I recently started going to this salon because I moved too far away from my usual one, and I'm always super skeptical about trying new places because my eyebrows are thick, stubborn, and honestly a pain to work with. Out of everywhere I've gone, besides my previous go-to salon, the ladies here are the only other ones who have actually been able to do my eyebrows exactly the way I like them. This was only my second time going, but it definitely won't be my last! I completely forgot the name of the first lady who did my eyebrows when I came in for the first time, but she had them perfect. When I came back for my second visit, I showed another stylist how the previous lady had shaped them, and she got them spot on too! Like I said, my eyebrows are thick and stubborn, so I know they can be a pain to shape and match, but these ladies have already mastered them! I've loved everything about the salon and the service so far. As soon as you walk in, they're super welcoming and quick to attend to you. Both times I've gone, I haven't waited more than 10 minutes! And the ladies give such girl's girl vibes, which I absolutely LOVE Great service, wonderful stylists, and such great prices! Overall, my experience here has been a 10/10, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new eyebrow spot in the area. I'll definitely be coming back regularly myself! The gurney is against the wall so the person doing my facial can't walk around me, but it was okay. She searched for every black head she could find on my nose and face. Very thorough. Also very painful having those pushed out, but I felt like I definitely got my moneys worth. The second time I went, I had a different person doing my facial, and she wasn't as through as the first person, but it was ok. Getting your underarm waxed here isn't painful. It was okay, but I feel like the European Wax Center does a better job. Still gonna come back here though for facials and underarm waxing due to the cost and convenience of free parking.

Note that banks have strict time limits (often 60 to 120 days from the transaction date) for filing a chargeback. File a Consumer Complaint: Report the business closure and unfulfilled services to the California Attorney General or the Los Angeles County Department of Consumer and Business Affairs. Small Claims Court: If the amount lost is substantial and credit card recovery is impossible, you can look into filing a small claims action against the business owners, though collecting can be difficult if they have completely shuttered operations.
