Both reviews start saying that the doctors are "great" and "amazing" but they have an issue with the front desk or cost of meds. Where are these people's 5 star reviews of these doctors they call amazing and great? They are quick to throw out 1 star for other reasons but don't have the time of day to appreciate these vets.

However, the folks at Free Home just had the knack of putting Gracie at ease and on her best behavior. She never required a lot of medical care, mostly exams, vaccinations, and nail cuttings. Years went by and Gracie grew very old and very sick. The decision to put her to sleep was heartbreaking. The people at Free Home were very well prepared to help me come to terms with the situation and talk me through it. As I read the other reviews of Free Home, I can see that the other pet owners have experienced the same caring, competence and sympathy that I have. I show up for my appointment and the vet has no idea what he's doing and they can't complete the certificate. No one needs added stress during an international move and he could not understand how I was so appalled by their lack of care. What else could I have done?! I called and spoke to the staff multiple times. I stopped into the office. And still showed up for my appointment and the vet had no idea what he's doing was doing. The only person who was helpful was Mary who referred me to another vets office.

I have a 14 year old Weimaraner who took a turn for the worst today. I walked into your office and explained my situation to one of your staff members while another staff member was on the phone.. Me: I recently moved here and do not have an established veterinarian. My 14 year old Weimaraner fell and his hip has appeared to have failed and needs to be put down. Staff member : ok Other Staff member that hung up phone: sorry sir. We are not taking new patients and here are two names of other vets that you can see if they can assist. Good luck! Me: shocked, baffled, "proceeds to walk out" I do not give business reviews normally because everyone has a bad day. I sure hope this staff member in the future listens and provides empathy and a possible solution for an emergency need. I'm sure this is a great place that loves all animals but today it sure did not feel that way.... Below you will see who will suffer another day because of your staffs failed attempt to work things out!
