I'm telling them I understand what the reader is saying but the battery is shit. They try telling me it's the alternator etc. of course I insist it's nothing other than the battery. I place the battery back in my car and they place the reader on it again and low and behold it reads "bad battery" I could be wrong but I think it took all this simply cause they didn't want to honor the warranty, but hey who am I to say. In the end everything was taken care of the way it should've been handled in the first place. Also they should probably get some better or updated equipment
