1 Star - Because of the Manager We bought a STIIIZY pod that was clearly faulty and leaking. We first stopped at another STIIIZY store (Oxnard Locati), to ask about a return, and the manager there was actually willing to help because the cartridge was obviously defective. However, once they noticed it had been purchased from another location (Ventura Location), they said we would need to go back to that store to handle it. So we went to the store where it was originally purchased. The manager there, Josh, was extremely rude and refused to help at all. Despite the cartridge clearly leaking and being defective, he immediately declined the return and showed no interest in resolving the issue. At one point he even told us to go find another manager because he didn't want to deal with it. I've always liked STIIIZY products, so this review isn't about the brand itself. But the way Josh handled a simple situation involving a clearly faulty product was unprofessional and unacceptable. read more

I asked the employee for a particular product. The employee grabbed the wrong product as it was next to the product I wanted. The employee claimed it was already entered into his register and he could not change that. I would tell everyone do NOT go to Stizzy's on Victoria Ave in Ventura CA! I cannot believe all the complaints I've read. They outright steal from people. I'm encouraging all to complain to DCC the Department of Cannibis Control! This dispensary really should be shut down. It's true it's a very convenient location but every time you come into this place they have a different strain so if you ever like something it's always going to be something different so you never know if you're going to get it is convenient but the quality just keeps going down and because you can't physically actually look at it to see what you're getting most the time it's just really shaved off buds not impressed anymore won't be bad read more

Gave us the high-pressure, used car sales lot feeling. Employees were friendly, but we just got a feeling it was forced or coerced friendliness. But mostly, Stiiizy is NOT Military/Veteran Friendly. All the other Cannabis establishments around offer breaks to our PTSD Veterans. This one does NOT. Better off going yo one of the other establishments. read more

I just had a bad experience with the manager Esteban. I need double shoulder replacement and he had me going in the trashcan. Looking for a receipt ended up taking me half an hour after all said and done. I literally just purchased an item. It was defective. I threw away the wrapper, but the trashcan was empty. There is another lady working there tender I will get the name later and do another review but she had attitude as well so they had a 55 year-old man shifting for a receipt and Esteban said he had my back being arrogant and sarcastic about it. Then you had someone wanna be Rent-A-Car come up to me and I told him he could touch it and they're literally touch the item Security was a knucklehead. They still see brand products have a very poor quality control. I purchased brand new got a little bit of use out of it and it failed. They did nothing to stand by the product and I am sitting here with a barely used product that has no value unless I break it open to harvest the oil. They admitted they have quality control issues, but still had no interest in helping. read more

I have been to this dispensary at least half a dozen times and used my military ID to check in each time with little to no issue. today I was pulled out of line by a security guard and informed I was not allowed to use my military ID. he was informed by corporate that this ID was no longer allowed. An ID that I am able to use at and any place else that requires identification because this country. this is unacceptable treatment of a veteran!! Do better! read more

At first visit , the bright lights and the roped off line made me iffy but when I got to the counter the associate was very friendly. And knowledgeable- I continued to stop here and each time , the associates are cool and down to earth.
