and Cooling and I am thrilled with the outcome. Wheeler Heating & Cooling is the real deal! Both Kelly and Jeremy Wheeler were able to help us out in a surprising way. Our heat wouldn't start on the first chilly morning of the fall 2024 season and we thought maybe it had something to do with how we had our Nest thermostat wired. A large, national company came out and fixed us up, but we were charged such a shocking amount for no parts and a small amount of labor, that I didn't feel it was a fair price. I happened to reach out to Wheeler Heating & Cooling after all was said and done with the other company to ask for their input just to see if we were overcharged. As I suspected, they told us we were overcharged in a big way. They let us know that they would have charged us about half of what the national company did. Jeremy even took time out of his day to contact my husband via phone and gave him some really sound advice about our HVAC system. They did all of this out of the kindness of their hearts and didn't charge us a dime, even though they both took time out of their day to advise. We so appreciate their help, their honest feedback on a problem that wasn't even theirs to address and we will definitely contact them with all future HVAC concerns. If you have a hankering for scones, you don't go to Walmart--you find a little mom & pop bakery that still knows what butter is. Same goes for HVAC. So skip those mega HVAC chains with jingles that get stuck in your head like bad gum and call Wheeler Heating and Cooling--literally the guy's name is the business. It doesn't get more personal than that. Wheeler is a veteran, knowledgeable, and as honest as they come. He's not out to turn your wallet inside out and shake out the change. He showed up on time, was professional, and even did a quick walkthrough giving us tips on how to tweak our vents to keep the upstairs from feeling like the devil's attic. Hands down, one of the best business experiences I've ever had. I'll be a customer for life and so will my giant family (we roll deep). If you don't believe me, just ask anyone local--his reputation does all the advertising for him. So yeah, skip the soulless HVAC conglomerates. Call Wheeler. I contacted Wheeler Heating & Cooling for a spring tune-up on 2 units. The owner Jeremy and the tech Steve showed up on time and ready to work. They explained the ins and outs of what they were doing and fortunately, they didn't find anything wrong and said both units were working fine. They even climbed up in the attic without complaint. One very nice touch and one that is important to me when someone comes into my house, is that I request that they take their shoes off or wear "booties". Come to find out I didn't have to worry about that because they had brought their own booties and promptly put them on without me having to ask. I like using local businesses when I can and it's small touches like this that sets a company like Wheeler Heating & Cooling apart from the others! I reached out to Jeremy on Facebook around 6:30am his wife responded immediately and service was scheduled for same day. He went above and beyond cleaned the AC unit refilled the unit and placed a brand new sealer commercial grade one not the one you can buy in store. My house was at 86 degrees and within an hour it started to feel like home again and I usually keep the AC around 68 at night but now 70 is perfect. If you are looking for honest , professional, reliable and trustworthy company you found it , the price was so good that he will be servicing our home as long as we are alive. I walked in my house today and it was 93°. My poor dog was lethargic on the floor. I reached out to Wheeler Heating & Cooling, LLC Not only did he go out of his way to show up AFTER HOURS. He diagnosed the problem. Fixed it. And did it all with a smile. This is the second time I've used these guys for things, and I cannot recommend them enough. They will go out of their way for you. They will go above and beyond and they will do an absolutely phenomenal job. 5 all around! I highly recommend them. Edit to add- Bentley is ok!!!! I was able to cool him down with frozen pup cups and ice water as well as getting the air flowing when I got home. read more
