Where luxury meets is definitely the perfect name for this place. Antonio was my salesman he wasn't too pushy gave me breathing room to pick the perfect car. Antonio even gave me a Black Bow to take the perfect Instagram picture. Great service and amazing car. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to friends. Agreed on OTDP 22.5k on a 2021 Toyota cam but they went all the way up to 24+k. Calculated the sales tax wrong and ask me to pay extra 200 with out showing any good will. Plates took 3 month to finished and never notified me for it being completed. This is everything the worst about a dealer that you can ever imagine in one package as this place. Go somewhere else to buy/sell your car cuz this is going to be a nightmare if you decide to buy it here. read more

First of all I see the car BMW X 6 on car Gurus beautiful car I try to call was no answer I send email and the call me I have the appointment and I told the lady Keidy that I will come in Uber I'm 55 miles away She told me we have the car for you even she call me the night before 8 pm to confirm I take Uber 100 dollars each way once I arrive they told me we just sold the car we have different kinds of cars you will like they are nothing but Lair scammers they put any add to make you visit them and the try to scam you do not deal with lair 0000 - star read more

Avoid these people. Dealership full of dumb asses. I have no clue how they are still in business. Oh wait, they're probably scamming people. Chick at the front desk is only there to suck the men off- she clearly has no idea how to do anything else. Oh and don't expect to get your tags/registration on time. Or for anyone to give any sort of information. Thank goodness buying a car isn't a daily thing. read more

believe the low reviews. do NOT go here. Salesperson - Danny Financial Person - Isaac 1. Lied about the damage to the vehicle. Said it was natural damage to the leather, I said it looked like a dog ate it. 2. Sold car with a dead battery. 3. Will ignore you while selling a car to you, especially if you are a woman or not insistent. 4. The salespeople know nothing about the process, they are just yes men who will agree to whatever. They do not keep track of your car's history or your documents. 5. Their listings online are 5-10k cheaper than what they actually are. Don't fall for it, don't step in the store. 6. They will twist your arm and make you miserable to try to get you to leave with the car. 7. If you have questions or need help after the sale, forget it. They are impossible to reach over the phone, and will tell you they'll "get in touch" and leave you waiting for days until you follow up. You have to go in person and badger them every time. Kind words do not work. 8. They will lie lie lie about the paperwork and how things go. They made me sign a paper claiming no responsibility for frame damage, why? They won't be open with you about their senseless fees or how long it takes for them to register the car for you. They are actively trying to screw you over and if you're not on top of it you will end up in a bad situation. 9. Atmosphere is TERRIBLE. They will make you move for the rich shoppers, blare loud music, and make you sit under harsh LEDs. 10. Financing options are awful. Just awful. The dealers don't know the terms and will convince you it's a good deal. They even admit they only up charge so they get cuts from the bank. 11. The "detailing" they charge you almost 1k for is a complete joke. Nearly flat tires, stains on the seats, caps from cleaning substances all over. Be careful and don't spend your money here. any deal or bargain leaves the second you talk to one of them. They charge you about $5,000 fees for "handling it" and you will find yourself doing all the work unable to contact them or get a straight answer. UPDATE: Danny called me repeatedly while I was at work (I had informed him of my schedule in the past) regarding this review. The call was not to apologize or address my review, it was him with his voice raised accusing me of being ungrateful and threatening me and my work. The review stays and that call is further proof of unprofessional, chauvinistic behavior. read more

Don't do business with this dealer. They sold me a car and totally lied about it being an all wheel drive. They also hid the fact that it had a structural damage and sold it to me using an AutoCheck report with inaccurate information to make money. I would stay away if you're considering buying anything here. read more

So I went there 3 times in my life. First one I just saw the car that I want on CarGurus and went to see it. Once I'm arrived they said that car went back due to inspection problems. Second time I was more careful so I called them to see if another car that I liked still there,that "girl" from front desk confirmed. Guess what? Sold night before.. Third time I told myself that it would be the last one. And yes,I called 5 times-confirmed that car is still there,that there is no damages,that price is right that u have options how I can pay it off. Guess what??? Car was placed in the warehouse and marked as "flooded" read more

I should have gone with my gut feeling and driven off but i wanted a particular vehicle with a particular trim and they had it. The price was lower then others so i went but there was a reason for that and Sebastian Vargas, finance manager, lied directly to my face. The car was previously wrecked and very poorly repaired. He told me it was very minor. It was obviously not in the carfax. The issues it had are too long to list and after all it is a used-cars dealership so I won't complain about the conditions but i will complaint how I was robbed $1,100 from Sebastian Vargas by increasing the price of the vehicle on the contract but not listing it, instead listing total price after taxes and fees. Then he points to a lower figure on the contract to confused you with the actual amount being financed. Prior to the purchase, he replied and answered my hours to pick up the "detailed" vehicle. Needless to say, had they detailed the vehicle i would have instantly noticed the conditions but it looked like the barely passed a rag. The interior and exterior was dusty and dirty. Worst experience! AVOID SEBASTIAN VARGAS, AVOID WHERE LIXURY MEETS!!!!! read more

So I called on 8/9/19 about a certain car and the rep ensured me that the car was on the promises .I called again on 8/10/19 at 930 am and spoke to a sales rep named Stacey she ensured me that the car was there and she will get the car ready for me to look at. I told her I'll be driving in from Levittown PA she said OK see you then. I made the trip to find out that the car was sold last night. They have no compassion and no consideration they just went to get you in there.Bait and switch . Also they sell salvage and flooded cars there beware that's why the prices are low on those cars. read more

So I bought my car from this place 2 months ago. I notice that the wheel cover is missing and so the dealer Jose said that he's going to order it. I said no problem cool. I called multiple times and they said oh it's ready. When i get there, Nothing. I tried calling Jose and Luis, they both were ignoring me. So I went there to confront them. I told them that it's been 2 months after the contract said that they will purchase the missing car part. Be very careful read more

We traded in our old vehicle back in July 2020, 6 months later, we have continuously been receiving tickets placed on the old vehicle. Luckily we have been able to dispute them but it is still a hassle to have to go through this process each time a ticket is issued for a vehicle that is no longer in our posession. I have called the dealer multiple times to have this cleared and have emailed the person that is so called "in charge of handling those matters", but till this day this issue continues. They just care about taking the money but don't take the time to solve an annoyance and inconveniences caused to others by their irresponsibility. read more

Poor excuse for a dealership. Stay clear of this place it's a bait and switch type deal. Saw a car called when I got there 10 min later car was gone. They tried to sell me on 3 other cars that were all "being worked on" but still available?! Total waste of time. Funniest part is they'll still call and txt u asking how your test drive went? What test drive car wasn't even there! Also all the cars are blocked in I didn't see a single person take a test drive! This dealership also goes by 5 other names they use cross streets and other tactics to lure u in. When you leave bad reviews they try to report them and or comment some random shit that has nothing to do with your experience they try to blame there sneaky low life sales tactics on something else read the reviews all the bad ones match. These guys should get real jobs being a con artist will only get u so far read more

BEWARE THE BAIT AND SWITCH!!! They'll advertise a car at a too good to be true price and tell you it's available when you call. Once you get there they say it's got a salvage title and can only be exported. Then they'll show you the same make and model as the advertised car for 3-4K more. THEN.... you go to buy a car and they tack on a "dealer fee" of $2500 or more without even telling you about it. Make sure your numbers add up! My advice is to steer clear of this place. They're shady and try to take advantage of people. read more

I purchased a car here for what was priced to be $26,820 after taxes & fees according to Salesperson, Haz Saleh, on August 29, 2020. Surprised on the following Monday that I was scammed out of an additional $5,783.21. This dealership reported to my bank that the car was purchased for $32,603.21. I called an employee from the night of the transaction who posed as a Finance Manager, Sebastian Vargas, to resolve this issue. I was put on hold for over an hour multiple times that eventually I emailed him and have yet to receive a response. I took the car to get inspected in my state, New York, as instructed by Mr. Saleh & it failed. I paid $860 worth of repairs to pass inspection. As soon as I could, I returned to the dealership asking the alleged "Finance Manager," Sebastian Vargas, for my money back. He told me no! Which I feel is only fair, since I was sold a car that didn't pass inspection within the first week of having it. I've yet to receive my plates or registration in the mail. I'm currently driving with a temporary plate, that expired on September 27, 2020. I called a week or so before the plate were said to expire, the "dmv clerk" was very rude & unprofessional. Allegedly they have no photo copies of my documents, so my car has not been registered yet, I paid $1,915 for title & registration fees & was given a copy of completed DMV paperwork that was suppose to be submitted on my behalf. Because of my previous negative review Mr. Vargas recently contacted me offering to give me back $400 out of the $6,643.21 that's owed to me if I delete the review, very insulting!! Please DO NOT buy any car from here, they are PROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTIST!!! It's 2 months later & I still DO NOT have my registration, plates, or my money! read more
