1 Star - Because of the Manager We bought a STIIIZY pod that was clearly faulty and leaking. We first stopped at another STIIIZY store (Oxnard Locati), to ask about a return, and the manager there was actually willing to help because the cartridge was obviously defective. However, once they noticed it had been purchased from another location (Ventura Location), they said we would need to go back to that store to handle it. So we went to the store where it was originally purchased. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The manager there, Josh, was extremely rude and refused to help at all.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Despite the cartridge clearly leaking and being defective, he immediately declined the return and showed no interest in resolving the issue. [[HIGHLIGHT]]At one point he even told us to go find another manager because he didn't want to deal with it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've always liked STIIIZY products, so this review isn't about the brand itself.
