Great service! I have driven past this place a few times on mu way to work. I had a slow leak, got some air in the tires. Mr Warren took care of my checked the tires put air in them. When I asked how much he said whatever you want to pay. I have him pay tip. Fast forward the show leak is still am issue, this time Mr Warren finds the nail in the tire and makes the repair. It cost my 10 bucks and u have him a tip. Everyone in this shop is nice, friendly and professional! I would def come back! read more

The mechanic Quentin McGhee senior, also known as "Q" is a very bad mechanic and a liar. He worked on my car for 2 months just to later say I have to tow it to another shop because he couldn't finish the job. The new shop I took it to later told me that everything he did was done wrong and incorrectly. I had to pay the new shop to redo everything he did. I spent thousands on rental because he took forever on the job just to later not even finish it. I highly doubt not recommend to come here. You will lose a lot of money and time. read more

I highly recommend this tire shop. They do good work, the waiting area is clean and has a good number of seats and 2 TVs to brighten your waiting experience lol. Inside is always clean, and the employees behind the counter as well as in the garage itself are usually pretty friendly. Had a flat tire due to a nail/screw and came here to get it repaired. Ended up having to purchase a new tire based on where the hole was in my original tire and they did not have the tire I needed in stock :(. However, they were able to order me a new tire and put it on my car same day! I was too thrilled! The entire process was easy as pie so I will definitely continue to support this small business. read more

The nice ladies behind the counter checked out the tire with me & then the technician even came out to look as well. Hi, as a girly going to mechanic shops can be intimidating but this place was great to me! I came in to get a tire replaced in May and they took care of me very quickly with a reasonable price on a used tire. I came back this week for a tire patch on a different tire due to how bad Atlanta roads are and reserved the same quality service! The shop has that wear and tear apperance but a truly nice place to get your tire needs taken care of. If you get a chance to talk to Mr. Bailey himself you'll meet a very nice fellow! read more

But I didn't care how crunk this place looked, it was one of the few places that I could get the tires I needed on my side of town This may be TMI, but I drive a big truck with big rims and big tires. I don't really think about the tires until I need more; then I remember how expensive these things are. Bailey's was able to significantly beat any and every other price quote. Service was fast and for a tire joint in West End, they were sufficiently friendly. They have tires and rims for just about every type of vehicle....don't let the 26"s in the window throw you off. However, if you go be prepared to tip the service techs; it is kind of an unwritten rule, and at Bailey's prices you can afford to. read more

My car seemed to be having a alignment issue and I went to a few other shops and was directed to Wheel and Tires by Bailey in the West End. I must say it was one the most unprofessional experiences that I had in a long time. When I pulled in, I was not greeting or directed to where I was to go for service. After asking several individuals who can I speak with regarding an alignment. I was directed to Kevin,who at the time was speaking to a woman who was sitting inside her car. Following I told Kevin that I was directed to speak with him about an alignment. He advised that he needed to take a call and would be right with me. After a 20 minute wait. I returned to the lobby area and inquired his whereabouts. The kind lady at the desk called in on the phone and he again said, he'll be right there. As I proceeded back to my car a second time, my car was backed into. The wait for Kevin grew. As I normally would leave at this point, I went inside for him a second time. The Receptionist called him on the phone again. I explained my frustrations to her and proceeded back to my car. Keep in mind, how many minutes it takes between reaching a decision once someone hits your car. Still no Kevin. As I proceeded to drive off Kevin walks out apologizing. An apology can never be explained behind a wait of this magnitude. It was inconsiderate, it was disrespectful, unprofessional, a waste of my time, and an indication that said, boldly that I am not valued as a customer. read more

I've been to this place a few times, never had a bad experience until today when I went in for a tire repair and the guy who did the repair tried to charge me $25. When I told him I didn't have cash and had to use my card inside he said "Oh, they're only gonna charge you 10." Yeah, he tried to get me. My advice to all customers, don't pay cash for ish unless you're doing it inside and getting a receipt. read more

We went to about 4 different shops and no one would fix it, finally we found this shop and they they fixed it fast for less than half the quoted price of a shop that said it was too hard to fix. Their Mechanic Department is not up to par!!! It seems Wheels and Tires should stick with what they are good at TIRES. They do not have a diagnositic, which means you could pay a fortune without really knowing what is actually wrong with your car. I've had oil changes and simple tune ups with no problem. But when I had my fuel pump and filter changed; my car didn't even make it a mile before it stopped. The mechanic was able to start it to get it back, but there is no diagnostic machine there so he couldn't tell me what was wrong. (I assumed they had one NOT.) I left my car and it worked the next day for me to get it home. Okay that was a week ago and it has been sitting in my driveway. I call everyday. He has been here twice and in this week and THINKS its a crankshift sensor. Remember they don't have a diagnositic machine. I have bought the part, but I haven't seen the machanic in two days. Save yourselft the head ache, don't use their mechanics for anything other than the very very simple!! read more
