When my Honda Pilot suddenly experienced rough running as it had in the last couple of years and I couldn't even get into the dealer service for a week and would have to leave the car for up to a week, I called HR. I talked to Chris on the phone and described my problem, he said to bring it right in and he would run a quick diagnostic check on it. I was very impressed by Chris' knowledge and trouble shooting capabilities when he solved the problem in a matter of 15 minutes. He turned out to be the new owner purchasing the business about 4 months ago after gaining years of experience and knowledge at a large local Honda dealer. He also changed the oil, topped up fluids, gave the car a quick once over and charged a very reasonable amount for his services. What a find! I highly recommend Chris to any Honda owner!!

I asked my husband if he wanted to get them there or Walmart and he started talking about how Walmarts cameras are ALWAYS broken and bla bla... finally I told him we were going to Walmart and he took off his glasses, threw them on his desk and said "you just made me waste all this time, I had to stop what I was doing just to come here" and I did say I was sorry and he was like "get out of here! get out of here now!!" I was like "sorry about your time, im a business owner as well" and he literally kicked us out of his place walking behind us... yelling "yeah yeah go to Walmart!" At first I though it was a joke I definitely wouldn't go here if he's capable of treating people like this... that or he was just an angry elf today.

I explained that I would be flying in and driving the truck home and asked if he wanted earnest money. Yancy assured me the truck was in excellent mechanical condition and would make the trip back to Washington OK. He also said that he didn't need earnest money... he would hold the truck and complete the transaction with me on Friday. So, I bought a plane ticket and flew down. When I arrived the truck was in the process of being sold to another Buyer... and for 2,000 more then he advertised to me. Yancy told me that we never talked and he didn't know who I was. I produced all of our communication (email, text, FB messenger and 2 phone calls) that's when he started to tell me that I needed to leave and there was nothing I could do. Yancy claims to be an Air Force Veteran... so am I. I questioned his Core Values (Service before self, Excellence in all we do and Integrity) at this point he went into his office and called the police. I left rented a car and drove back to Washington... I would never trust this establishment or recommend it to anyone. In a phone call from Yancy to me, he stated "he didn't do business this way" ans wanted to "make it right" by paying for my plane ticket and rental car. I gave him my information and have received no compensation.

This guy is a total joke. About 3 weeks ago I made an appointment for a Sunday at 12:00 p.m.. the guy hit me up on Saturday asking me when I was going to be there. I assured him that I told him Sunday at 12:00 p.m.. Then he proceeds to ask me what my ETA would be. I assured him that my ETA had not changed from Sunday at 12:00 p.m.. then on Sunday at 12:00 p.m. he tells me that he won't be available and I can come back the next day. Needless to say I drove from Klamath falls to Medford to look at a car. He knew this and still tried to blow me off. Then asked me again what my ETA would be and that there is a reason why he asked me. So I explained to him for a third time that I said 12:00 p.m. on Sunday and that my ETA has not changed. So then the guy wanted me to wait 20 to 30 minutes for him to finally get down to his auto dealer business and wouldn't give me the address or the name of the business until he had already arrived there. So I got tired of waiting and went to another dealership called American Auto sales where I was treated with respect and gratitude and was able to purchase a nice vehicle. Do not go to this place if you want a decent car from a decent person. I highly recommend American Auto sales. The owner there John was great and respectful and was able to get us a vehicle off of his lot within 30 minutes.

We worked with "Big" Lin, a salesman at the dealership. He ended up working almost 2 weeks finding a car that fit our needs. He didn't get annoyed or frustrated when we'd rebuke his offerings He called this morning with a nice, older Toyota Camry. Looks great. Runs great. All at a price we could afford. So we went through the process and are now driving that little Camry. I really appreciate the effort he put in for, what I imagine, wasn't a huge commission. My wife and I are happy and we recommend "Big" Lin.
