I am very, very disappointed in Which Wich. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so upsetting that I feel the need to share. Everything started off great. A very nice woman welcomed us as we walked in the door and began helping me order a salad. Since it was a bit busy, an older woman -- who I believe was one of the owners -- stepped in to assist. She was super sweet, helpful, and even joked with us while guiding me through the order. I originally wanted a salad, but she recommended their spinach wrap, so I went with that. My father ordered a corned beef sandwich. At this point, the experience felt positive and welcoming. When our food came out, my wrap had olives on it. I went back to the counter to ask about it, and the younger man behind the counter responded with a condescending tone: "Yeah, they're olives." I explained that I hadn't ordered them and that the woman must have accidentally bubbled it in. He just stared at me, so I decided to let it go and pull them out myself since I was in a rush. By the time I returned to my table, he had already come out from behind the counter with my order ticket in his hand, saying, "Look, you bubbled in olive salad." I reminded him that the woman had helped me fill it out. With a rude, snappy tone he asked, "You want me to remake it?" I told him no, I was in a hurry, and I'd just pick them off. He then threw the ticket onto our table. When I told him not to throw things at me( I said people get slapped for stuff like that half joking), he started yelling, "Get out of my store!" At that point, I realized the older couple working there were his parents, as they began trying to calm him down. I stayed to finish my food because I needed to get back on the road. The wrap itself was actually pretty good (once I picked the olives out), but my father's corned beef was dry and the bread was barely toasted -- it should have been grilled or pressed. As my father went to refill his drink as we were leaving, the younger man (who kept repeating, "This is my store") started laughing at him. When my dad looked at him, the man quickly turned to his parents and said, "He's looking at me." My dad calmly replied, "You were laughing, so I looked." At that point, the older gentleman told us it was time to go. My father explained we were already on the way out, but the son escalated things again, yelling at us to get out while stepping aggressively like he was about to come around the counter. His father physically held him back. What made it worse -- the son was holding a large bread knife at the time. I'm sure he would have eventually put it down, but in that moment my heart was pounding, and it felt unnecessarily threatening. I left as quickly as I could before things got worse. None of this needed to happen. I will never return to Which Wich again. read more

Okay so first thing first . This place is sooooooo good!! Upon entering I was a lil confused and then a lady by the name of Karen explained everything to me. Her customer service was amazing along with all the other staff completely polite. The menu station had slips underneath so that you can mark up your order how you want and any add ons you can add for yourself. This eliminates the long wait lines and people who are still undecided on what they want. The area is very neat and clean and you can tell they take care of this establishment. Pleasantly surprised that there is a Which Wich not too far from home I had to stop by. I was craving a sandwich and know from past experiences at other locations Which Wich was just what I wanted. The location is off of US 1 next to Bealls (the west side of US 1). It's in a fairly large strip mall. The have indoor and outdoor seating. If you've never been to a Which Wich when you come in they have the menu, and the bags your sandwich will ultimately come to you in. Once you choose which sandwich you'd like, find the bag, and start customizing. You have lots of options, from veggies, to hummus, to avocado, olive salad, hot sauces, you name it. Most are included in the price, I think avocado was extra for mine. Then you hand your bag, they check it, and you pay and off you go. I missed a few things on my bag as I was hungry, and knew a tasty Which Wich was only minutes away. Choose your bread, or lettuce wrap if you are carb averse or it can come in a bowl as well, then hot or cold sub and then you wait for your tasty order to be assembled. I had the black bean veggie patty, and wow, with my selections it was awesome. Just as I expected, fresh and delicious. Which Wich is by far my favorite of the sandwich chains. The quality is consistent, and I know I'm getting a great sandwich. The employees are very friendly, and more then happy to walk you through the ordering process. This Which Wich was clean and quick. I stopped in here a few days ago to see what this place was all about. So far, I'm liking it. First off the store is really nice, obviously newer and clean. The wall is lined with the bags from which you will order and then the receptacle for your completed sandwich. Secondly, the prices are super reasonable. And third, the ordering process is pretty neat. It goes like this: Decide which sandwich filling you want. ( I went with bag 7, the Italian, and I selected the grinder option: salami, pepperoni, capicola. Each bag is a category and has several options to choose from.) Then check off which sandwich under that bag category you would like. Then select the length (small, med, large, or bowl), bread type (white/wheat/lettuce), or a bowl = which to me equals a sub salad. I went with the lettucewich which only comes in one size which is a small, but is still about 6-7". Choose if you want it Toasted or not. You can also choose whether or not you would like them to "skinny your wich" by having them scoop out the center of the bread. This saves you from extra evil calories and carbs (the website says by doing this it can save you 90 calories on a small wich). Then check off your toppings. Cheeses, veggies, oils and dressings, mustards and mayos, etc... There are some added cost toppings (ex: avocado, HB egg). Once you've selected everything you want you hand it into the cashier and they pass on your bag to the wich maker and presto. Your order is slid into the bag and you're on your way! Easy as pie. The ingredients are fresh and crisp. The meats were fresh and flavorful. The capicola was good and spicy. The lettuce which was used in lieu of bread was great and held up well to the fillings, mayo, and vinegar. The owners are so nice and welcoming. I've signed up for the rewards program and already have 2 different coupons to use (free extra fee topping and another for a free fountain drink). Can't wait to go back and try some of their delicious smelling bread! 10/4/15- I took my mom here for a quick bite and I decided to go with the wicked on wheat and my mom got the turkey with ham and bacon. The bread was fantastic. Soft and fresh with a nice chew. The veggies were crisp and fresh. Nice twist- my mom got the coleslaw on her turkey and it was super tasty! It's pricey, but the ingredients are always fresh and it has a great selection of food to choose from. You are able to make your sandwich EXACTLY to your own specifications. One of my favorite things about this place is the kids meal option. Not only does the kid get a sandwich, but also baby carrots, apples, and a juice cup.
