When he walked out, her smile for him dimmed toward me, she looked busy, as she irritatedly stood there, motionless, and then finally asked me if I needed help - with a piercing stare. If I hadn't needed assistance, my friend & I would have left immediately ~ Not the O'Reilly Auto Parts that it was over a year ago. There's no need to serve up disdain & disregard in Retail. Luckily, the gentleman who came onto the sales floor after 15 minutes was kind and professional. But my friend and I were taken aback.

I called Valley Truck Specialties and spoke with Roy. We talked about what my typical use for my F-150 Lightning (5'7" bed) would see on an infrequent basis - nothing heavy duty, just full sheets of plywood, 2x4s, some pea gravel, etc. Roy didn't have a single negative thing to say about other comparable spray-in bed liners. His point was to simply educate me on what I would consider to be the best suit for MY needs in protecting my truck bed. Valley Truck had my business at that point. On my appointment day, I met with Troy and I asked him regarding the specifics on what the Bullet Liner coverage would look like and what was involved with regards to the removal of non-coated items in the truck bed. Troy went over all the details with me as he called out areas in my truck bed that would see coverage, what would be pulled/masked off that should not be sprayed, and even the reasons for why certain things would be elected to be kept bare, such as the bed bolts. Now, I've spoken with others and have had the personal experience of seeing a multitude of different truck bed lining treatments - all I can say is, Troy is representative of a professional with an attention to detail skill set and someone who takes pride in their craft. That attention to detail showed and the result was an ultra-clean and well-laid out coverage throughout the F-150's bed. Best of all, it's not super-abrasive, but definitely has a gripping surface with a hardness that can obviously take a beating. I'm really pleased with the result. If you're looking to save some skin on those knees when kneeling down in your truck bed and you're looking for a very competitively priced spray-in bedliner that is hard as nails, this is the way to go! Hubby rolled in without an appointment & before I got out of the car, one guy was about to hoist up the floor jack that was underneath the jack points. That was QUICK! This all happened in minutes! There's no place to wait, this place is a no bones, back alley type of hole in the wall lol. The employees are responsive, friendly & very efficient. Prices for services are affordable, reasonable. It took about 15-18 minutes, we're done! Two guys worked on our car, it's like, I just blinked & it was finished. Hubby asked where to get his wheels aligned & they were more than happy to direct him to another place for this service. The front exterior of the business is under construction, so are other businesses on the same tract. I trust that Hubby chose this place because their services are reliable & honest. Will surely return.

Went to Andy's because he was the highest rated tire shop near me. He was busy with 3 cars when I came, but he still took a moment to greet me and when his hands were free, he came over to find out what I needed. He offered me the tires he had in stock that fit my car. He wasn't able to source used OEM wheels for my car, but he told me if I needed the exact tires for me car, I could get my wheels and tires and bring them there, and he would install them. He even shared where I can get them for a good deal. So a few days later, I returned with new wheels and new tires. Of course Andy was busy with two cars, but he got to me fairly quickly. Long story short, Andy masterfully installed my new wheels and tires and even prepared my old wheels and the barely salvageable 2 tires for me to take home (I might try to sell some and maybe keep some as backups). All with care, friendly service and excellent workmanship. I highly recommend Andy's Tires and Wheels. Truly a great guy.
